If you're a 100% clean player that gets banned for some reason it's always been very simple make an appeal & state your case. Have very rarely in over 20+ years of fps gaming while also working for & with anti-cheats in the past seen a clean player get banned that didn't have their ban over turned upon appeal. If you're a clean player who isn't cheating you certainly don't need to make up excuses & or have multiple stories as to why , that is typically what a player who was cheating & got caught does cuz otherwise there's no need to if you're clean & not cheating.

This isn’t a camel grind situation. It’s not coincidence that his account got banned after the big Activision hardware scan went out early October. Something shady is on his computer or they wouldn’t have caught it.
We don’t have to go out of our way to be slow. There are streamers who don’t have any mastery camos unlock but they grind insane amount of Warzone hours therefore they are grinders because they invest way more hours than the normal person into the game. Plus streamers jobs is not to play a game. It’s to entertain. Tim spectates, talks, reviews videos, is his job to play a game.

I have not played or follow the community much in the last 2 years, but he's clearly extremely good at the game, and his livelihood depends on being able to play the game. It seems unlikely he would risk his livelihood for an advantage. He's not making his money from winning games, he's already good enough and plays with the best, so why would he cheat?
Why would streamers cheat? For the same reason athletes cheat, to have an edge on top of their skills to have a bigger chance on succes. The time has come for two things. 1: Activision needs to publicly add records for permanent banned accounts, so no speculation is needed. 2: They need a kernel-level anti cheat, because with DMA you can cheat thoroughly without getting banned.
A critical piece of info you are leaving out is that the for hire camo service providers often use modded lobbies to speed up the process. This is very well known and documented as far back as Cold War. The API used to be open and we could see individual match stats. several streamers utilized the service and it was obvious because you could go look at their match history and they’d be dropping 300KD multiplayers sessions with over 100 kills per game. I would bet my left nut bobby was not cheating in warzone, he absolutely used the camo service however and it is almost guaranteed that the camo service provider broke TOS by way of modding the lobbies.

I mean, the perma-ban and shadow ban is the "proven guilty." Hes made hundreds of plays during his streaming time that only someone with walls would be able to make. You dont have to be a streamer to recognize that. Big issue is content creators and streamers think you have to be a fellow full time gamer to be able to judge if someone is cheating. And people age and slow down. Streamers dont retain the skill they had 10,15, or 20 years ago, so cheating becomes more and mroe likely so they can play at that high level still.
If you get caught with hacks and permanently banned, ANY and ALL accounts you try to play immediate after, you will get automatically shadow banned. It doesnt matter about reporting. Something was detected on his computer. plain and simple.

This is bring alot of suspension activities. Most of the hackers play low kills to cover that.
This is placing the game in bad postion because the catual people stop playing because of the streamers or hackers.
This is next level from activation to see why the game is going down. Protecting the streamers from getting the band is bad and saying i will call this person or that person is showing they are above average in a lot of the others. I have not played or follow the community much in the last 2 years, but he's clearly extremely good at the game, and his livelihood depends on being able to play the game. It seems unlikely he would risk his livelihood for an advantage. He's not making his money from winning games, he's already good enough and plays with the best, so why would he cheat?

Why would streamers cheat? For the same reason athletes cheat, to have an edge on top of their skills to have a bigger chance on succes.

The time has come for two things. 1: Activision needs to publicly add records for permanent banned accounts, so no speculation is needed. 2: They need a kernel-level anti cheat, because with DMA you can cheat thoroughly without getting banned.

A critical piece of info you are leaving out is that the for hire camo service providers often use modded lobbies to speed up the process. This is very well known and documented as far back as Cold War. The API used to be open and we could see individual match stats. several streamers utilized the service and it was obvious because you could go look at their match history and they’d be dropping 300KD multiplayers sessions with over 100 kills per game. I would bet my left nut bobby was not cheating in warzone, he absolutely used the camo service however and it is almost guaranteed that the camo service provider broke TOS by way of modding the lobbies.
Well Bobby said he checked and the dude hasn’t been on his account since dec 2023, but he just now got banned and then shadow banned directly after phantom overlay had 2 issues with one of there services and people were getting banned and those bans line up with his.. 🤔

I mean, the perma-ban and shadow ban is the "proven guilty." Hes made hundreds of plays during his streaming time that only someone with walls would be able to make. You dont have to be a streamer to recognize that. Big issue is content creators and streamers think you have to be a fellow full time gamer to be able to judge if someone is cheating. And people age and slow down. Streamers dont retain the skill they had 10,15, or 20 years ago, so cheating becomes more and mroe likely so they can play at that high level still.
Activision needs to set a standard if they want the average player to come back. Show everyone that nobody is above the rules.
So if true, he would have a huge case for a lawsuit against the person. If he launched a lawsuit right away I would believe it.
If you get caught with hacks and permanently banned, ANY and ALL accounts you try to play immediate after, you will get automatically shadow banned. It doesnt matter about reporting. Something was detected on his computer. plain and simple.
Can’t have sympathy for him if sharing his account got him banned. That is very stupid and irresponsible when you’re lucky enough to earn your living playing cod. Hopefully this will serve as a warning to other streamers/players to be more careful.

My account was hacked and sold. And once i figured out how to go sbout reporting it hacked i got it back within a few hours
I account shared one time back in Cold War. I couldn't get this one fucking gun dark matter. I paid like 20 bucks and had it by the next day. Thank god that they didn't use an unlock tool. I was definitely ignorant at that time.
The facts are cheats were detected by a cheat detector that done what it was designed to do, it caught and banned a cheater.
