I came, I liked, I commented: You can keep your massive drives or arrowed approach shots. Dans chip bumbling down the hill on 15 might be the best shot I've seen on RUclips. That would give me nightmares on the course. executed to perfection. Great videos again Dan and Paul.
We are still with you. Die-hard fans loving this new break 100 series. FYI dunlop DDH golf balls on sale Ebay £10 for 200, ha,ha. Well done keeping your humour, a lesson for us all.
Great vlog. Don't apologise dan, it's been an entertaining vlog. Dan's putting is spot on with long putts. Very friendly golf on the last, both going ob then virtually identical provisionals. Super chip out of the bunker on 18 dan. Can't help laughing at Paul's rattling woods 😂
I guess I’m a die hard because I would rather watch you two play over par golf than anybody else on RUclips play under par. It is a very tough game on a very demanding course on a windy day and I really enjoyed the vlog, always enjoy when Paul is playing
I must be an “ultimate fan” then as I’m still watching . I dread to think what we mere mortals would be scoring . I certainly wouldn’t be contemplating the tee boxes you are taking on. Paul with his last ball as he re loads his tees off the 18th and laughing. Dan with his bucket and spade again , then his ode to the course as he raked the bunker Paul’s sigh as he collected his ball from the 18th hole having halved. I loved every minute of it, even if you boys may not have!!!
Tough course and not the result you both hoped for, but living the dream going to work for the day as brothers playing a round of golf. Credit to both of you as always.
Loved the whole thing, more than you did playing I’m sure, but for holding it together after a shocking start, Paul the reverse, but still some lovely golf, cracking venue, and a good watch. Thanks guys
Glad you enjoyed it Stuart, it was a bit of a rollercoaster round for both of us. Chart Hills is a great course but right now with the long rough it’s very hard. I think they need to open it up a bit ti make it more playable 👍
That course is brutal when you add in the wind as well and Paul’s woods shaking like maracas it was always going to be a real challenge. I really enjoyed it and your kind of oh well this is happening let’s carry on. It’s refreshing that it’s not just me has these days when it suddenly goes to pot, though mine is not breaking 90 😂
Outstanding video guys. This is a very hard golf course, and sometimes it is very instructive to see two players of your high skill level have to scramble and occasionally get bitten by a challenging golf course, but to continue enduring onward. Thank you both, well done.
@@DanHendriksenGolf Been doing fine, just been playing a lot of golf, often 36 a day. I also play in a County Senior League here in the States of about 300 guys and that keeps me busy. By the way, I’ve won Medalist in the Senior League several times, mainly due to a much improved chipping game, and I give a lot of the credit to you through some short game lesson videos you did plus one with Paul trying to correct Bernie’s short game. You both sure know your stuff. Keep up the good work, my friend.
Paul stitched you up big time on the first hole getting you to club down. Going in the bunker in the first place was problem there. Two shot penalty for Paul for giving advice in a ‘grudge match’ (???) 🤣
I know it was a struggle for you boys, but it shows how golf can kick you when you’re down…..and we keep coming back for more. Nice brotherly interaction. Thanks
Unfortunate back nine. Wheels came off the wagon. Moments of brilliance. came to the last, needed to yell "Fore right!!" before stepping up to swing. You knew I needed encouragement. Even an old hack like me can relate to your game after this. 😉😉🍻 need something stronger than Starbucks.
Great video, it shows that even great golfers can come unstuck with the odd poor shot or unlucky bounce. Great to hear Paul's rattle in his driver and 3 wood, a totally relatable video to a lot of us viewers. Well stuck at it the pair of you. 👍
I love it when golf is like this. From the pit of despair to ecstatic highs all in a matter of a few holes (and vice versa). Brilliant vlog gents. It makes me feel like I can achieve even on the worst of days!
I watched both halves and really enjoyed them both. It's interesting to watch how you guys can recover from mistakes -both shot-wise and mentally.TBH this kind of golf is probably more relatable to people watching than a birdie blitz. More tough courses if you can put yourselves through it 😀
So authentic ☺️👍. Great to you both playing stroke play and such an honest round. Please, please stop apologising for bad holes and shots its relatable and helps us mere mortals feel better about ours. Great come back from Dan and Paul is always golfing Royalist even with his ratling clubs 🤣. Ps have you assassinated Gilly🤣. I miss him👍☺️
Dan, on hole 10, I would have taken the unplayable lie penalty and moved the ball back out of the bunker. I remember doing what you did and suffering a quadruple bogey because I didn’t take the penalty. Learned my lesson well. This is a very tough course, if you boys are shooting 5 over, I’d be happy with an 80. Paul must hate it when you make those long putts. Enjoyed the video, I’m one of your diehard fans, so I stayed until the end. Cheers
