This is the fifth set of maps and the halfway point. More common cards than ever dropped in this set. Fewer high-value cards dropped than usual. Another negative session.

Just out of curiosity why do you sound disappointed when you get “the fiend” drop? It almost sounds as if it’s canceling out something else. Or something negative.

The Fiend has an estimated drop weight of ~14, The Apothecary has an estimate drop weight of ~11 (Rain of Chaos has an est weight of 121466 for reference).
Since they effectively has the same drop rate every Fiend could have been an Apothecary, where The Fiend is worth just below 1 divine and The Apothecary is worth ~17 divine currently in the league.

I havent stacked a single card worth something in several days now. I've barely dropped anything worth much in those days, down 300ish divine. Still up overall cause I dropped 2 stacks of unrequited love in the beginning of the strat but these last 4 or 5 days have been brutal as hell

I don't understand why people are doing this strat. Any character that can farm T17s can easily make a minimum of 8-10 divs per hour running low investment ambush on dunes or jungle valley (you kind of need the chance to open chests on spell cast mastery to make it zoomy though). Maybe more running juiced harvest crop rotation. I even made ~90 div running harbingers for two days, which is supposed to be some of the worst content in the game. There are probably juiced T17 strats that do print currency, but I don't think this one is it.

The biggest reason is because the efficacy of this farm still isn't really known. So much jackpot potential and so high risk. It's also the new thing. People want to do the new thing.

@@parkerault2607 my first 200 maps ran I made nearly 2k divines just in 2 drops, that doesnt include the stacks and stacks of apothecaries or nimis cards or seven years bad luck cards. 2 drops paid for all the scarabs and everything else was profits. I may be down 300ish div as of late but I'm still way way up since beginning the strategy. I'm mostly doing it to see those enormous drops and get that endorphin rush I crave so much. I also did harbinger strat and in 50 maps hot 32 mirror shards so that was awesome but never saw a fracturing shard drop and quit doing it, then did meatsacks, then some other strats. This curation farm is the one that gets me most excited though

That Allflame of K’tash doesn’t work like natural Beyond. It’s been tested by multiple people. So no benefit in a Back to Basics farm.

You need to start putting allflames with any splint or (4-9 monsters) on every single mob in your maps. Especially on low bottom rolls so you have more monster. Not sure why this is not common knowledge 😮
