The old Vax were amazing
My wife has got it cellotaped all over as she says there is nothing in the market in comparable to the one we actually have
After 14 long years its going strong. But for how long now
I look at the new models and they look a toy that could break any moment

The only thing I like about this hoover is the suction is strong and powerful, so it sucks up a lot of dust. You have to keep cleaning the filter inside and emptying but to be honest I don’t mind. I rather have a hoover that has a strong suction power. My carpets looks so clean after a vacuum. I agree with the other comments though.
I find it very hard to clean out. I empty it and can take the filter out ok, but the instructions claim you can remove the blue plastic part from, inside out to clean but I'll be damned if mine comes apart to actually do that. It's sealed so I have to just clean the little bits of remaining dust out as best as l can, even using an old toothbrush to get inside the thing..then there's so much dust everywhere that i have to vacuum again to clean more mess up. I've always liked vax vacuum cleaners but this one is very fiddly. Serves me right for buying a cheap one i suppose.
I bought this and I find t so hard to manouvre on carpets. It needs a suction reducer. Quite hard to open and close the lid to align with the arrow, whn raking out the filter too. Great on tiles. Would be great on carpets too, if I could easily move it.
Dnt worry the suction goes to a steady power when u use it more n more

I found the same and realised its because the head is cheap, its very close to the ground so it gets stuck, cleaning my tiny flat is exhausting. If I do my carpets I use 2 hands and lift it a few mm of the ground.
@@natashaw476 all om gona say 2 u both is that cylinder vaccs like these serve up to the name until a certain amount of uses. Its best to get a good old henry

I bought this £78 i fell like i thrown my money the worest part is the filter (which is on wheel ) once i opened it took me forever to put it back yakkk
Hi does anyone know what that black piece is called that locks onto the blue part inside.
Hi, is there a trick to removing and putting back on the side filters? My are stuck half in half off and they seem to be jammed 😩
You probably fixed it by now, but they are just fiddly, the whole vacuum is poor quality.
the plug isn't fitting in my socket grrrrrr xx

Thank you for the video. I have this and its awful. At first the suction was good, then it quickly goes which means you need to wash the filter. I'm always washing the filter. The foot is so close to the floor that it feels like it scratches polished floors and it gets stuck on carpet. It's a lot of effort to push it around. The hose is also short, I'm 5'6 and it's short for me. Its cheaply made. My previous vax lasted 2.5 years. Never buying this brand again. £80.00 made in China, mines on its last legs.
