    I love the idea of making something concrete that is usually somewhat undefinable. It sounds like it gives one the power to manage it better. Or maybe even conquer it. I hope I remember to try it out when I face those moments. And I like how you used the word “volatile,” to describe emotions. They really do creep up and down unexpectedly. I was just thinking about times I face anxiety like that and could feel slightly agitated - thankfully I was brought back to peace with that stunning night view of the water and bridge.
