I love these super clean 3d rendering architecture - great 3d work! But i think i would leave out the people cut-outs, although they even move :-) I love the plants, esp. this old olive tree. Is it speedtree, the plantfactory or some readymade 3d plants. I would say its 3dmax or maybe maya in combination with some physical correct render engine? And i would put the gym outside under some roof but not in a narrow room.
