If they are correct, then Devil Fruits not letting you go near a body of water makes perfect sense. Devil Fruits could actually be a trap, a cage, to keep most adventurous and/or power-hungry people to finding out what's down there.
I hold the belief that Devil Fruits are like Jelly Beans. Somebody's desire was specifically to create the ability or machinery to have many different flavor, but nobody actually WANTED snot flavored jelly beans (or devil fruits, Trebol). Somebody just kind of did that and now it's a thing we have to accept.

Yes! Out of all of them Katakuri felt the most imprisoned while Big Mom was in charge. To be able to see a truly free version of everyone on Whole Cake Island would be great, especially Pudding-- girl has Some Shit to work through but she deserves the ability to just exist as herself as much as any of them.

Yeah it really makes perfect sense devil fruit awakenings for all but the zoans are pretty much already there. Once they can change the enviroment around them they can really already do the toon stuff if they really feel like it. Like flamingo-san could just make his strings into funny toons if he wanted to etc

I think its more so the breaking limit transformation of every race. Like we've already seen with the sulongs, hordy and now with nika, all white with red-ish eyes, great strength and kinda unhinged. Nika would be the human version of it.
I thought the whole deal with Punk Hazard being half frozen and on fire was the implied awakening of Kuzan and Sakazuki. A similar thing might be behing Enies Lobby's eternal daytime, but not necessarily the result of Borsalino doing it.

Devil fruits are not the persons thoughts of ultimate freedom. They are a manifestation of their highest coveted dream. A few guys were like "if only i could be like animal X", one thought he would need to be able to jump to all places (maybe they lost a loved one, cuz they weren't able to reach a high place in time), maybe one was chronically ill/ had allergies and wanted his snot to be useful. One guy wished for ultimate freedom, thats what makes the 'gum-gum fruit' special. You also had a big blunder about Bonneys fruit, saying the last person to use it. It was pretty much outright stated in Kumas flashback, that her fruit has not existed before she used those powers. She wished a new power into existence.
Bonney did not create the Age-Age Fruit, Saturn used the fruit extract on her as a baby in an experiment and Bonney never manifested the power until her desires aligned with the fruit.
In Japan, there is a shoulder-drapping shawl called a "hagoromo" (angelic-feathered cloth) or "ten'i" (divine cloth) that wraps around both shoulders, with the drape over the back instead floating like a halo or crown above the head, and it is meant to signify some sort of divine nature of the being that wears it. Gods, goddesses, shinto kami, buddhist deities, youkai, etc. all are seen wearing this shawl. In One Piece, when most zoan fruits (or possible all zoan fruits) _fully_ awaken, they gain a smokey/firey shawl that mimics the hagoromo/ten'i trajectory around the body, signifying that they have potentially surpassed their "humanity" and become something truly supernatural. Luffy and Yamato's is white, Lucchi and Kaku's is black, and Kaido's is like a red flame that wraps around his arm and body in dragon form instead because just like the shawl, this is how dragons are portrayed as "divine" in old Japanese and Chinese art. Also, their "hair" mimics the smoke/fire as well, if that isn't enough to recognize an awakening on its own. This may be Oda's idea of the exact thing you're talking about. I don't know how this visual trend translates to other fruit types, as Doffy maaaaaay have been the only _fully_ awakened non-zoan fruit user we've seen (was he actually _fully_ awakened, or was Oda-sensei still working out the visual kinks of awakening?), but either way, it may not be that everyone has a Luffy-specific form like Bonnie can get through her gomugomu future, but rather that they have this awakening form, which allows their imagination to surpass the expectations of what the fruit can usually do, offering them their equivalent of freedom. Luffy may simply be exceptional due to his specific fruit, his personality, his journey, or a combination of all three. Bonnie's power can change peoples' futures to the extent that their personalities can even take sharp turns, meaning she simply has the capability to tap into whatever qualities Luffy taps into. Broken, maybe, but I'm in agreement with your last video where you said this is thematic for Bonnie. That's all it needs to be. If you really want more, then you can picture her fruit as already having so much freedom that it doesn't need an awakening as long as Bonnie's imagination has no limits, and Luffy is the current embodiment of limitless imagination, so Bonnie mimicking him is thematically the same as awakening her own fruit, or allowing herself to do whatever she wants with it for real.

