It is a nice light, I think they have the driver turned down a little as to not over load it.

Yea Spiderfarmer is doing this with its Lights too.
The SF4000 has the diodes spaced away from the middle.
Im not sure what kind of crack everyone is smoking that’s saying this because it’s not on their website or Amazon. They have a 1000 with some diodes taken from the middle and placed on 2 of the 4 sides. That’s it. Nothing like this corner bunching strategy and nothing on their new “2021 model” sf4000 on their own website. 🤷🏻♂️
100 watts is really not quite enough for 2x2 ,I got my xs 1500 150 w for 204.00 cdn I don't see a better value, I know some wont agree but I am easily convinced show me the facts along with a real par map.

Would like to have seen the numbers with the light positioned to the roof of the tent.
Assuming you filled the tent with flowers and the clearance was 18 inches from flower to light
Will the numbers be good enough to produce dense flowers on the edges ??

Salut l'ami , tu pense qu'il n'est pas précis au niveau du contrôler mais tu te trompe il n'affiche pas la consommation du mur mais un pourcentage de 0 à 100 ça ne veut absolument pas dire que a 50% il tire 50w du mur 🤣 juste qu'il est a 50% de sa puissance 👌

Actually that watt meter is probably accurate. The internal components of the driver use up power and heat. Heat is a loss of power. 12% is a usual ratio of power consumption vs actual power at the output of the driver.
Or it’s just a number moved by the knob 😂
@@yelims20 Atreum replied to me and said it does measure the output to the diodes rather than the at the wall wattage.

Perhaps the onboard watt meter takes into account the power used by the driver and controller. It could be it takes it out of the equation and only shows the power that goes to the diodes. That is my hypothesis.
Atreum let me know that it does show the power to the diodes and not the power at the wall. Pretty cool. 👍🏼

Not on anything they have on their site or Amazon. They have one light where they have moved some diodes to the outside but not coming from the corners like this. The corners are always the weakest.
If I could add pics of the one I just got mine have them packed in the corners

Couple friends just picked up 6 SF4000s for thier garage grow.
Its a good idea but man idk who they got placing running the machine now but its know where near as neat and tidy as they been before.
They are bunched up left the reds all in the center and rubberized coating is super thick in places and nearly non existent in other places..
A couple people shared thier pictures of it in the Amazon reviews it. They've got some work to do.
Hopefully thdy either go back to the way it was or make the board itself a bit bigger and spread em out more uniform and re-arrange the reds better than leaving so many 660s in the center.
@@timpage5021 must be why they’re not marketing it at all. Still in development. But I don’t see why they would be selling it without marketing it.
