I've actually had my Samsung Galaxy A10 for I think a little over 2 years! I've been with Boost Mobile for almost a decade and they text me a promotional deal for this phone for 10 bucks couldn't believe it so I said whatever I'll buy it honestly it's not bad at all! WOW! Just like that I finally found a decent, easy to understand video on not 1, 2, 3 BUT MANY things I was struggling with on my own phone. OK - brilliant (just bought a new phone that is this model BUT - I came from an antique Call/Text phone only (Nokia Classic 6120) - so had absolutely NO IDEA how to "switch" between two different cellphone providers (alternate &/or emergency access via two different 4G networks) until I saw this..
EXCELLENT first instructions video ;-)
BUT - if you use one sim as your default - do you get any notifications that someone just tried calling the other (or sent a txt to that) - or do you have to switch sim access - in the phone itself, first - to see all missed calls and wait for missed txts to arrive?
Oh do you need to have them both activated or can you simply have a second emergency sim there, for top-up/activation in an emergency - to save monthly pre-pay costs?

Hi Serg. When I try to move pictures from internal storage to sd card the only option it allows is to secure storage. How do I change that?
Nice video! Thank you. Just the right amount of explanation. I followed this for my A10e. The A10e and A10 trays are a little different, but otherwise this worked fine. Also:
1. I did this with the phone powered off. I was afraid that doing it with the phone on might damage the phone if I did something wrong.
2. I had to use the Samsung wire tool to release the tray. A paper clip was too big to fit in the hole, and a copper wire was too weak and bent.

I feel you, but there are alot of people out there who arent tech savy at all and that doesnt mean they are idiots.
Or - those who ARE tech savvy - but who have never owned any SMART PHONES (as they themselves have only ever needed OLD-DUMB-PHONES - such as a Nokia Classic 6120) - hence not all people are INSTINCTIVELY knowledgeable - on how the NEW smart phones operate - if they have never owned one.!!!!

Good but I wish you would speak slower. I am a newbie to a " posh" phone and still struggling with controls. I am also an OAP so do not assume we all know what you are talking about.
My galaxy A 10 storage has over 30GB files I don't know. It doesn't show me any files taking that much space. Please post a video on the solution.

Another question...pleeeaase. Straighttalk has been NO help at all. Ever since I got my new phone I've bever been able to receive or send: pictures or videos in text (MMS) messages. One thing really throwing me is that they say I have to have my data "on" in order to receive and send pix and videos. Well, I've never had to do that before with any Samsung phone I've had, yet the service tech is telling me that it has always been that way. Maybe because communication is sketchy because we can't really understand each other, but.. this is wrong. I'm sorry, I hope I made sense..I don't know how to fix this issue and nobody is helping me.

@@davidhersh2697 a smicard is big. It's pretty much smaller than a memory card. Mini Sim card is smaller, but most recent Sim cards have pre cut part around them that allow you to remove the extra plastic or extra cardboard around the copper part to transform your sincard into a mini Sim card, or you can do it yourself with a knife or pat of scissors. Then you have the Nano sim card. This one is usually so small you are most likely going to have to call your phone networks provider and ask for a new card with the same number in it. This is what I had to do for the a10. So it's a Nano card.

@@reservationsthailand6901 I think he may be - as I have ONLY ever had cellphones with ONE SIM and a totally separate Micro SD slot - but then - mine was a Nokia Classic 6120 - bought away back in the good old days before smart phones were needed - for daft users.. ;-)
Basically - I think what he's trying to do - is ONLY have a sim & an SD card - in a dual + SD slot holder - so which sim POSITION does he use? (which of course, will be either - as the phone will tell him which slot he used and the other "empty slot" will thus just appear as if vacant )
