I personally don’t think mechanically cars should be phased out until we have enough infrastructure for the electric cars! Also we should still keep petroleum/diesel cars around they are good but in terms of heavy population they are not the main contributor to C02

@@ghq8982 I agreed with you. E-mail cigarette is dangerous our health. politician and coorperate world lie our common citizens, they hide disadvantages of electric car on our environment. Main problem is over population specially South Asian country, Central Asia, Middle East, Africa, South-east Asia country like china etc.
This news reminds me on Vice documentary where an israeli cyber security easily control the electric car drived by the vice reporter using only a laptop.
I'm more in favor of hybrid Like the Acura nsx for people who love the engine sound. But electric is the future.

According to auto industry researches, all the auto makers will shift to Electric and solar power, especially the solid state battery, where the car will never lose charge while moving or parking and has range of 1000 miles per charge and keep charging while parked like Aptera that has 1400km charge with solar panels that will keep charging while moving or stopping. In the upcoming years even the traditional driving method will disappear because companies like Uber and Lyft will lead the autonomous driving where no more drivers or in other word the future is rider not a driver.

Not everybody can afford a EV ok if its part of your business but for general use the Chinese the leaders in cars other than overpriced and over computerised Teslas make a good range of easy to maintain city cars with very little computerisation and at a price everyone can afford if you look back in history until Henry Ford started making cars for the people cars were only Rich people's playboys not everyone wants to go 0 to 60 in 4 seconds or drive 300 miles on one charge because of these ego maniac vehicles other people have been forgotten these city vehicles will need service and repair also converted classics but at the moment the market is being pushed towards expensive cars
Tesla isn't really overpriced and the only way Chinese cars stay cheap is by state funding lmao.
