How I'm Using Chat GPT for Mental Health Progress Notes

I'm a bit obsessed with ai tools and chat gpt in particular, I've wondered if there a way for a therapist like myself to use chatbot to help with writing our therapy notes. Obviously, psychotherapy notes are HIPPA-protected and there's no way in hell I would risk putting any client information on there, but can this technology help us in a different way? So I have been about how we can use AI and chatbot for mental health note writing,, because what slows me down is having to think of the clinical words you need to use. I would consider client privacy before you use a third-party app. Maybe don't use identifiable information when using the Ai tools.

I’ve watched the video and I can see how it would write an effective audit safe progress note. I’ve googled this, so I’m assuming we download the app on our computer and then I’m assuming we copy and paste this information into our EHR or our template is this correct?