Luffy’s awakening makes him not anymore susceptible to drowning at sea, if Kuzan/Aokiji could turn the sea to ice before he is weakened by it then certainly luffy could turn his sea around him have the properties of rubber so he could bounce around the sea

I don't think it's that literal. Also that would make for a much less fun story. I've always believed the biggest point Oda is making with Joy Boy is that as long as humor exists, so does hope. 'D' is just half a smile emoji. Authoritarianism/Fascism can't fully prevail as long as people can laugh about their situation, or laugh at the small things that give them joy. Humor is defiance. It's the simplest defiance one can keep deep within them. There's points in IRL history where comics and comic characters have kept the hope of oppressed people going, in part because the people doing the oppressing don't see humor as a threat. Oh, comics are for children, there's nothing adults can possibly derive from these stories. Oh were they very, very wrong. It's why I think whatever the one piece ends up being, it'll first and foremost be a joke. Rayleigh was drunk and mumbling about how Vegapunk was gonna give away the punchline before *everyone* was in on the joke.
You know, this makes perfect sense. G5 Luffy, at least for now, had a hard time dealing with Kaidou. Now imagine that against the final antagonists from your previous video, especially Imu. It would make perfect sense that each step in that ladder would be dealt with by an increasing number of Nikas, all the while adding the satisfaction of (maybe) the World Government not knowing such a side ability existed and becoming suddenly terrified.
My personal theory on devilfruits and how they come to being in relation to strong desires or dreams. Is that when someone truly wishes for something a devil fruit manifests to allow them to fulfill this wish but in a ridiculous and over the top way, kinda like a genie taking a spin on your poorly worded wish. Like sugars fruit for example, the original desire may have been from someone who wished to be able to play with as many toys as they want forever.
I also think, based on vp theory ofc, that df aren't born of simple individual desires or dreams but rather a large group of people's. So let's say instead of the jacket fruit, the mane mane fruit and other fruits that makes you change appearance appearing cause a guy wanted to become a jacket, rather the reason would be cause of the insecurities of large amount of people around the world, who weren't feeling good enough in their body or don't like their appearances which in turns give birth to multiple devil fruits that grant that power if that make sense. So basically Multiple people converging desires, hopes and dreams give birth to one or many devil fruits that embodies said desires, like the example of the insecurities linked to Morphology or anatomy throughout the world resulting in various powers that can grant abilities that changes your body shape...
I thought of 2 other ways to get more Nika 1 recover Nika/Joy bous body and have it animated by Moria 2. Use Mr. 3 wax powers to make a sungod body, have his old partner paint it, and then have it animated by big moms powers. Not necessarily free, but a copy none the less

Cant Ann(The Girl from One Piece Stampede) create by the Help of the Bijo Bijo no Mi a Phantom of Luffy with Gear 5 which then could lead to some chaos. Obviously she isnt using/can use the Gear 5 herself but she still can make use of the Gear 5 Luffy Vision like when she visioned Ace and his Fire Fist.
I think people forget that the sun god Nika and joyboy are completely different people and so this is most likely what the sun god did, while joyboy is who Luffy is reincarnated to be
I think this video gets at the very important point that many people glossed over with the Bonney controversy. Being the "warrior of liberation' is not about any physical form, it's about inherited will. And it's possible for more than one person to inherit that will. Kuma inherited the will of Nika and has been a warrior of liberation since he got the Nikyu Nikyu no mi. Bonney inherited Nika's will through her father too, but had her belief in freedom dashed by witnessing her father's deterioration. Egghead has been a journey to rediscover that belief. It required her to specifically see herfather's memories so that she understands the sacrifice he made for her as well as the faith he put in Luffy, followed by a demonstration of the pay-off of Kuma's faith in Luffy, someone with an unshakeable will. These elements combined to re-invigorate her belief in what Nika stands for, total freedom.
This is probably a stretch, but if Belo Betty's Kobu Kobu no Mi can increase the resolve and willpower of a significant group of people around her (in the one known case to bolster the resolve of the citizens of Lulusia to fight to be free from Peachbeard's crew) then couldn't there be an argument that an awakened version of her fruit could - if not physically - then mentally or psychologically create an army of Nika-embued individuals, all willed to be their free-est self by Betty speaking the ideas of freedom to whoever she talks to?

