Three things to try: Skyrim Performance Monitor, TES Edit, and Papyrus Data Transfer. All three should be on the Nexus. You can also look up instructions for how to enable Skyrim's own logging and find the location of the logs on your system. You've got a 99% chance of sorting it out using one of those options.

I think he means that would ruin how he sees them, what sets them apart from the let's play channels... I think, that or he uses sex mods to role play brodual fantasies and he doesn't want them to ruin his imaginings... not quite sure.
for the ultimate grass mod make sure you READ the mod description and add the lines they tell you to skyrim.ini. If you don't you will lose like 20 fps.
Get a job, if you are a student, - still get a job My PC was 9 years old 1week ago, now it is really good, but it is still missing my gpu GTX 1060 so I know how you feel. Just downloaded GTA 5 and I get 20fps on high :) (Gpu R7 240)
I really like how the production quality and seriousness of your videos keeps improving, but at the end you always have that one or two clips that make me chuckle haha.
Your channel alongside MxR are the best channels covering Skyrim mods on RUclips! (I would also put Gopher on that list, but he has no current series on Skyrim mods.)
I absolutely love this channel without having a single mod installed by now. You are very objective, audio quality is great, you keep it short and well structured. My mod list is getting longer :)
I might re-mod my game again with these videos once i'm done with this playthrough i'm on. I think next time I'll focus more on content mods while having far fewer but much larger graphic mods. I've got close to 200 mods installed right now. So check this, I stay a little over 50 FPS in Whiterun typically and here are my specs: i7-6700K @ 4.0Ghz 16Gbs DDR4 RAM Nvidia GTX 970 I actually just upgraded to that processor recently, I was getting worse performance before, likely because my GPU was being bottlenecked by my old CPU. I'm planning on getting the GTX1080 in the next few months. I'd like to be optimistic that, that will improve my performance further, but from what I've heard it doesn't make much of a difference because of how horribly Skyrim handles resources. Anyone else have an opinion on that? (Also to clarify, no, I'm not getting a 1080 for Skyrim, I'm getting one to future proof my VR headset)
This is exactly the type of video I've been waiting for, and I'm glad Transforming Skyrim is coming back! Long time viewer of your channel, and Transforming Skyrim is my favorite mini-series to date.
Amsel Heinrich: Stop trolling, it's cancer, and really cringy. Trolling is what 8 year olds do, and usually they don't even just contradict logic as blatantly as you did.
The long wait is now over! Anyway great choice for weather and enb the colors are amazing, brodual you have a very fine taste! Thanks for this video as well, I'm gonna do a new mod organizer profile for this mod list and add a few of my own mods.
I only began playing Skyrim on the PC (used to be console since 2011) two weeks ago and have spent more time watching your videos and downloading mods then playing. Was gonna start playing today but found this video. Yet another amazing and informative video about the mods and what they do.
Wow... I think this has completely revitalised my interest in this game. Modding visuals was always so complicated for me so this is such a great guide. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time :)
Some mods would become obsolete I guess. But most that don't rely on skse won't be affected. I'm wondering if the special edition would get more than just fixes and graphical rework. Would be good if it got the 'improved' physics from Fallout 4 too and some other stuff. (for example, we've already got basic body physics with CBBE in Fallout 4. Although it's still pretty much alpha)
if anyone seeing this in 2019, Unbelievable Grass 2 does not "exist" anymore, instead you have Unbelievable Grass 2 Redux, same mod, but the upgraded version here: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/88876/
I love Skyrim so much. It's such a great game and you can just play and play forever and never go bored of it. It's just got that...feel. That pure feel that you feel when you first start a game, but the difference is that this feel never goes away with skyrim. Every time you start a new playthrough, with a ton of new mods, and you hear that track you love, it just starts all over again. I'm kinda tearing up. I'm so hyped for TESVI. It's gonna be great.
Been a long time since I played, but I'll be sure to keep this list in mind when I decide to play again. I'll definitely be cleaning out all of my mods for some new ones, and try to keep it less cluttered. What I love most are Mod's that are essentially "Vanilla Enhanced". Some like to mod their games into an unrecognizable state, but I very much prefer to compliment what the developers had envisioned
a gpu is very important with a modded skyrim especially with enb. skyrin generally uses 2 cores but you can make it use more with lots of tweaks. i used to have a 760 and i got 40fps with seasons of skyrim and now i get 60 fps with my 980 just as an example. i now have a 6700k and i got a small gain going from a i5 3470
Thank god I finally found the mod I have been searching for ages ever since seeing these videos. Noble Skyrim makes the textures look so pretty, oh my god.
I wish brodual or other modders could just upload a data folder with all the neccisitys for the mod to load pre-installed so all we had to do was merge it with our data folder and we could skip all the troubleshooting
