    I know 2 young babies take up a lot of time and effort, but I'm really really happy to see a well edited travel video from Loretta, I know it must've taken a lot of time to do it, so it's really appreciated.

    I'm moving to a small village tucked in the mountains in Gifu, Hida next year for good! Got an Akiya as well. Really happy to see someone move to small town/villages

      I found my house via house listing on Hida City Hall's website! I not sure what to do yet, most probably manage a small veggie garden, do some farm work with the local farmers. if I am ambitious probably a small eateries.

    Last year I hiked Kumano Kodo across the Kii peninsula from Osaka to Shingu. It was life changing and I have thought about it every day since.

    I remember watching your vids waaaaaaay back in the day when I was in College back in like 2010 and I used to experience Japan vicariously through your vids, and other bloggers like Outpost Nine.     Thank you for capturing a sweet, old dream of my mine so beautifully! I had wanted to live in the Japanese countryside when I was little girl and strived to make this a reality. However as I got older my life just shifted in a direction that no longer accommodated that dream.
    If I am honest, I think I became too scared to leave my comforts and start again. But thank you for making my dream a reality through your beautiful filming, editing, commentary and humour. You are so inspiring, you’ve worked so hard to get where you are and deserve all the great things coming your way!

    I've always imagined myself living in the countryside here in the states, but this is on a whole new level. I love everything about it from the historical aspect, to the culture, and meeting new people from all over. I really hope I get to go to Japan when it comes time to pick orders.

    Love how you do your videos. It is such a breeze of fresh air and feels good and cozy. Glad seeing your channel gets more views and subscribers with every new video. I really need to start my Japanese learning program I constantly push forward each day and instead just playing video games. I miss Japan. Such videos really reminds me and kinda make me sad that I was born and live my 41 years so far in the wrong country. Japan was always the country my heart belonged to.     I will be honest here. I'm about to move from Brazil to Japan with my family. I'm consuming a lot of youtube content about the country and your channel is the best of the best that I've found.     I was planning to procrastinate watching this because I knew KemushiChan's channel always makes me think and but my finger must have slipped because the video started playing somehow. Anyway - great video of course. Actually this was even better than usual. The remote temple village was just so fascinating. Visiting this village would absolutely refresh you mentally - I wonder what it's like to live there. Do they feel spiritually refreshed every day or do they just get used it because they see it all the time?