How could anyone leave this before the end. A real drama 😂. I played CH a few years back and it sucked me in and spat me out. Well played both and a brilliant watch as always 👍
The perfect result if you ask me. I really enjoyed the final round of the Seniors Open at Porthcawl and that round had the same feel about it 😂 set's up perfectly for a rematch.
Loved it , Golf is character building , you have to go through the shite to enjoy the good , well done Dan and Paul really enjoyed that , PS , Dan you drained 2 50 footers in that aswel lol .....🏌️♂️⛳️👍
I thought you two did a great job getting through that and there were some signs of class in amongst the slightly wayward stuff. Can only imagine how knackering those trips are for you and to manage what you achieved around a tough track, was admirable. Well done boys 💪👏👌
That was a very good watch (yes stayed till the end haha) You did not have to be far off line to lose a ball there. The amount of bunkers there is frightening! Reminds me of the Dukes course in St Andrews with the amount of bunkers.
I used to be a member there, best score on my 50th birthday was 75, it’s a very tough course and not very forgiving, now play at another Nick Faldo course in Cyprus, Elea, just a tough and very strategic but a wee bit more forgiving. Loved both parts, nice to see all the modifications have not blunted the edge the course always had. Keep up the great Vlogs, best on You Tube in my opinion.
Diehard fan here from Malaysia. I never miss any of your video since your last trip to Langkawi, Malaysia. This time around both of you have managed the game very well after some bad shots. Tq Dan and Paul for letting us learn how to recover from double bogey holes.
Great video Dan , I’m lucky enough to live near Chart Hills and have played there a few times . I make sure to have plenty of balls available, I managed a birdie on the 17th once playing with my son , a great hole and course .
Good one guys, I've played Chart Hills although off the yellow tees, and its a tough course. Mind the rough looked about a foot longer than when I played it. Good fun well done.
Part 1 I commented how impressive it was you only went in one bunker, then first hole of part 2, 💥! Way to hang in there boys, hat course asks many, many questions! Always watch to the end every time!
Good vlog I certainly didn’t turn off, still well played on that course which did look long and difficult not to mention windy. Far too many bunkers for me to want to play there lol
Hi Dan , great vid and great golf on a tough course . Was lucky enough to play your course Churston yesterday Tuesday, while down here passing through,my wife and I loved it even though greens had been hollow tined, lovely course ,highly recommended ( give it a try you subscribers) . Didn’t manage to say hello but maybe next time 👍
Loved it Dan & Paul, by your standards not the best of days but I quite enjoy seeing you both struggle at times, reflects what the rest of us go through!! Still some amazing shots on show, Paul, your Driver, 3 wood has more rattles than Mothercare!!! Keep up the great content Dan 👏 👌
Fantastic vlog Dan and Paul, that really did sum up what the game can do to every player. Just kind of shows how good you both are finishing up with a score like that and having such meltdowns within each other’s games. Best content on RUclips. 👍
Very enjoyable golf on a highly difficult course, well done for pulling it back Dan with some magical touches. You are such tough competitors it is good to see even you two can hit wayward shots but your powers of recovering lost causes excellent - All the bunkers looked frightening but I know I would still be in the one Dan took 3 in days later. Great videos.
I would love to be as good as the Hendriksen's. Playing 'badly' and being distraught with +5 on a very tough championship course. Chin up lads, there was a lot of good in there too.
Played Chart Hills a few times. Nick Faldo designed. Anyone who hasn't played it, it's not overly long it's a being in the right place course. You go too far you can't see the green. Bunkering is brutal. Well played guys. There are a lot of courses in Kent that on the face of it look quite easy but are far from it. If you guys visit the Garden of England again try Birchwood at Wilmington.
Still cracking golf by both of you by my standards and a good watch, plus I'm learning bits from you both as I watch you deal with things. Great stuff keep it coming.
A die hard here. Who'd leave when you get friendly brotherly rivalry, and an absolute gem of a Dad story? Brilliant vlog.
I came, I liked, I commented: You can keep your massive drives or arrowed approach shots. Dans chip bumbling down the hill on 15 might be the best shot I've seen on RUclips. That would give me nightmares on the course. executed to perfection. Great videos again Dan and Paul.
The best part about this Vid is seeing Pauls face each time DH boxes one from long range… he always looks so pleased for him 😂😂😂
😂

