Study mbbs in abroad is a task. 1) The country and university Should obey nmc guidelines (there are such universities In abroad, so it is not Complicated) 2) almost countries provide 6 Year mbbs and there is an Exit exam in their language (In the official language of That country) but students In abroad and agency says It is not too tough. But Some says there is a diffe rence between speaking a Language and writing, Writing is more difficult, (The exit exam is a written Exam) 3) think if we take one year to crack that exit exam, the *7* year are over. And when we come to India we should attend FMG (Pass rate 15%), and There are some students Couldn't crack this with 2 Years( even take coaching From the top institution) Think if we take one year to Crack fmg, *8* years are over The thing is if once we crack FMG, the government medi- cal college should allot us to To do 1year internship here, But there are students wait- ing 1 & 1/2 years (after crack- ing fMG) to allot the them to One year internship Here 8 +1 & 1/2 =*9* & *1/2* Think if the govt is allot us to do internship after the 9 & 1/2 , and we done it within 1 year *10 & 1/2* 4) the reality is *the student Should complete the whole Procedure within 10 years. Otherwise the degree will be invalid* ( this is an nmc Guideline) , that we can't Work any where. But there are students work Here who completed their Mbbs in abroad, but i think Nowadays it is hard bcoz Nmc is bringing new guideli- nes these years... So u have to think about it Seriously, may it is effect u Bad or good.... And if you have confidance u can go... of course these all are depend on you Nb: I got these datas from my research. Most of the countries have no exit exam for registration. Eg Kirgistan, Uzbekistan, Philippines, Turkmenistan etc. Countries such as Russia, nepal etc have exit exam. In russia exit exam for the is in Russian. But that's not tough. You will learn Russian as a part of your curriculum. Don't compare and Indian degree with a foreign degree. Most of the medical colleges in India have no facilities/ quality. In government medical colleges lot of patients will be there, but no medicines, equipments, professors etc. In Kerala most of the medical colleges have no proper teaching staff. During NMC inspection, government used to transfer staff to maintain required staff pattern. This is the situation in Kerala. Situation is worst in other states. Even in so called AIIMS also situation is pathetic.

@@shahnazshamimm This problem is created by Government of Kerala. In Kerala they are not allowing FMGE passed doctors to do internship in Pvt Medical colleges. They only allow to do internship either in Government Medical colleges/ Govt District Hospitals. FMGE students has to raise this issue with the hon. health minister. It can be easily resolved. In Karnataka all private medical colleges are allowed to use the services of FMGE passed doctors.

Hi Ajmal, first of all kudos to you on discussing the pros and cons of not giving students a clear picture on the matter of MBBS admissions abroad. There is no debate in the fact that all countries have their own medical licensing exam. A lot of agents have been misleading students by stating that they dont have to write the license exam in certain countries post MBBS/MD. According to the NMC gazette, after graduation, students have to attend and qualify the medical license exam in the respective abroad country. Each country has their own set of rules on granting license to the doctors. Some countries conduct license exams right after graduation, on the other hand some countries demand the students to attend the residency program before attending the license exams. The clarification on the terms and schedule of the license exams can be cleared by emailing the respective Indian embassy situated in the chosen country for education. Most Indian Embassy websites have already mentioned information for Medical students. Or simply, even sending an email to the chosen university will clear all the confusions. N.B. Students ought to do their own research before they leave for education. No abroad university or embassy is far off our limits. Every information is a call/email away.
Indian MBBS is best but nowadays it is not trustful as neet scam 2024.Then to get a seat in government college takes many years which is too much disappointing for students ( to become a doctor is a long process).Even if we get ,there is no hygiene and not well maintained system ,very limited seats.Even I heard stipend is not proper.Abroad mbbs is also having its own merits and demerits.Actually our government should understand the problems of Indian MBBS ,make favourable changes and must clarify their guidelines.
In USA, it is mandatory that all doctors should publicize college, university, residency, training , and honours (marks) from which they passed their degrees and training in their and hospital website. India also should adopt such rule so that patients can avoid fraud and bad doctors and treatment.

I have kind of understood the issue raised here. While it is concerning, i believe student doesn't have to register in the concerned country. They should be eligible to register. Then, writing exam in Georgian wouldn't be a criteria rather, if they want, they should be able to register in that country; ie there is provable equilence. If you have the skill and talent, it's not an issue. Also, after completing B.Tech, if you can do your master's at premium institutes like NIT or IIT, consider that. Once you complete your master's, this gap won't be a problem at all.

