This was 2016. My dad died 2007. GOD blessed me. I lived with my mom her last year.
My dad had advanced stage prostate cancer in his early 50s. He had his prostate removed via robotic surgery and radiation. He’s been in remission for 6 years now. Sending prayers and well wishes for your dad!
I'll definitely be praying for your Dad and your family. My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer a few years ago at age 74 and had seed radiation. His PSA number has shown the cancer is gone! Prayers for your Dad to have similar results.
My dad had prostate cancer and I was so scared. I couldn't talk to anyone without crying. But he had radiation and the cancer was gone. He lived to be 91. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. 🙏🫂❤️

Rachel, I can understand your daughter heart worried and sad about your dad. I can still remember being with my mom 45 years ago when she got her cancer diagnosis. I was a young 26 year old, she was my only living parent and the feeling of sadness and fear will forever be with me. I remember the chair, waiting room and crying in the car all the way home after we had to leave her at the hospital. I was devastated and we had not even received the new yet that it had spread. I will definitely be praying for your dad.

Sending prayers! Just lost my mom to cancer in June and life without her has been devastating. I pray you have received a positive outlook and an optimistic treatment plan. My mom lived 8 years with cancer as it was non-aggressive. And I feel your struggle...when you can put on a strong front but breakdown when you let your guard down and life becomes quiet. It is easy to become distracted in the midst of the chaos with life and kids (I also have 4 littles). Praying you find strength and remember God will carry you in your weakest moments.

Hi Rachel, we have already started praying for your dad Bill. We are praying that he's in the 80% not the 20%. Imagine going to put Bill on a 24hr prayer chain. My dad is 70 and 6 months ago he had prostate cancer and had surgery. His recovery was going great! He doesn’t have to worry about it returning or spreading to his bones. Then the Sunday before July 4th he had a heart attack that they call the widow maker. By the grace of God he made it to the hospital and went right into surgery to have two stents put in right away. Doctor said it was a miracle that he was still with us. I’m praying for you and your family.

I'm so sorry. I will keep him in my prayers and I will keep your mom and you all in my prayers too. I lost my dad 3 years ago due to a stroke and heart attack. He's still my hero. He taught me a lot of things except how to live without him. I'm a daddy's girl and I cry every day. Tell your loved ones you love them every day.

Oh my goodness! Certainly prayers are headed your way as always. Unfortunately, nothing really prepares us for the unexpected, which is why it knocks us off our feet sometimes. It’s ok to be unbalanced for a while, go with it. When you know more about your Dad’s situation you will feel better, guaranteed. You will feel better even if it isn’t what you want to hear….because then you and your family will have a plan, and you will know exactly what you’re going to do to make things better. And you will. I can say guaranteed, because I’ve been in your shoes several times. Crying is one of the best stress medicines going, and if that’s what works for you indulge yourself. Often if you want. Find a good place, close the door and let it all out. You’ll feel better. You’ve got this, you know you do…so do I. ❤
My grandfather was diagnosed when I was a baby (I’m 31 now) and he has since been stable after his treatment. Praying for your dad and that’s his case too ❤

My dad, my step dad, my neighbor, and numerous friends were all diagnosed and thankfully beat prostate cancer. Lots of great treatment options available. Prayers for complete healing for your dad. I’m also a mom of 4 who loves her family so very much. I totally can relate to all your emotions. My 23 year old niece is currently battling stage 2 breast cancer and just had a double mastectomy. It has been an incredibly emotional 7 months for our entire family. I pray that your family is blessed with good news. That your dad’s cancer has not spread.

My heart breaks for you and your family Rachel. I know exactly what your going through my Dad had congestive heart failure and he unfortunately passed away last year in May. It’s the worst feeling knowing he’s not around but while he’s still here will be here just spend as much time as you can with him. I am so sorry Rachael and family. Praying for your dad and for your family’s strength. As far as little Wyatt accidents happen especially for boys! You are a great momma and it sounds like you handled it like a pro. Try to stay positive. Listen and sing to your worship music and write in a journal. I’m the same way with keeping busy to work through grief and stressful situations and found writing out my thoughts and feelings to help. If it was regarding a person I would write a letter to that person and either give it to them or I would keep it if it was something that would be hurtful to the person.

I’m praying so hard for your family! My dad passed from prostate cancer… he was the unlucky 20%. He went into remission for 7 years, and lived well for those years.
Definitely praying for your family! My father in law had prostate cancer last year and went the surgery route because it had not spread. He’s doing great now.....hopefully this gives you some hope ❤️❤️.

I will be praying for your dad bill 🙏🏼🙏🏼 my stepdad who is one of my dads all my life also went through prostate cancer and he opted to remove the whole prostate which was pushed by the doctor even though his counts and area was small to be sure it doesn’t spread and he is doing great besides some small issues we think happened during surgery but he is living his best life so I hope pray and send love for your dad and comfort to all of you during this difficult and horrible time - much love ❤✌️

My dad had prostate cancer maybe 10 years ago, and he had the robotic surgery. He’s doing great, getting ready to retire. I remember how I felt though, when you hear the word cancer. My mom then had stage three uterine cancer back in 2016, and other then side effects from the chemo and radiation, she’s doing great as well! As for me, I’ve had five back surgeries for my degenerative disc disease, but my spinal stenosis is the biggest issue now for when it’s at since it’s effecting my legs/neuropathy. Then a few years ago, I had 28 kidney stones at one time. I guess since I take pain medication, I didn’t notice it until the stones got too big that I couldn’t pass it on my own! You will all be in my prayers! I know exactly how you feel right now and it’s not easy to keep it together. Your boys are absolutely precious and can’t believe how big they’ve all gotten, especially Leo! Hang in there, Rachel!