It’s also worth noting there are some devil fruits that are labeled as “of liberation” luffy is the drums of liberation, kuma is the hands of liberation, and after being eaten by sabo the mera mera no mi became the flames of liberation. I don’t know if they’re just being thematic but they might be close to awakening nika forms
I adore this idea that any awakened devil fruit is the purest form of the dream the user has for themselves, and for the more enlightened self interest the world-- Sabo's dream is keeping Ace and what he was to him and and Luffy alive. It's why it took him comparatively little time to really learn how to use it. His heart was so in tune with what the fruit represented to him. Brook too once he found Luffy. Once he remembered his dream, his 'training arc' was just rocking out, using his immortality to bring joy to as many people as possible. He may not have known Luffy long before they got separsted on Sabody, but it was long enough for him to remember what he *really* wanted. Bro is one of my favorites for that, if just because of how immortality powers usually get portrayed as the immortal person living only for themselves as time goes on. But not Brook. Once he has a crew again, that's it, he remembers what he actually wanted to do with his fruit.
I think all devil fruit has the spirit of the previous holder, hence the normal fruit turning into a devil fruit after someone’s death, it gets possessed by the spirit of the former user of the devil fruit, would help explain the dreams and hopes part

I think your hypothesis definitely goes beyond the bounds of devil fruits. What vegapunk makes very clear is that he thinks devil fruit powers are dreams of a human ideal - the thing that starts Luffy's nika form are the drums of liberation, possible only because he is made of rubber. Bonnie is a special case that mimics this as well, her ability to copy the drums of liberation "doom dut da da" is clear from the manga panel. Furthermore, the idea of achieving maximum freedom is also very specific to her because she didn't only harbor that within her own life experience but also from understanding her father's life of slavery. Her ability + circumstances are what give rise to her gear 5 form. Someone else with her devil fruit power would not be able to achieve it without her circumstances or imagination (imagination and view of reality are pivotal to the strength of her fruit power). Fun hypothesis though! Love yours vids, keep em coming.
As destiny piece denier, I love this theory. I refuse to believe Luffy is "the choosen one" even if he's part of madam shyarlys prophecy. The fruit choose him, but that doesn't mean he will survive the many years to actually use it. And the prophecy is still viable if he dies. What happens if Luffy dies next chapter? Nobody is protecting Fishman Island and it is doomed. If he died before big mom was beaten, she would probably destroy the island herself because they betrayed her. No matter what happened after the prophecy, it all goes back to Luffy for why the island is destroyed and when, even if he dies at any point. So I will only accept a "destiny piece" theory if it allows for 2 details. 1, Ace must be able to attain the One Piece if he didn't die. And 2, The gum-gum fruit is not needed. With this theory even Ace can go full joy-boy, and even if he couldn't, the drums of liberation have only been shown to wake up the iron giant, if it actually does something more important at laugh tale with no other way to trigger it I will be upset and so will many others.
Did Black Bears get the Yami Yami nomi in order to counter gear 5? Could have a “domain” type of thing where he doesn’t have to touch the person once it’s awakened. Did BB know about Nikka?
I really think you’re looking at bonny wrong. We have seen numerous times her fruit gives her a temporary alternate timeline where she could have had and awakened the nika fruit. Her becoming nika is literally just that, an alternate timeline where she had that fruit. Her idea of freedom is nika/luffy so thats what she looks like just like when she did the same thing to look like a buccaneer

