They contacted police immediately. I was at my "happy place" and came across this song for the first time on the radio as I parked. I then went on RUclips and listened for over 2 hours. Next thing I knew the police were behind me and I thought should I do it now but they talked me out of it. They arrested me and took me to the hospital to get help. Jelly, had I not found you I wouldn't be here. I pray I can meet you someday. You are my hero and my idol

I have NEVER, in my 35yrs, found a song that could break me down like this song does, from the first note but this song gets me every time. The opening guitar part sounds like a song the father of my kids wrote when he was in his high school band. And it kills my heart to hear it. We got pregnant when I was 15 & 17 and he passed away, at 18, when I was 3mnths pregnant with our 2nd daughter. So the line ‘I’m froze in time’ definitely bit me in the gut bc I’m 35 now and our daughters are both in college now and I still haven’t mourned him properly so thank you for making this song. Maybe it’ll help me move forward so I’m not frozen in time anymore. One can only hope.

I have NEVER, in my 35yrs, found a song that could break me down like this song does, from the first note but this song gets me every time.
The opening guitar part sounds like a song the father of my kids wrote when he was in his high school band. And it kills my heart to hear it.
We got pregnant when I was 15 & 17 and he passed away, at 18, when I was 3mnths pregnant with our 2nd daughter.
So the line ‘I’m froze in time’ definitely bit me in the gut bc I’m 35 now and our daughters are both in college now and I still haven’t mourned him properly so thank you for making this song. Maybe it’ll help me move forward so I’m not frozen in time anymore.
