Great video, Mark, good to see you back in the marsh. Sight fishing for those reds was very exciting and produced some really nice catches! Take care and be safe, anxiously awaiting your next video!
Another great video bro. Brings back memories of Christmas Bay in my 10 ft. Aluminium jon boat. Live finger mullet was my bait choice and boy was it fun! Again tks for the memories!
Hi Mark, learn something new every day about the bay. No wonder why I don't see too many slot reds where I fish. Largest slot I pulled up at the Jetty was 28 last year. Great video! Thanks 🎣
Been wading this week a couple times. It's been one after another on the trout. Got 7 today in about 2 hrs, all 17-22 inch. Good times. Haven't run into yall in a while. Great video. Stay safe out there.
I haven't been there in years, primarily because that put in spot on google maps street view shows a ton of no parking signs. Are they parking way further down the road and walking back?
Hey man I fish in Dana’s cove and the marsh that your in and I just can’t catch the fish I can’t find them either and I was wondering if you have any tips for this area for redfish and trout?
Mark, what avionic app do you use on your cell phone (if any)when you are out in the bays? By the way, you and your son make great videos, keep them coming.
At a minimum 100 Ah lithium. Go with a reputable brand. I’ve only used the FPV Power brand. My 100 Ah battery is well into its third year and no issues.
Hi! I love your video! I want to get into kayak fishing and would love to learn how to do so. Need your advice on an affordable kayak and perhaps maybe we can fish one day together
Best to visit a kayak dealer and ask all your questions before buying. A starter kayak is subjective to the person buying it. Too hard to answer this question.
Bro i gotta know how you aren't just pouring sweat with that jacket and pants and vest and gloves. And having to paddle and pushing along id be so hot 🔥 🥵
My clothing is specifically designed for fishing by fishermen. Everything protects my skin from the sun with a 50 SPF factor built into them. It’s all moisture wicking and super breathable. The gloves protect my hands from being sliced by the braid fishing line.
@MDLRFishing yea I have all the designer name brand fishing clothing as well gloves and all I've been watching you for years I know why you wear it all just saying I don't see how cause it's hot as heck here moisture wicking or not it's still hotter than shorts
Got a love the flats 😎👍
🤙
I LOVED the shots of em tailing right off the bat, you know it's about to be a good day! XD
I’m always in awe when I get lucky to see them tailing.

It felt so good to sight cast them. Thanks Christine!
Enjoy watching your videos very much.
Thank you George 🤙
Mark I love the videos. I’ve been a subscriber for years now. Keep them coming . Missing the catch and cook stuff !
I’ll bring them back soon

That back lake is either on fire with schools or baren from my experience. Its awesome when you catch it at the right time.
I couldn’t agree more.

You don't know unless you go🎣
Agreed 🤙

I still plan on wading soon. Those trout are impressive.
Love the videos, keep them coming! Question though…where did you park to launch there? No parking signs everywhere!
Great video as usual, thanks Bro
I appreciate it Ron.
Another great video Mark! Can you add the link to where you purchased your hat? Thanks in advance sir!
Action Hat from Live Live, Rex DelRay
@@MDLRFishing appreciate you brother!
Great to see you back out there. That's a great goto spot. Is the other entrance down the road still barricaded?

@@56233n yes.
@RS yes still barricaded.
Liked you fish pics

Hey Mark, with all the fishing you do do you ever join the CCA Tournament? Have you ever caught a tagged red from it?
I’ve never caught a tagged red.
Hey buddy Which episode was the one That you made a special kind of casting cork on the jetties?
S1 Ep119 🤙
@@MDLRFishing thank you. Was at Surfside today, no luck.

Not sure what you mean by Avionic app.
Mark, where di you park your truck at the end of that road if signs are posted everywhere?
The report for this video is up on Patreon Andrei 👍.
Don't you have to pay for patreon?
Just answered my own question. But yes another good video sir!

@@MDLRFishing where do you buy your batteries and what brand exactly do you use? Please

I don’t mean to bother you, but how many batteries do you carry on your kayak?
Two for a total of 100 ah.
@@MDLRFishing that would be two 50 ah?
@@spotntails7427 yes
Do you use two 50 ah because the 100 ah are to big?
@@spotntails7427 no, it’s just what they had at the time. Now there’s a dedicated 110 ah, it’s a powerhouse of a battery.
One redfish after another now that's how it's supposed to be.

Mark don't forget Sunday is Mothers day . Its gonna rain so BBQ ?
