Historically, they’re known for making warhorses (OG Safari, Storme, New Safari, Harrier, Nexon Punch) or workhorses (Sumo, Indica, Manza, Altroz). Tata's focus is on comfort, safety, affordable repairs, etc., which places them in a different league-one that actually suits Indian driving habits and road conditions better. Both have their engine designs developed by AVL, but Mahindra engines have higher torque at 1500 rpm and Tata's kick in at 1850 rpm, the band is low in Mahindra as it ends by 3500 and reva max at 4500, Tata engines rev upto 5500-6000 and power band is upto 4500 rpm.
This torque spread actually creates a higher mileage as power is distributed, but also develops some lag and spools for the turbo to kick in, Mahindra cars instead just gives a rush of power, but return poor mileage.
The recipe of selling cars in India is looks, mileage, vfm, low maintenance, something which Maruti does well. Mahindra is leaped ahead of Tata cos Tata's bet on EVs have failed, so sales are down 20%, also they're selling Thar diesel at 11 lacs, thats low margin high volume strategy, and they're doing it in Scorpio and 3XO as well, thats a good move by them, Tata should reduce prices, focus on engines more and launch more cars and a BOF one too.
RUclips mein Abhinay sir ka Lecture dekh raha tha, Faisal Bhai ka video dekha, skip karke chala aya
Tata needs to update itself
Especially with Range Rover and Jaguar as in-house products
Just here to hear " a diesel is a diesel is a ...... Diesel"❤
Every video I watch and be like his driving is way too risky 💀😅
Would’ve considered diesel but worried about the Diesel ban. 😢
let's say bye bye to gadkari before he say bye bye to diesel!!
Would you say the Gold curvv looks better or the Red?
Red
Waiting for Creta vs curvv review
Sir, could you please suggest which car I should buy?
My usage is: Running - Highway 75% + City 25%.
I am confused between these two cars:
1. TATA CURVV ACCOMPLISHED A DIESEL DCA
2. HONDA ELEVATE ZX CVT
Here to see the panel gaps 😂
That's what tata should be known for
Goa is very well shot!
bhai is driving in a simulation
R for refresh if TOTALLED
My ameo is a diesel dsg from 2019! Crazy power!👨🦼➡️
Support Indian brand ❤they are improving a lot.
nah bro, we indians are obsessed with foreign shit whether it be cars or women 😂😂
These Indian brands force government to charge taxes on foreign brands so that foreign cars are priced high and then the consumer will their Tata shit bags
You are earning that money so invest it wisely. Just because brand is indian, buy the product that should not be the case. See the product and competition as well
Mahindra is here,no need to buy these unreliable metal
Only Mahindra praised in Australia while TATA doesn't exist anywhere
At 16:10 Dzire close call😱
THE OG INDIAN CAR CRITIC FAISAL KHAN FANS ASSEMBLE &LIKE HERE ❤👍🏻👌🏻🔥😎
Wtf? This is just a normal car with a stylish design. TATA never advertised this as a 0-100 wonder. Nor do people buy this to do a drag race witha Creta. This will be bought by urban youngsters and will be driven mostly in the cities with an occasional highway drive or so. Dont understand why these self styled car experts are hell bent on destroying a bold product from an Indian manufacturer.
Which Cheapest affordable budget Variant best all features Please Suggest 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Faisal always playing Mahindra's music in TATA's car 😂
Honestly I think the Citroen basalt is a better option
They instead of the 1.2 petrol they should have given the 1.5 with 170 HP
Definitely powered by Hyundai and Volkswagen to an extent in the way. I have driven the dca revotron Nexon (so called useless by the author) .I easily beat the venue thrice in a row in every kind of race. So no idea what you are talking about Faisal the sir 😅. I recommend you to stick with hundai. I had the Verna and I know problems came with it(4 cylinder faster engine)
Well done, Tata 👏
But Curvv is currently available only with the old Revotron 1.2 L engine ?
We should be thankful to Tata for they had atleast offered a GDI engine 😂😂😂
Nothing can beat vw tdi dsg combo
RIP to Ratan TATA sir😢💐🥺
Altroz racer deserve GDI turbo petrol engine
@FasBeam Make a review on Citroen Basalt please ❤
Tata curvv looks promising on paper but could have made it more convenient .
Other reviewers: you will have to wait till the end to watch
Faisal: let's cut to the chase
8:39 car looks 🔥🔥
Citroen 1.2 L engine is best I have driven till date in performance. For Smoothness Hyundai 1.0 Turbo is best
Waiting for basalt review
For both, VW 1.0 TSI is the best
This car is very beautiful and I like inside 😊😊😊❤❤❤❤this is my this is my favourite my dream car is xuv 700 😊❤
Ab toh bas Curvv hi leni hai!
I dont know how many car channel now Mahindra owns .. earlier it was MotorOctain..now This channel too.. just revving then motors doesn't make you a auto journalist
When diesel automatic is faster than GDI petrol manual, there is no comparison between manual diesel and GDI petrol
waiting for Basalt review