Wait wut, i used amidianborn book of silence nobleskyrim hd-2k, realistic water two, realistic lighting overhaul and it didn't even impact my fps. (It only increased my loading times tho) And i played it on a intel hd laptop Edit : i removed the visual mods because I couldn't stand the loading times but if you're someone that's patient then this mod list might be for you
Oh Jesus. Thanks for pointing that out. I hope that gets fixed or if it is at least a minor flaw in a huge mod that is interconnected with another mod.
I got purple textures in my modded game, but it disappeared after installing ENBoost. It does some magical technical bullshittery that frees up a lot of resources.
You're fuckin' awesome! There's just something about this channel I love, I guess it's the fact that it's dedicated to Skyrim and you haven't really changed your channel to fit in with the current trends, I respect that!
it's amod that changes the color and lighting effects on your game, makes it brighter/darker/greener whatever you want, just check the nexus andyou'll see all different kinds or enbs
It's a program that was created for a ton of games with certain tweakable settings that users submit to modding pages for others to download. It changes things from lighting, fog, to shadows and other related things. Just google it, it's very prevalent and well known across games and modders.
Okay. I was getting the impression that it was something more than just graphics stuff. Thanks for clarifying that it really is just that. (Also, edited my original comment to hopefully prevent people from answering the question six months from now without checking to see if someone already explained.)
+Callum Quilbirqui To be honest, it's not that expensive to build something that could compete with his build. Just in case you're interested in building a pc - GTX 780 is quite an outdated card, RX 470 and 480, and GTX 1060 should be able to easily outperform it, and they cost from 200 up to 260 something dollars, depending on the version. As for the CPU, for gaming a non-K i5 should be more than good enough - i7's make no difference in gaming, and K-series, together with motherboards that can support overclocking are quite expensive.
I'm on time! Anyway, Brodual, I'm just know getting Skyrim on PC because I've been a console gamer for a while, what are the basics for modding this game?
I may not be Brodual, but I can give you a brief intro. Step 1: Install Mod Organizer. Step 2: Familiarize yourself with how it works and how to navigate the interface. Step 3: Find mods you like, whether they affect gameplay, graphics, or anything else, and install them. (Edit: via the nexus. It's the best place for mods.) Step 4: Run LOOT. With Mod Organizer, there is a button for it. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. I may not know everything (or much for that matter), but I'm willing to share what I do know.
True but they still get in the way and are mixed in the list with other mods, example being you want to make the races look better but you find Asian/Anime Doll replacers insteed.
The build I made this week outperforms a *good* Alienware by quite a bit, and is half the price of a *decent* Alienware. You should really looking into building, like Jake said. It's not that complicated and there's a bunch of sites to help you pick the parts you need, taking consideration of part compatibility. And that's without mentioning PC build forums, where a bunch of people will gladly help you build, and answer any question you may have. Hope you'll take a better decision than an Alienware!
I HATE anime doll mods, but not because of how these mods are (which in my opinion are still very lore-immersion-realism breaking), but because how they deteriorate the reputation of female mods in general. There are tons of non-skimpy non-anime female mods out there, yet they're always overlooked due to these mod's reputation. Anime was a mistake.
Gotta run through your channel again since I'm getting a new computer soon and it's gonna be beefy one. Gonna download all of these, it's gonna be majestic af!
Great selection! I already have 90% of the mods you featured installed in my load order. However, you did highlight a couple I would like to try out as they do look mature enough in their execution now. Thanks for the feature of the mods. =)
In the sea of mods out there, i've really been hoping someone would make a video like this. Sure you can skim the highest endorsed mods on each category but lists just make things easy. Thanks!
By far you have the best analysis of skyrim mods. Thank you for helping me decide which mods to implement in my game. (Even though this video specifically does not apply to me).
Definitely do a Transforming Skyrim: Lively Skyrim or something. You could make Skyrim look as diverse and real as possible by adding new creatures and people and making them, plus the existing ones, act and react more realistically to the world around them. Basically make the world of Skyrim feel more alive. PS: Thx for finally bringing back Transforming Skyrim! :)
I fell into the rabbit hole of youtubers 500+ mod load orders and ended up with 150 just for the textures and lighting, hopefully this mod list can help
New subscriber, here. Great vids. I've really enjoyed what I've seen from you so far. I'm looking forward to the remastered Skyrim, as this will my first time experiencing mods with the game. Again, great work!
I love how simple this is and I'd like to play with just a handful of overhauls but then as soon as I get modding I can't stop and before I know it my load order consist of 100+ mods and my load times are ridiculous.
I feel like I'm watching a makeup tutorial lmao "You can go for a subtle effect, to a full-blown ultra version." Little cosmetic tricks to make things prettier in ways you don't notice.
I don't even play Skyrim but these videos are so comfy

