When I was still living on Long Island…..half of what you did in this video (going to get coffee and then going on a walk) is what I used to do especially during the summer. There’s something so soothing and refreshing about taking a nice walk whether it’s through actual nature, or if it’s running to do errands. Plus going for a walk every now and then helps the body so much.