The Impel Down guards don't necessarily break this theory. Bear in mind, they're Awakenings were imperfect, and they became mindless Beasts. They don't have control of their powers like Lucci or Kaku, or even Chopper, at this point.
I'd like to see Luffy become so free that he starts to imagine other people's abilities on to him during combat. Like how cool is it gonna be if Luffy imagines it and cracks the air, and cause a shock wave just like how old Man Whitebeard does during a fight
Bonnies transformation makes more sense than ppl keep saying. DF powers come from imagination. And besides Gear 5 Bonnie is definately nowhere near luffy power wise, but rubber powers are handy😭
There was one neat idea that Naruto had during the final arcs where they were like 'hey, what if the main character could share what is making them OP to the rest of their friends and help turn the tides that way?' and it was pretty poorly explored and kind of quickly discarded in favor of the more direct chosen ones versus god theme. But I think One Piece could handle it a lot better. I'd love to see this, especially because it could serve as the thing that evens the playing field for the 'weaker' Straw Hats to allow them to fight top tier enemies. And it would give Oda the excuse to draw so many more wild cartoon gags - which I'm genuinely hopeful will serve as motivation for him to go full send on this one. Every Strawhat has some kind of cartoonish comical quirk or gag to their personality that will serve to translate into their own versions of Gear 5 reality warping.
We know the Jailor Beasts are awakened Zoan types, and we also know that awakening a Zoan is risky because they can lose themselves to the Zoan spirit. The Jailors are probably Marines that tried to awaken but failed, and the commanding officers sent them to Impel Down.
I think your previous video make the most important point that too many people are jumping to the conclusion that Bonnie's Gear 5th form automatically puts him on Luffy's level in terms of raw power when we have yet to see that be the case. It's certainly an upgrade, but I imagine even in that form, she'll struggle against genuinely dangerous opponents.
Here's an addition, Bon clays awakened devil fruit should be able to turn others into whatever he has touched, therefore turning everyone into luffys Nika form. Just a thought...

There's definitely a leap in logic here. Vegapunk's theory is that the devil fruits represent people's dreams and asperations. I think only Nika's fruit actually represents a wish for maximum possible freedom. There are many different slave and imprisonment fruits for instance. Some people don't want to be free, they want to dominate others.
I'm convinced that G5 is actually the peak human form. Even with BB's crew becoming G5, Joy can be subjective. Joy can be twisted and deprived from whatever their evil motives are.

Yeah it really makes perfect sense devil fruit awakenings for all but the zoans are pretty much already there. Once they can change the enviroment around them they can really already do the toon stuff if they really feel like it. Devil fruits are not the persons thoughts of ultimate freedom. They are a manifestation of their highest coveted dream.
A few guys were like "if only i could be like animal X", one thought he would need to be able to jump to all places (maybe they lost a loved one, cuz they weren't able to reach a high place in time), maybe one was chronically ill/ had allergies and wanted his snot to be useful.
One guy wished for ultimate freedom, thats what makes the 'gum-gum fruit' special.
You also had a big blunder about Bonneys fruit, saying the last person to use it. It was pretty much outright stated in Kumas flashback, that her fruit has not existed before she used those powers. She wished a new power into existence.
Bonney did not create the Age-Age Fruit, Saturn used the fruit extract on her as a baby in an experiment and Bonney never manifested the power until her desires aligned with the fruit.

In Japan, there is a shoulder-drapping shawl called a "hagoromo" (angelic-feathered cloth) or "ten'i" (divine cloth) that wraps around both shoulders, with the drape over the back instead floating like a halo or crown above the head, and it is meant to signify some sort of divine nature of the being that wears it. Gods, goddesses, shinto kami, buddhist deities, youkai, etc. all are seen wearing this shawl.
In One Piece, when most zoan fruits (or possible all zoan fruits) _fully_ awaken, they gain a smokey/firey shawl that mimics the hagoromo/ten'i trajectory around the body, signifying that they have potentially surpassed their "humanity" and become something truly supernatural. Luffy and Yamato's is white, Lucchi and Kaku's is black, and Kaido's is like a red flame that wraps around his arm and body in dragon form instead because just like the shawl, this is how dragons are portrayed as "divine" in old Japanese and Chinese art. Also, their "hair" mimics the smoke/fire as well, if that isn't enough to recognize an awakening on its own.
This may be Oda's idea of the exact thing you're talking about. I don't know how this visual trend translates to other fruit types, as Doffy maaaaaay have been the only _fully_ awakened non-zoan fruit user we've seen (was he actually _fully_ awakened, or was Oda-sensei still working out the visual kinks of awakening?), but either way, it may not be that everyone has a Luffy-specific form like Bonnie can get through her gomugomu future, but rather that they have this awakening form, which allows their imagination to surpass the expectations of what the fruit can usually do, offering them their equivalent of freedom. Luffy may simply be exceptional due to his specific fruit, his personality, his journey, or a combination of all three. Bonnie's power can change peoples' futures to the extent that their personalities can even take sharp turns, meaning she simply has the capability to tap into whatever qualities Luffy taps into. Broken, maybe, but I'm in agreement with your last video where you said this is thematic for Bonnie. That's all it needs to be. If you really want more, then you can picture her fruit as already having so much freedom that it doesn't need an awakening as long as Bonnie's imagination has no limits, and Luffy is the current embodiment of limitless imagination, so Bonnie mimicking him is thematically the same as awakening her own fruit, or allowing herself to do whatever she wants with it for real.