Precisely. I miss modifying my game, however I can't say that about the related complications.

How to kill your framerate: a tutorial.
Your PC specs? And what fps do you get
Warhead My specs are embarrassing. Let's just say I get 25 frames without any graphical mods.
Or maybe I'm not insanely rich to be able to afford a good pc.
These are all fairly low performance mods. It's the ENB overlays that really kill your performance.

Brodual can't upload mod packs.. It's illegal. You need permission from mod authors.
Mr Lister The Sister Fister Yep. One of the issues with the whole "profile" system.

Frozium hey dragon ball z is good it's just fighting and blowing crap up by screaming and none of that gay slimy crap either
I was just playing skyrim. Then I decided to take a break and eat, when I came back this was uploaded. Timing

Great selection! I already have 90% of the mods you featured installed in my load order. However, you did highlight a couple I would like to try out as they do look mature enough in their execution now. Thanks for the feature of the mods. =)
I don't even play Skyrim anymore but I still watch you guys' videos :')
"Like most of the major weather overhauls, Vivid destroys your frame rate."
FTFY
I've been binge watching you and now you treat me to a new vid. Made my day man keep up the good work.
I'm not sad Skyrim isn't getting mods in the remastered version on the PS4. IM NOT CRYING! YOU ARE!
In the sea of mods out there, i've really been hoping someone would make a video like this. Sure you can skim the highest endorsed mods on each category but lists just make things easy. Thanks!
Fantastic videos, gents! I'm glad you're still making these videos this long after the release of Skyrim! @brodual
Your mod suggestions are really helpful and your videos are great!
Goddamit Brodual!! I thought that my load order is fine, then you just have to release this video.
Really Love this Thank you Brodual you guys make the best mod videos
"Something in the backround grabbing your attention" I swear I had eyes only for the armor mod.
Choosing between Verdant and Unbelievable Grass Two is proving to be one of the most difficult decisions of my life
starting fresh in skyrim this this is so helpful
This is amazing and I applied all the mods you listed! Thank you so much!
This game is looking absolutely beautiful with these mods. I wish I had a newer pc...
Realistic water 2 is one of my all time favorite mods.
your game world looks awesome, thank you for sharing your mod list
I fell into the rabbit hole of youtubers 500+ mod load orders and ended up with 150 just for the textures and lighting, hopefully this mod list can help
amazing lists of mods. Lore friendly and satisfying. Thank you =)
It kind of feels great knowing that we almost have the same mods installed. lol
New subscriber, here. Great vids. I've really enjoyed what I've seen from you so far. I'm looking forward to the remastered Skyrim, as this will my first time experiencing mods with the game. Again, great work!
Nice vid! Thanks for putting this up. Have always been curious as to your mod setup.
i would only add rustic clothing but overall this is a vey nice selection and i like how you stick to vanilla. good job
The Vividian ESN has a Dirctory download requirement that has a 29 minute youtube guide attached... one day I'll go through it, it looks worth it
I love how simple this is and I'd like to play with just a handful of overhauls but then as soon as I get modding I can't stop and before I know it my load order consist of 100+ mods and my load times are ridiculous.
I feel like I'm watching a makeup tutorial lmao "You can go for a subtle effect, to a full-blown ultra version." Little cosmetic tricks to make things prettier in ways you don't notice.
Great video, thank you a lot!
Perfect way to start setting up a fresh Skyrim on my new system.
