Yea no flipping required! Actually it’s impossible. You can’t flip until they are done. They stick to the pan!

Yes, crispy!! Unfortunately I think you'll need the oil. That helps make them crispy.

I usually use Idaho and soak them in water over night to remove the starch and they come out super crispy however I fry mine in large batches.
I guess the dual cooking temperature on the fries in the oven makes them crispy nice tip....
Is your garden done now? I think you are up north.... I have other friends who still are harvesting peppers....
Great tip! Yes, our garden is officially done. I know I never really posted much about the garden. It's been a crazy summer. I might have something I can upload at some point 😁. Yes MN. It's been cold and we've got a light dusting of snow already so no more peppers. We have some herbs left outside though.
