And grief is about being weak right? Well I can’t be weak bc I hate crying in front of people and you just explained how I’ve been lately. And I know I need to cry because I think grieving can lead to depression but I just can’t idk I need a break. I can’t do it anymore Scott.

I’m 60, tired of the work world and because of that I’m living on a fixed income (ssdi) Like you said I feel as if I’m not doing enough to “ save myself from my financial problems.” Man, do I get the hammer out. And yeah, Tiger Woods is another one who cheated beyond belief and his wife took him back.
i am bad beacause i have social anxiety or toxic shame issue ,i feel unvaluable ,unworthy, shame because i have social anxiety and i value others over me just becuase they are better in social situations than me . How to get my value back and don't put myself down due to this social anxiety