I don't think it's that literal. Also that would make for a much less fun story. I've always believed the biggest point Oda is making with Joy Boy is that as long as humor exists, so does hope. 'D' is just half a smile emoji. Authoritarianism/Fascism can't fully prevail as long as people can laugh about their situation, or laugh at the small things that give them joy. Humor is defiance. It's the simplest defiance one can keep deep within them. There's points in IRL history where comics and comic characters have kept the hope of oppressed people going, in part because the people doing the oppressing don't see humor as a threat. Oh, comics are for children, there's nothing adults can possibly derive from these stories. Oh were they very, very wrong. It's why I think whatever the one piece ends up being, it'll first and foremost be a joke. You know, this makes perfect sense. G5 Luffy, at least for now, had a hard time dealing with Kaidou.
Now imagine that against the final antagonists from your previous video, especially Imu.
It would make perfect sense that each step in that ladder would be dealt with by an increasing number of Nikas, all the while adding the satisfaction of (maybe) the World Government not knowing such a side ability existed and becoming suddenly terrified.
My personal theory on devilfruits and how they come to being in relation to strong desires or dreams. Is that when someone truly wishes for something a devil fruit manifests to allow them to fulfill this wish but in a ridiculous and over the top way, kinda like a genie taking a spin on your poorly worded wish.
Like sugars fruit for example, the original desire may have been from someone who wished to be able to play with as many toys as they want forever.
I also think, based on vp theory ofc, that df aren't born of simple individual desires or dreams but rather a large group of people's. So let's say instead of the jacket fruit, the mane mane fruit and other fruits that makes you change appearance appearing cause a guy wanted to become a jacket, rather the reason would be cause of the insecurities of large amount of people around the world, who weren't feeling good enough in their body or don't like their appearances which in turns give birth to multiple devil fruits that grant that power if that make sense. So basically Multiple people converging desires, hopes and dreams give birth to one or many devil fruits that embodies said desires, like the example of the insecurities linked to
Morphology or anatomy throughout the world resulting in various powers that can grant abilities that changes your body shape...

1 recover Nika/Joy bous body and have it animated by Moria
2. Use Mr. 3 wax powers to make a sungod body, have his old partner paint it, and then have it animated by big moms powers. Not necessarily free, but a copy none the less

I think people forget that the sun god Nika and joyboy are completely different people and so this is most likely what the sun god did, while joyboy is who Luffy is reincarnated to be
I think this video gets at the very important point that many people glossed over with the Bonney controversy. Being the "warrior of liberation' is not about any physical form, it's about inherited will. And it's possible for more than one person to inherit that will. Kuma inherited the will of Nika and has been a warrior of liberation since he got the Nikyu Nikyu no mi. Bonney inherited Nika's will through her father too, but had her belief in freedom dashed by witnessing her father's deterioration. Egghead has been a journey to rediscover that belief. It required her to specifically see herfather's memories so that she understands the sacrifice he made for her as well as the faith he put in Luffy, followed by a demonstration of the pay-off of Kuma's faith in Luffy, someone with an unshakeable will. These elements combined to re-invigorate her belief in what Nika stands for, total freedom.

I adore this idea that any awakened devil fruit is the purest form of the dream the user has for themselves, and for the more enlightened self interest the world-- Sabo's dream is keeping Ace and what he was to him and and Luffy alive. It's why it took him comparatively little time to really learn how to use it. His heart was so in tune with what the fruit represented to him. Brook too once he found Luffy. Once he remembered his dream, his 'training arc' was just rocking out, using his immortality to bring joy to as many people as possible. He may not have known Luffy long before they got separsted on Sabody, but it was long enough for him to remember what he *really* wanted. Bro is one of my favorites for that, if just because of how immortality powers usually get portrayed as the immortal person living only for themselves as time goes on. But not Brook. Once he has a crew again, that's it, he remembers what he actually wanted to do with his fruit.
I think all devil fruit has the spirit of the previous holder, hence the normal fruit turning into a devil fruit after someone’s death, it gets possessed by the spirit of the former user of the devil fruit, would help explain the dreams and hopes part
One thing I can add on to what this dude said is that your desire the moment you reach your awakening determines your future
For Luffy and bonnie who both wanted liberation, Luffy for wano and bonnie for herself they got nika
But for someone like kaido who was a fish and wanted to escape that watery grave and dictate wano he became a dragon, a feared gigantic monster that can fly
For doflamingo at that moment he wanted more power to defeat Luffy so he got just that
In the one piece nika is the image of liberation because people believe him to be the greatest liberator so when awakening and your greatest desire is any sort of liberation than nika is what you get
So every devil fruiter user has the potential to become nika

