I loved the way the placed him in the series, he was only in one game but impacted the entire series. The way he went from the older brother when the were young to the less mature of the two. His contrast and betrayal were huge in A Thief's End, if they were to make a new list, it would have to have Sam in it.
Don't get it twisted, Elena is still badass. And I don't know, the fact that she's down-to-earth and moral while still being able to kick some ass makes her even more of a badass than Chloe in my book...
I like Elena more than Chloe because she is a better person than Chloe at least before The Lost Legacy. But Chloe is technically the more badass fighter.
I think sully is my favorite, mainly because of how fatherly he is to Nate, I especially love him in 3, and that line at the end "real greatness is what you do with the hand you're dealt" perfect

Gabriele Tarallo Nadine serves no purpose in U4 other than providing guys to shoot. She was just your generic badass chick. Rafe had a personal relationship and a history with Nate and Sam and had actual believable motivation, which is a first for a villain in the series. Rafe was way better in my opinion
Sully is one of my faves, I remember when he sent enemies down to Nathan. He was like "Here have another" in Uncharted 2. The Jeep scene was also hilarious with him and Nathan in Uncharted 4.
One thing I hope is answered in Uncharted 4 is the question of Nathan's real name. In Uncharted 3 Marlowe knew that Drake wasn't his real name and intentional left us hanging about that. It's been bugging me ever since.
I would want Rafe to be on that list. But then, uncharted 4 wasn't out yet. But honestly, I think rafe is the best villain from uncharted and he's one of my favorite characters
