Looks great , if you don't mind me saying , the speed of the current and the size of your lead are not related unless you are at anchor ( its all on the same conveyor ) what makes the difference is the wind blowing the boat over the water. Angling boats will naturally face down wind as the propellers are a drag and the cabin is a sail

I get what you’re saying absolutely.although sometimes in a big tide and if the wind is going with you a bigger weight is needed to get down quickly and be in contact with the lure. I still find small tide you get away with smaller weight and big tide you need a bigger one.

On conversion chart about 1.5lb. Very happy with that as a new PB for me. Stunning fish with such amazing colours.

Hi lads what system were you using to find the wrecks ? I’m just getting into kayak fishing and have a lowrance fish finder ! But would like to add to it !
    Cheers Mike

Hi there! I love my kayaks! So hope you love it to. The only app you need is Navionics. Pay for the subscription and you will be able to locate wrecks, reefs, banks etc. fantastic app on the phone that shows you the ground! Then you can put the numbers in your plotter where you want to go. I have a series on how to find certain fish on boats. It may help you, enjoy!

We have to work hard for fish over 5lb. Live bait is best for big ones!
