We toured the unit. There were cracks in the stone floors, the floor plan was weird and there is a ton of highway noise when the balcony doors are open. It was a "hard pass" for us.
Even though I was considering this place in my initial search and passed from the pics of the master bedroom, it is nice to hear it from someone who actually seen it.
Didn’t like anything about this property. Looks very cold and impersonal (poorly staged) and didn’t like the layout at all. The master bedroom was too small. And how do they get away with calling that second room, with no window, a bedroom? If I had that type of money to spend, it would go somewhere other than in this place.
This was a cool video and Laci it a real pro...I get frustrated sometimes with realtors who don't know much about their properties but she is very good.......thanks for posting.
For 2.6 million, this does nothing for me, way overpriced. Maybe partially due to the staging which I found cold and extremely dated. If I am going to pay 2.5m for a place, I would definitely want doors that open up to the balcony, pocket doors, sliding doors, etc., not a standard door. Oh well, hope it sells. Also, Jacob, do you ever use a Gimbal for shooting videos? They are pretty amazing and very inexpensive.
@@richiesd1 What do you mean? The furniture looks like it came from the 80s/90s and the rest of the place looks like any typical apartment. Not to mention the bedrooms look cheap. I will bet in a few years this building will have a lot of issues, doesn't look like quality work in the least bit.
@@aix23723 Exactly. Most people in finance and in tech actually have more money now. Working from home, these people are saving money on commuting and not buying coffee and lunch every day. Some people are doing better financially because of the pandemic.
@@aix23723 "Different demographics" can spot a bad deal. If you can get a nicer place for equal or less money you would get the nicer place and that would drive the price of this one down, it's very basic.
I was checking that place out from Vdara thinking ,"WOW" what a view you must get living there. You can see everything from that spot. I would never leave the Place. Beautiful Home for sure. Just needs a Bar & game room .
Talk about beautiful daydreams! We live in a place in Summerlin where it's too small for us to open up boxes that have been here since we moved in...BACK IN 2015!!! I'd have a LOT of ideas to give this place some personality. All I need to do now is somehow convince Steve Wynn to buy it for me...(LOL)
If I could live anywhere in Vegas, that would be it. I'm in Lauderdale now but use to live off Cameron and Rochelle which is a 5 minute walk from the Palms. What a time that was. It was a great 6 years.
2.65 million for a view and automatic toilet bowl seats? All 3 bedrooms are way too small for the price tag. You can get a 6000sqft 6 bedroom house with pool and Jacuzzi im Vegas for less than that. We still thank you for such a rare video Jacob.
Nice place. It would be about 15 million here in SF. Whoever did the staging obviously worked at IKEA for some time. Very functional staging. Some weird stuff but ok. I would say 2 bedrooms with den to set the right expectations. When the "den" is called a bedroom, you would expect a window and not a cubicle Also, the 3rd "balcony" Quack. lol. I like her. And you, well you're always fun to watch.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I was considering this place and the other one on the same floor for my move to Vegas, but I get a little gunshy about multi-million dollar spots that don't have video to showcase it. Even though I've moved on to look at homes in Henderson, it is definitely nice to weigh the visual pros and cons.
Bedrooms ruined it so small n no window in one it’s not worth that much. That much you better get some grande bedrooms. No sink in the laundry room even . Washroom is outdated. Is that master room only fitting a double size-bed it looks like? I believe you can’t fit a king in there looking at the top.
nice place small bedrooms but most condos are like that keep a parachute handy in case of fire those balconies are nice but can be an accident waiting to happen don't get drunk and argue
No way. The day to day living in these is not great. Imagine taking your groceries up. Something like this makes sense in a place like Hong Kong or NYC or London - but in Vegas where you are surrounded by endless desert.. I don't see the appeal at all. Get a 3 million dollar home in a nearby gated neighborhood and have a lot more space. Condos like this is where international hedge funds park their money. The only appeal really is if you rent it out as an AirBNB for like 500 - 1k a night.
Ah yes, love this counter space. The Uncle may prefer a floor higher and the electric toilets may need swapped given a previous incident with similar technology, but we are pleased with this viewing. Please, pass along our respects to everyone and we will see you at the gathering.
Straight up before i watch any more of this I dont like that she called the condo a house. Its a luxury apartment. Its soon to be a home, but never will be a house.
Great amount of windows. I suspect it will sell to a bachelor who likes Nevada's low taxes and no state income tax. This unit in Century City (W. LA) would go for 3x the price but with high taxes, local & state.
I like the privacy of the master bathroom, no one can see me contemplating any take overs. It is a good open layout. I would hit it for a 2.1 to a 2.2 price range though, but that is just me.
I love this modern type of design. But one of the most fun parts of traveling to Vegas is staying in different, really nice hotels. Still, I'd put in a bid.
Beautiful penthouse! Plenty of living space, and breathtaking views. Unfortunately for me, what it really lacks for the price is a real chef's kitchen...one with a gas stovetop. This condo community does not have gas stove tops in their units. So if a similar unit in the Panorama Towers across the street becomes available, you have my attention. But this will sell, and I'm guessing at pretty close to the asking price.
That is an awesome penthouse!! Beautiful views. $2.6M? That's kinda cheap compared to NY, LA, or DMV. In Bethesda, MD, they build a penthouse and it costs like $10M!!
Great public spaces but the bedrooms are way too small.

Middle age to old people who have money tend to be traditional in design.

I hated the echoes in that place. Not welcoming at all
Thank you Jacob and Laci for showing off this home!!! It is beautiful!!! Great video!!! Nice job to both of you!!!
Just WOW! Thanks Jacob!

I keep hearing the word naked 😂 Jacob she is hinting something? Did you 2 break in the master bed?
Imagine spending $2.65M and having a bedroom the size of the one at Days Inn. lol.
Nice public spaces though.
Bedroom number two has no windows and is very small. Basically , it’s a small windowless small office. The rest is very nice
You could turn it into your own private prison cell for naughty friends
Great video with an awesome view Jacob!
That first step outside was scary, wasn’t sure there was a balcony there!
Right??🤣
Wow, real squaller. No clue how you could ever have fun in that penthouse 🤭🤣
😂
Did I Miss the third Balcony???????????
The bedrooms seem like an after-thought. And the bathrooms -- I dunno -- I was expecting more. The place is missing personality.

Wow what a view !
Stunning
Very nice. My question is What size bed does the Master hold.?
That's what I was thinking. The bed looked small, and with the wall behind it, I don't think a king size bed would work in the room.
That was a queen in there. By the looks of it a king would make things a little cramped, but with some reconfiguring of things you could do it
Twin 😂
Wow, amazing appartment!
Is it high enough to base jump? In case of fire.
hahaa....good point
Fire trap, for sure...
