So true bro, I was having a discussion with a friend the other time, and I was saying if we can expand the economy and create enough employment opportunities we can end the crime. He said, we won't because these criminals don't rob and kill us to buy food, they want the lifestyle, to impress women and have some "status". I had to sit and rethink, there's no correlation between between poverty and crime, case in point are countries poorer than SA in Africa and yet are rated as most peaceful. I had to concede on that argument.
Point is I agree with you, they don't rob us to buy bread or pack of potatoes but for women.
