We had almost given up and decided to live child- free. And, then, the call came ❤️ months later, a son! I can relate so totally. As I write this, I’m receiving a text and photo from my now-grown son and his wife, enjoying Disney with their two children, our precious grandchildren. Nothing better! We also adopted a daughter 5 years later- I was 42, and my husband was 50! She is the BEST!

My one suggestion is keeping normal noises going around her, don’t worry about being so silent when she sleeps. That way she’ll really sleep through everything. I’m so glad you’re home. You’re doing great. Congratulations!
I've had three in this didn't work with any of them they still woke up, once they hit their toddler days though nothing could break their sleep
you cannot train a baby to sleep through noise.
How about we don't give suggestions people didn't ask for 👍
Nope my kids woke up all the time no matter what noise. So what you learn to do is make it as quiet as you can so everyone gets sleep❤
My kids were both NICU babies and they slept through anything! My oldest is 2 now and he wakes up really easily now lmao.
As someone who was adopted, when she’s older and is ready to see the moment she met her parents for the first time that will be such a special memory for her. It’s so obvious how much you’ve loved her from before you even saw her in person, it will mean the world to her in the future.

They don’t love her. They were laser focused on just “having a baby”. It will all wear off soon and they’ll hire Nannie’s 😂 they named her Story… says it all. They’re not parents. They’re worried about the esthetics of it all. 😏

I'm adopted and I don't agree with you , some kids might be like you but I'm not , I found out when I was 12 that I was adopted, they didn't even have the decency to tell me 😡
I have no information as to who my birthparents are, no history no medical history ( I inherited a heart problem which I unknowingly gave to my 3 kids😡) all because of their selfish BS

As someone who was adopted at birth, this is perhaps a glimpse of what my parents felt bringing me home, I guess they picked me up at the hospital, but the realization that they were parents must have been so amazing

I've taken care of my youngest sibling and all of the nieces and nephews in the family and the rocking just seems to happen naturally even after yrs after they've grown up.
Bella I wanted to let you know how inspiring your life journey has been. I just found your channel this year and have been a silent viewer ever since. Your resilience and strength is truly inspiring. Yesterday I was recommended a video that was over 8 years old and it was showcasing the story of a young woman who created something that became out of this world! Showing her beautiful singing ability and how hard she has worked to empower other women of all ages to create their own empire.... and to see it all began with a dream of owning a Jeep. It was a heart warming story and to see it was all about you was just amazing. Thank you for being so brave and sharing your story with all of us. You have transformed into the most wonderful Mother and I hope your universe keeps expanding and evolving

The one thing I remember above anything else when I had my first child was how different the house felt when we brought her home. It's hard to explain. Almost like it was just a space before she existed. She breathed life in to it. Maybe it's just me 🤷♀️

I was adopted, and my parents read me “tell me again about the night I was born” all the time, it really helped me understand as a child. It’s very special.

Not gonna lie, I almost stopped watching but something told me to keep watching it and then at the end, Bella says “never ever give up”. I needed that! After 5 years of infertility, failed IVF cycles, countless infertility tests and procedures I feel like it most day, but I won’t give up on my dream of being a mommy

And they had had her 3 days so picked her up with the 1st 48 hours which is what they normally give the birth mum to back out even if already signed x

I adopted my little girl from birth, she’s now 5 years old. Once life settles, I would encourage you to read research articles on the trauma that occurs in a baby’s brain when separated from their birth mother. My daughter struggled with severe separation anxiety from the age of 2yo on. It’s definitely something that can be overcome, but on a biological level changes in newborns brain chemistry occur despite all of the love and consistency provided. This didn’t occur with any of my biological children. It’s calmed now that she’s 5 years old, but still peeks it’s head out every now and then. Congrats on your perfect little girl!

Everybody's different I didn't went out for 2 months with my baby. I didn't want to risk it.
@@ariachase not if your newborn gets sick and passes away. Most moms who have babies naturally, stay home with them for 6 + weeks. That's because they are healing and don't want their newborn babies to get sick. Most moms would never travel with their newborn until the baby's immune system is stronger. Motherly instincts are not there yet. I'm sure that is something that may take time to develop.