Still here, any content is good content. Well done boys :)
Allways stay to the end of your videos, because they`re the best on RUclips.
👍
Stuck with you guys right to the end - just proved to me that even a triple can be recovered from, with the right mindset.
Great job keeping a good attitude coming out of that bunker on 10. I'd have blown my lid.
That was my favourite golf vlog that you have done dan it showed the highs and lows that us weekend warriors experience every round
It was tough 😂
Tough course, the back 9 was brutal. Well done for keeping ploughing on.
I guess I’m a die hard because I would rather watch you two play over par golf than anybody else on RUclips play under par. It is a very tough game on a very demanding course on a windy day and I really enjoyed the vlog, always enjoy when Paul is playing
Thanks Joe 👍
I stuck it out til the end. Welcome to the world of mere mortal golfers!
👍
A very good effort boys round a difficult course. Especially thought Paul did well since he was playing with the new “TaylorMade Maraca woods” 😂😂
I must be an “ultimate fan” then as I’m still watching . I dread to think what we mere mortals would be scoring . I certainly wouldn’t be contemplating the tee boxes you are taking on.
Paul with his last ball as he re loads his tees off the 18th and laughing.

Paul’s sigh as he collected his ball from the 18th hole having halved.
I loved every minute of it, even if you boys may not have!!!
We always enjoy a game together Andrew, thanks for sticking with us 👍
Great example of how to deal with not getting any luck. Bravo Dan.
That was the funniest 9 holes I've seen in ages. So relatable and apologies are not necessary.
I’ve just had scaffolding put up to paint the house….. I jumped thinking it had collapsed when Paul dropped his driver on the last ❤️
Tough course and not the result you both hoped for, but living the dream going to work for the day as brothers playing a round of golf. Credit to both of you as always.
Best entertainment on the channel yet
Loved the whole thing, more than you did playing I’m sure, but for holding it together after a shocking start, Paul the reverse, but still some lovely golf, cracking venue, and a good watch. Thanks guys

Well done both of you8 This golf course is brutal. As is has been said brilliant relatable golf content. Such a wonderful channel!
Die hard here: brilliantly relatable golf content, grinding out a score whilst battling those subconscious demons. Well done guys, course looks good.
👍
Well boys 😮 I feel like Bruce Willis after that 😂😂
Proper golf is always good to see
I know it was a struggle for you boys, but it shows how golf can kick you when you’re down…..and we keep coming back for more. Nice brotherly interaction. Thanks
That looks like one beast of a course. Haven't seen that many green side bunkers in quite a while. Well dome gents.
Loved this Dan, the number of times my brother and i take it down 18 is unreal.. nothing like brotherly love..😂😂
Absolutly loved the ending, between the two brothers!
I enjoyed the two boys battling it out. The course won today, but you guys will get it next time.
die hard fan here stayed to the end :D, it was an entertaining finish. lots of head offs
Thanks Matt 👍

On the 10th. Similar situation in the open. A guy putted backwards 3ft. And then played out towards the hole.
Wouldn’t have tuned out for the world. Fantastic watch as always. 😊
Great video, it shows that even great golfers can come unstuck with the odd poor shot or unlucky bounce.

