Dell and Lenovo have its own Diagnostic tool. I think for Dell the name of the tool is SupportAssist. For Lenovo too, you can create the Diagnostic bootable USB. The methods are almost similar to the HP. For better guidance as per your device manufacturer, we can follow the steps mentioned on the manufacturer's website. If we search on browser like, Lenovo bootable Diagnostic tool then we will be able to look at the related lenovo support page.
