One other trick with grapples is you can jump and quickly crouch-vertical to do an uppercut out of it. So you can do an uppercut out of a grapple in the air :)
dude YOU ARE THE ONE THAT IS KEEPING ME PLAYING THIS GAME!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING ALL YOUR KNOWLEDGE IT MAKES ME WANT TO TRY OUT AND I ENJOY THIS GAME SO MUCH MORE
Great guide, you have covered everything what i expected and also that sneaky wall cover was cool. I really had no idea about that. Right now i am gonna try it :D thanks a lot
Amazing. Thanks alot for this awesome tutorial. Also it's amazing how Naraka managed to build this amazing training area which has all the things available: items, weapon and skill information, a sparring partner that is even capable of carrying different weapons. That's something which I never saw in any other game that I played before.
these tips are really helpful. i watched your video on how to get better and after applying all of what you said i went on to win 3 ranked matches in a row and my first bloodbath. thanks a lot for the tips and im excited to see more (:
For walls, I've found scale rush a good technique for conserving grapple spools... for example behind the temple of Celestra for those who may not know there is a big cliff to climb to conserve grapple you can scale rush diagonally upwards (close to the wall still) and scale the wall more efficiently. Scale rush is also a good form of movement if you have no grapple hooks to spare.
having a hard time actually chain all the movement in this game together, guess that will come with time. but your video's has def helped me over the past few days to get into this game. I dig it!
Def can say it’ll come with time I’ve only played 2 days so far but my movement has gotten a lot more smooth and I get around a lot better. I still have a lot of work but I’ve came a long way in a short amount of time I wanna say
@@HKBoba unfortuantly I am on Eu not NA and their I am very laggy with naraka baldepoint espicially that the moves are really fast, could also play rocket league at some point when I have time to like a private match 1v1 even though I suck At 1s lol would love to and yeah I play rl on the new xbox and naraka on my old pc
And this entire time... I've been sticking myself onto walls to see the outside rather than clicking Ctrl... I really should practice that Wire Left click Maneuver though! Really helpful guide once more thankyou !
I can see why a lot of people get driven away from this game but honestly I got it 2 days ago and I love it. It took me a while in the blood bath game mode (not 100% sure if that what it’s called) but I’ve gotten a lot better at combat and movement because of it. I can’t touch any pros or sweats but I make it to top 10 every time now with at least 7 kills in br mode but in the blood bath I can get 15-30 kills
If any of you guys are curious about how to escape the basic tutorial map, there is now a known way to accomplish such feat! After you get grapplers but just before you get armor, there is a rock pillar to your right below your line of sight. Grapple over to it, slide down the side facing the island rock wall, grapple a bit to your right, and you will have managed to leave the boundary without any problem! Now you can explore however you want... almost. There are still leftover boundaries and kill areas, and if you are lucky, you will find the training arena meant for honing your skills!
I rarely use wall running, I really struggle across the cliff surfaces since it's easy to get caught on the terrain. However, I've had a lot of success using Wall running inside the small houses to get above horizontal attacks, and to change the direction I'm attacking my opponent from.
Well the best you can obtain from wall running is certainly the passive ability of the Matari's Ultimate. For the one who doesn't know, there's one version of the ultimate that grants you a damage boost when attacking someone from a wall while affected by the invisibility granted by Matari's Ultimate. Other than that, I don't think there's something relevent. You can of course use that wall attack to escape if needed (thanks to the far distance it makes you go)
did you know you can do an ultra quick slide parry out of an uncharged focus? it cant hit level 1 charge and you need to release LMB and hit RMB in very quick succession. It works because of the parry window. This tech is super useful when dealing with greatsword users and players that think they can release their focus attack in time when you run in. I'd love to see you test it! Also the greatsword has some OP tech if you double jump RMB tech chase with lock on enabled. Its crazy hard to get away from.
So i just started the game 2 days ago, ive tried to look it up but havent found much on it…what is the difference between blue focus, purple focus, and gold focus? Is it charging the attack even longer or is it just a tier that the attacks are placed in. I saw someone say that gold focus cant be interrupted sooo…blue focus can be parried, purple cant be parried, and gold cant be interrupted at all…is that right?
i still have a hard time learning how to do that wall latch charge attack is there anyway in making it easier by tweaking the settings or something? because sometimes when i try to do it instead of holding on to the wall and charging an attack it just straight out does an air attack
When are you going to make a Weapon guide series, you already covered the spear. And how about hero guides and combos they can do with specific weapons?
i need to ask, what is your opinion on the "aim assist attack"? Do you use it or not? I have tried both and I feel like for longsword and katana for example, its way easier to hit charge attacks, but I almost feel like playing dagger with it is impossible. Attacks from the air is quite hard 2 hit as well without the assist, but maybe i just need 2 practise more, would love 2 hear your opinion. Thanks :)
I found out that the fastest way to get up from the ground is to let go and start the new game. Once I was knocked down, I was like paralysed, eventhough I spammed a hundred button on my keyboard. T_T
You talk about tech chase but wont explain it? Seems sus. Why does no one actually explain the tech chase? Yall convincing me its not real cuz theres zero guides or explanations for it anywhere.
Hmm do I not cover tech chasing in any guides. I talk about it a lot In my katana and especially dagger guide. Tech chasing is just the act of putting on pr3ssure during your opponents recovery.
This game is dogshit,no block button,op ultimates, lag during fights...played 24 hours of this game then deleted it. And by the views i see on twitch, this game is not going to last long and rightfully so

Heads up for the grapple part
you don't need to even break the grapple at all, you can quick parry mid air.

I saw someone can do double uppercut with katana when engaging someone. How do you do that? I really want to know, which button he press.

How do I yellow dash on PlayStation
how do I do a charge attack on console?
how do you get out of being stunned by a grapple?
Are there some needed keybinds?
It’s crazy because I just started and I already do the slide and jump and I didn’t even look it up or anything I just found it my self
do you have your run settings on press or hold
When are you going to make a Weapon guide series, you already covered the spear. And how about hero guides and combos they can do with specific weapons?
Combo guide with every weapon coming Monday! Then more specific guides will follow
How do you dash
do you need the energy glyph for the dagger dash?
found out by mistake, i was relatively new and in a fight and it disoriented me pretty bad lmao
Do you play fighting games? I'm hearing fighting game terminology in the video. Great watch, thanks!
Haha yessir. I used to play melee and soul calibur pretty competitively. Went to a couple smaller tournaments for dbfz and marvel vs capcom
@@HKBoba That's sick! Now I can see where the passion for tech-sharing comes from.
Awesome

Appreciate it!
can u show ur key cam
Is this yellow dagger dash still exist? I'm fairly new xD and couldn't do it.
No it's gone
You should have mentioned that you can repeatedly crouch dash while healing to make yourself much harder to hit! Good Vid though learned a few things.
i have! in my tips for beginners video =)
tbh i have the hardest time just getting my character to keep sprinting. i cant sprint make an action then get back into sprint like this
Do you have tips for console players
I hope more and more big streamers live stream this game. The game isnt getting as much as love as apex legends, pubg, etc.
MY counter and yellow not working wtf

Movement mechanics and animation looks cheap
The learning curve is not steep in this game. It's very easy to play
people are just using macros in this game is a fluke dont believe them there not actually doing these combos