Top course ❤ Loved the video
Great film Die Hard 😂 - punishing course!
How could anyone leave this before the end. A real drama 😂. I played CH a few years back and it sucked me in and spat me out. Well played both and a brilliant watch as always 👍
Thanks for sticking with us 👍
I bloody loved it. More brothers in arms please. Maybe I am a diehard fan? Although I did vomit in my mouth a little with the last hole tee shots. 😂
Happy to be a diehard. At least your magic putter appeared a few times in this part. Plus there was still some quality golf shots.
The perfect result if you ask me. I really enjoyed the final round of the Seniors Open at Porthcawl and that round had the same feel about it 😂 set's up perfectly for a rematch.
Thanks lads, a tough track, great effort.
Really enjoyed both parts .. not a course I would want to play .. hate bunkers !!!
I’ll say it again.
Dan’s putting 😀
Thoroughly enjoyed that, all the way to the end :) Cheers chaps.

Stayed till the end, always good watching genuine golf, all the ups and downs. Well done guys
I hanged in there to the bitter end lol 😊
That was a very good watch (yes stayed till the end haha) You did not have to be far off line to lose a ball there. The amount of bunkers there is frightening! Reminds me of the Dukes course in St Andrews with the amount of bunkers.
DH you might just be the best putter on RUclips you know
With you till the end and enjoyed it all.
Magic. Great fun to watch. Pauls clubs sounded like what you hear when you drop a flag on the green lol
Made it to the end!!! Reminded me how brutal that course can be - well battled through!

75 is tidy around CH Jack 💪
Great video guys. Nice to see the brotherly love coming through. Keep up the awesome work guys

Wow what a trip that was 🇲🇾
A tough, tough course, but I love that you both finished the same. Great content as always Dan. Your vlogs take the crown for me.
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for the compliment 👑
Tough back 9 boys. Well done for sticking with it
+5 on that course is pretty good! Damn it looks hard

Stayed till the end Dan & well done to you two for hanging in there. Been meaning to ask, any update on how Wilbur is doing?
Great video and unfortunately it’s good to see how you two cope when things don’t go your way. The brotherly interaction is lovely.
Ultimate die hard fan 🙌🏼
That's what you call a very brutal golf course.
Good to see you boys hanging tough.
Great stuff!!!
Good vlog I certainly didn’t turn off, still well played on that course which did look long and difficult not to mention windy. Far too many bunkers for me to want to play there lol

Watched both parts and really enjoyed them. Golf is hard you know.
👍
Fair play. I’ve played chart hills a few times and gone home crying every time, brutal track
😂
Fantastic vlog Dan and Paul, that really did sum up what the game can do to every player. Just kind of shows how good you both are finishing up with a score like that and having such meltdowns within each other’s games.
Best content on RUclips. 👍

Love the long course vlogs. Top-notch lads.
Tough course, eventful and entertaining play. Well done.

'But' if only you hit 5 iron you would clear that bunker! Paul's done you!!!!
What an edge of seat experience boys. Great stuff! Loved it when you almost hugged after the round!

Well done for getting around that one - some good golf there & an enjoyable watch as always!
Thanks Martyn 👍
Dan I would take 77 all day it was great watching you and Paul battling your way around even when the wheels came of the cart loved it real golf
Looks like a stunning course. Some beautiful golf being played as well, you guys make the game look so easy.
Thank you both, encourages us mid handicappers to keep trying🎉
Loved it. ❤
No way was I going to quit before the last putt dropped. In the end a tie felt like the right result.
What a turnaround! I'd be interested to know how few putts you had on the back 9 Dan. The golf gods really did smile on you.
Well done lads, some days it can be just a grind
Cracking match. Seeing you both lose balls off the tee gives us high handicappers hope!
Still cracking golf by both of you by my standards and a good watch, plus I'm learning bits from you both as I watch you deal with things. Great stuff keep it coming.