I think your hypothesis definitely goes beyond the bounds of devil fruits. What vegapunk makes very clear is that he thinks devil fruit powers are dreams of a human ideal - the thing that starts Luffy's nika form are the drums of liberation, possible only because he is made of rubber. Bonnie is a special case that mimics this as well, her ability to copy the drums of liberation "doom dut da da" is clear from the manga panel. Furthermore, the idea of achieving maximum freedom is also very specific to her because she didn't only harbor that within her own life experience but also from understanding her father's life of slavery. Her ability + circumstances are what give rise to her gear 5 form. Someone else with her devil fruit power would not be able to achieve it without her circumstances or imagination (imagination and view of reality are pivotal to the strength of her fruit power).

As destiny piece denier, I love this theory.
I refuse to believe Luffy is "the choosen one" even if he's part of madam shyarlys prophecy. The fruit choose him, but that doesn't mean he will survive the many years to actually use it. And the prophecy is still viable if he dies. What happens if Luffy dies next chapter? Nobody is protecting Fishman Island and it is doomed. If he died before big mom was beaten, she would probably destroy the island herself because they betrayed her. No matter what happened after the prophecy, it all goes back to Luffy for why the island is destroyed and when, even if he dies at any point.
So I will only accept a "destiny piece" theory if it allows for 2 details. 1, Ace must be able to attain the One Piece if he didn't die. And 2, The gum-gum fruit is not needed.
With this theory even Ace can go full joy-boy, and even if he couldn't, the drums of liberation have only been shown to wake up the iron giant, if it actually does something more important at laugh tale with no other way to trigger it I will be upset and so will many others.

I really think you’re looking at bonny wrong. We have seen numerous times her fruit gives her a temporary alternate timeline where she could have had and awakened the nika fruit. Her becoming nika is literally just that, an alternate timeline where she had that fruit. Her idea of freedom is nika/luffy so thats what she looks like just like when she did the same thing to look like a buccaneer

The Impel Down guards don't necessarily break this theory. Bear in mind, they're Awakenings were imperfect, and they became mindless Beasts. They don't have control of their powers like Lucci or Kaku, or even Chopper, at this point.

There was one neat idea that Naruto had during the final arcs where they were like 'hey, what if the main character could share what is making them OP to the rest of their friends and help turn the tides that way?' and it was pretty poorly explored and kind of quickly discarded in favor of the more direct chosen ones versus god theme.
But I think One Piece could handle it a lot better. I'd love to see this, especially because it could serve as the thing that evens the playing field for the 'weaker' Straw Hats to allow them to fight top tier enemies. And it would give Oda the excuse to draw so many more wild cartoon gags - which I'm genuinely hopeful will serve as motivation for him to go full send on this one. Every Strawhat has some kind of cartoonish comical quirk or gag to their personality that will serve to translate into their own versions of Gear 5 reality warping.
We know the Jailor Beasts are awakened Zoan types, and we also know that awakening a Zoan is risky because they can lose themselves to the Zoan spirit. The Jailors are probably Marines that tried to awaken but failed, and the commanding officers sent them to Impel Down.

I think your previous video make the most important point that too many people are jumping to the conclusion that Bonnie's Gear 5th form automatically puts him on Luffy's level in terms of raw power when we have yet to see that be the case. It's certainly an upgrade, but I imagine even in that form, she'll struggle against genuinely dangerous opponents.
Here's an addition, Bon clays awakened devil fruit should be able to turn others into whatever he has touched, therefore turning everyone into luffys Nika form.

There's definitely a leap in logic here. Vegapunk's theory is that the devil fruits represent people's dreams and asperations. I think only Nika's fruit actually represents a wish for maximum possible freedom. There are many different slave and imprisonment fruits for instance. Some people don't want to be free, they want to dominate others.
