The crocodile Tail Loop is the flagship switcher from One Control. Create up to 70 presets with the easy push button auto saving system. The OC10 has 7 programs per bank and you can choose up to 10 programs for each program. The OC10 also is equipped midi and can send program changes or to be used as a midi through to be used in combination with other midi devices.
Thank you!!! Finally someone has explained the loop section of the OC10. I love mine, but I'm considering some different configurations because I need more front end loops.
Nice breakdown! very clear explanation...I would love to get a hold of those PDF's as well if I can?
Is it possible to make a patch that both combine the stymon+the drive AND do a channel switch on the amp?
why is this thing so confusing? So if we want to do 4 cable method i can only put three pedals in the loop?
nice job explaining the pedal. how could i get a pdf for the different setups
Great video! Very clear presentation. I was wondering if it is possible to use the crocodile tail loop with a two amp set-up? Where some effects go to one amp and other effects go to a different amp, such as in a wet/dry rig.
Cheers
Thanks for explaining everything. I would also like to get the PDF's if they are still available. Thanks.
Rick,
You mentioned in this video that the Chamaeleo you can't access the loops directly. The first version of the Chamaeleo there was a switch that allowed you to switch between modes...either using the preset loops or the individual loops themselves. I don't see a switch on the MK ii. Is that feature not available on the Mark ii?? Thanks!
Can you please send me the pdf files? I've been looking at these for over a year now and was confused how I would have the delays and verbs through effects loop of my amp but you made it clear! Thanks!
Thanks for the review! Perfect introduction to that unit! I am really interested in those PDF-Files as well! How can I get them?
Great review, extremely helpful. Any chance I could also see your pdf examples as well. Thanks much!
Thanks for the video! Is it still possible to get a copy of the PDF please?
Great Video! Just picked one of these up and was wondering if you send the PDF's?
Hi
is the midi function compatible with controlling switch of presets on the midi-controllable TC electronic Flashback x4 (original version with microswitch for dotted 8ths etc) without a MIDI re-mapper? I'm told the Gigrig G2 requires a re-mapper as well as "distributors" but am unsure whether this is a specific thing for the Gigrig G2 or whether it would apply to the Crocodile Tail too.
Great demonstration. Could I get a copy of those pdf files?
+Tyler H Sent :)
So you have to make sure the Midi button is pressed per patch to initialize the midi switching?
I'm trying to get this unit to act as a switcher for 3 amplifiers as I've noticed much less tone loss from doing
it this way. I'm sending out from loops 8, 9 and 10 with bridging between them but for some reason only one
loop (and therefore only 1 amp) at any given time will sound. Can you please offer some advice to remedy?
any way to get a pdf for running a stereo setup? I’ve had this for years and can’t seem to get the stereo setup to work.
thanks for the video. I had a question about the end of the video. I want to use this with my line6 M5. So I can make the OC-10 send a program change to the M5 on every preset as long as I have the midi engaged but if I didn't have the midi engaged the M5 would stay on the same patch that it is on. So if I had a tremolo sound setup on one preset I could tell the M5 to change to another sound. But If I had a delay sound and i wanted it to "spillover" to another preset where I didn't need the M5 to change then I would just tell OC-10 to not change the M5 patch and just keep it on the same delay sound? I hope this makes sense.
***** I'm sorry, I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the trails would still be there once you switched over. I think! Drop us an email if you'd like to know more.
Great video, was wondering how I could also get my hands on the setup PDF's that you mention? \m/
Direct messaged Si :)
How are the foot switches on this do they make a pop when you step on them
Can I also request the setups pdf please? Also, I've seen some demo's of people getting delay trails/spill over when changing presets. Do any of the setup's display how to configure this (or if you can advise how to do this please)? Many thanks.
+stevebeige Directed messaged, I'm not sure that that's possible according to the PDFs, but if anyone else has an ideas do chip in :)
can i have different orders of effects comnecet to the loops?
How do you store different sounds from mobious to the One Control?
Hello! I can use 2 Eventide pedals through midi, and change the amplifier channels also using midi function? Thanks!
***** I believe you can only use MIDI to switch programs on a single pedal, though MIDI sync may be available. Your amp settings would be switched with a jack input, rather than MIDI. I hope this helps!
Would love those pdf files as well!
I've been trying to figure out how to control my Mobius via midi. That would be great if you could send me the Pdf's. Thanks!
+lsdave36 I'll direct message you. Anyone else, please drop me an email at lukem@guitarguitar.co.uk and I'll send them over :)
You mentioned you had some .pdf files of different set ups? Where can I find those?
Sent you a direct message!
can i get those pdf files?
Basically, In case I wish to use loops 8 to 10 in Amp send return, I will have to connect out8 to in9 & and out9 to in10 with patch cables right? Please send the pdf files
Hi, if you follow this link it will give you a run through a lot more info. You can download the pdf at the bottom of the page too. This should help :)
www.one-control.com/crocodile-tail-loop.html
I asked you that question after going through their website and all youtube videos :)
Kindly answer that specific issue which is not clear in any link you may find on the net. In addition, I wish to get pdf showing the connections. The manual is incomplete!
As a amp switch, where did you plug your cables from loop 2 , into your amp at?
Alan Dobson Hi Alan, it depends on your amp but there should be an input marked "CTRL" or maybe "footswitch."
any chance you could send through those pdf files with the different type of setups?
+GeetardudexD Direct messaged dude!

Thanks ! Do you have the files with the different type of setups? Cheers!
Could I get one those PDF's that are mentioned? I just bought this unit and am kinda at a loss.
did you get the PDF files? Best wishes Rick
Yes I did! Thanks heaps. They were a huge help.
Hey! Nice video! So the 7 loops are for in front pedals (comp, OD, dist etc..), and the 3 other for modulation or switches (reverb, delay, footswitch..) right? Thing is I have 3 modulation pedals + 1 footswitch.. Does it mean I can’t wire all my pedals ? Also, how do you connect the BOSS NS2 (noise gate with 4 cable method)?
Hi Adrien, did you get any feedback to that 4 cable method? I have almost the same set up like you have and still struggling with it.
@@MPugner I didn’t, however I found a video on RUclips explaining this with the BOSS ES8. But I recently bought myself a QuadCortex so problem solved for me, no more amps & pedals
Is there a delay when changing channels in amp?
Not at all. It works the same as your footswitch would.
would love if you could send me those pdf files too!
+Maximilian Bahr Direct messaged you Max!
PDFs?
Darin Sullivan Direct messaged!