Sir , according to new NMC guidelines , MBBS course നമ്മൾ പഠിച്ച രാജ്യത്തെ 'either registration or license ' ലഭിച്ചു എങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ practice ചെയ്യാനുള്ള യോഗ്യത ലഭിക്കു എന്നാണ്. For example, Georgia-ലെ ministry rule പ്രകാരം, 6 വർഷത്തെ MBBS course പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയാൽ തന്നെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിക്ക് registration as a junior doctor ലഭിക്കുകയാണ്. PG കൂടി എടുത്താൽ license -ഉം ലഭിക്കുന്നു. അതായത്, NMC പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന registration or license-ൽ, 6 വർഷം കഴിയുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ, registration ലഭിക്കുകയും, ഇന്ത്യയിൽ Next എഴുതാൻ eligible ആവുകയും ചെയ്യില്ലേ ? Either take a drop or join BDS. A partial commitment to BDS is a bad option. If you want to pursue MBBS, get into the rhythm, study a bit more, and try not to repeat the same mistakes again. Spending one more year for your dream is truly worth it.

getting into a govt medical clg in india is not big deal now lots of government seats compared to old days like when i joined.take some more effort and crack neet.
Competition has also increased significantly. 2016 when i attempted AIPMT there were 8 lac applicants. Now its 24 lac. And the increase in seats in not equating with the number if aspirants.

@@shahnazshamimm This problem is created by Government of Kerala. In Kerala they are not allowing FMGE passed doctors to do internship in Pvt Medical colleges. They only allow to do internship either in Government Medical colleges/ Govt District Hospitals. FMGE students has to raise this issue with the hon. health minister. It can be easily resolved. In Karnataka all private medical colleges are allowed to use the services of FMGE passed doctors.

Hi Ajmal, first of all kudos to you on discussing the pros and cons of not giving students a clear picture on the matter of MBBS admissions abroad. There is no debate in the fact that all countries have their own medical licensing exam. A lot of agents have been misleading students by stating that they dont have to write the license exam in certain countries post MBBS/MD. According to the NMC gazette, after graduation, students have to attend and qualify the medical license exam in the respective abroad country. Each country has their own set of rules on granting license to the doctors. Some countries conduct license exams right after graduation, on the other hand some countries demand the students to attend the residency program before attending the license exams. The clarification on the terms and schedule of the license exams can be cleared by emailing the respective Indian embassy situated in the chosen country for education. Most Indian Embassy websites have already mentioned information for Medical students. Or simply, even sending an email to the chosen university will clear all the confusions. N.B. Students ought to do their own research before they leave for education. No abroad university or embassy is far off our limits. Every information is a call/email away.

Indian MBBS is best but nowadays it is not trustful as neet scam 2024.Then to get a seat in government college takes many years which is too much disappointing for students ( to become a doctor is a long process).Even if we get ,there is no hygiene and not well maintained system ,very limited seats.Even I heard stipend is not proper.Abroad mbbs is also having its own merits and demerits.Actually our government should understand the problems of Indian MBBS ,make favourable changes and must clarify their guidelines.
In USA, it is mandatory that all doctors should publicize college, university, residency, training , and honours (marks) from which they passed their degrees and training in their and hospital website. India also should adopt such rule so that patients can avoid fraud and bad doctors and treatment.

I have kind of understood the issue raised here. While it is concerning, i believe student doesn't have to register in the concerned country. They should be eligible to register. Then, writing exam in Georgian wouldn't be a criteria rather, if they want, they should be able to register in that country; ie there is provable equilence. If you have the skill and talent, it's not an issue. Also, after completing B.Tech, if you can do your master's at premium institutes like NIT or IIT, consider that. Once you complete your master's, this gap won't be a problem at all.

Only problems for a foreign medical graduate in India is the difficulty in passing FMGE. One year internship is necessary as FMG has to adapt to the conditions in India. Sir , according to new NMC guidelines , MBBS course നമ്മൾ പഠിച്ച രാജ്യത്തെ 'either registration or license ' ലഭിച്ചു എങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ practice ചെയ്യാനുള്ള യോഗ്യത ലഭിക്കു എന്നാണ്.
For example, Georgia-ലെ ministry rule പ്രകാരം, 6 വർഷത്തെ MBBS course പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയാൽ തന്നെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിക്ക് registration as a junior doctor ലഭിക്കുകയാണ്. PG കൂടി എടുത്താൽ license -ഉം ലഭിക്കുന്നു.
അതായത്, NMC പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന registration or license-ൽ, 6 വർഷം കഴിയുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ, registration ലഭിക്കുകയും, ഇന്ത്യയിൽ Next എഴുതാൻ eligible ആവുകയും ചെയ്യില്ലേ ?

But NMC currently demands either registration or otherwise license, Which means , we are eligible to write NEXT exam in india , even after the 6 years course (5 yr course+ one yr internship )from Georgia.

Either take a drop or join BDS. A partial commitment to BDS is a bad option. If you want to pursue MBBS, get into the rhythm, study a bit more, and try not to repeat the same mistakes again. Spending one more year for your dream is truly worth it.
