With low moisture cleaning the carpet is practically dry when you are done. So what you see is the final results. When I do steam cleaning it can take 8-12 hours dry time and during this time the moisture left on the carpet is evaporating upwards. So any residue or Urine in the pad travels back to the top 😔. However I just let clients know that if this occurs to just spray the spot with white distilled vinegar. This neautralize s the PH and it usually disappears like magic 🪄
Yes , however it is basically hydrogien peroxide which works on organic stains and spots only - like pet Urine etc. so a spray bottle spotter works too
Question my brotha can you mix the clo2 and the dragon phire together as a prespray mix or does it have to be sprayed separately??? Is this still you go to product method for pet stain and odor removal ?
@@procarpetcleaning thanks for reply. Also picked up 30g dry pack from Just Gone. He says in one gallon it's about 3000ppm. I hear Beckhart is closer to 6000? I'm looking for best product available. Any recommendations?
May ask your opinion on something other than vinegar and water to mop with after my elderly dog pees on my vinyl plank flooring ? She licks the floor just for the heck of licking something. She licks stuff all day , every day since she was young . I don’t want to poison her . I was using bleach in water . But she got diarrhea and I’m not sure if that’s why . But I’m not chancing making her sick . She’s 15 and my little baby. At least she’s tiny so her puddles aren’t that bad . 🤣. I leave pads for her to pee on but she misses a lot . Getting smelly around there cuz she does it while I’m working and it has a chance to dry at times . Thank you ! Love the peroxide idea ! I’d have thought it would kill the smell too . Thank you ! Great video. You should do ASMR . There’s something about your voice that’s relaxing ☺️
Really nice bracket, Paul do you know the manufacturer of your machine I have a 175 standard design but I want to see if I can find a distributor that sells the yoke to adjust the height of your machine, I found that Minuteman makes one but at a really high price and all the parts separately, also Mastercraft uses something similar but I haven’t found that part from them. I guess Minuteman is part of a German brand that sells a 180 RPM similar to mastercraft.
@@procarpetcleaning I managed to revert big damage with spraying with 3-4% oxygen peroxide..dried on the sun..brand, white,new.. The white vinegar took the browning around 70% for me..
I'm sure you did a fantastic job Paul. 👍😁 Sodium percarbonate is a little more than just hydrogen peroxide. It's basically hydrogen peroxide and baking soda but here's a list of what it actually is. Sodium percarbonate is an addition compound of hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate. Based on the molecular formula, the pure substance sodium percarbonate contains 32.5 % hydrogen peroxide and 67.5 % sodium carbonate (based on weight). Sodium percarbonate is a white crystalline powder. Sodium percarbonate is has a pH level of 10.5 which gives it a little bit of limitations versus hydrogen peroxide is 4.5 allowing you to use a alkaline degreaser along with your normal pre spray without raising the pH level so high. PS sodium percarbonate has the ability to remove odors I've been using it for years but yes I would not trusted it to completely removing animal urine. And sodium percarbonate to me is the next step up from hydrogen peroxide 👍😉
@@joaquinmartinezjr813 I’ll let you know I’m not an expert but peroxide takes out the color stain but does not illuminate the urine or the odor. Stabilize CLO2 does a great job at removing the odors but the closest thing to removing urine without replacing the carpet is a good enzyme flushing treatment. If VLM is your preferred method and you want to take on urine issues you’re going to need a good extractor, or a very powerful wet and dry vac, with a water claw if you really want to take on urine situations.
Hey Paul, i have to do carpets with dog pee on them. I don’t have odor death so what else can I use to get rid of the odor? I ordered green dragon and dragon phire but I forgot about the clo2 and i won’t have it in time.
Ha I love the handle bracket, you are McGyver! Clo2 and peroxide, the knockout combo for sure!
🤣🤣 yeah that handle was a real find.
Thank you this answered some questions for me! Just to be clear you mixed the dragon phire, pre-carbonate and cl02 all in the same sprayer?
Yes
Resolve's Urine Destroyer is basically hydrogen peroxide. Works.
Have you ever got a customer say a few days after cleaning that a spot came back up/ is still there?

Do you use the scented or unscented for odor death and what scented solution you used if you use the unscented
Scented lemon
Did you mix all those products together? It sounds like it, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks!
Everything gets added to a 2 gallon sprayer full with hot water.
Hi. Paul. The Fire Dragon is 10.5ph.I have a question. Did you use anything after work to neutralize a high ph? Your garden looks fantastic🤘😝🤘
No it crystallizes so zero residue
Thanks for the info for the cleaners - awesome info - Cheers
Do you only use Sodium Percarbonate on white carpet or is it safe on any color carpet?
Any color. But not wool
Can the sodium per carbonate be mixed in with your prespray? Also will it help lighten carpet? Thanks
Yes , however it is basically hydrogien peroxide which works on organic stains and spots only - like pet Urine etc. so a spray bottle spotter works too
Thank you; this a great help!

Yes it’s mixable. I usually use it 12 oz to a gallon of water as a post spray
Have you ever used unchain
No. I’ve heard of it tho
OK to use 3000 ppm CLO2 mixed with 20 volume directly to carpet? Or should I worry about color fastness? Thanks
I’m told mixing CLO2 & peroxide is not a good idea. Dangerous fumes they say?? I have not asked my supplier yet. Be careful

I’ve had some bad experiences with CLO2 mixed too strong. I typically stick with 200-500ppm. It’s been working great.

❤️take care of puppy first. 3% peroxide and wipe it clean. Peroxide turn to water after it activates.

Do you prefer dragon phire over angry lemon?
Citrus dragon is my new main for this. Has all 3 chemicals in 1
Hey buddy, have you had tried oxygen peroxide on a browning, cellulose staining on natural fibers?! Does it clear it permanently?
Vinegar

The white vinegar took the browning around 70% for me..
Hey so with those big wheels, does the machine move forward motion now instead of side to side.
Also did you mix all that as 1 pre- spray or seperate?
Wheels stay off the ground on a rotary.
Separate pretreating
@@procarpetcleaning hawk has a wheels down rotary. Moves back and forth. It has big wheels I just thought you made your own. 😁
Yeah... That was what I was talking about.
What is difference green dragon and dragon phire?
PHire has oxy(peroxide) added. And a higher ph for heavily soiled carpets. But it’s not wool safe like green dragon
i also use a nv200 for c c i think there fantastic little vans you?????
Love mine.
