How can you let a game drive you crazy? I only have a 1.08 k/d and I run into cheaters from time to time. Instead of getting mad or aggravated nowadays, I just laugh at how much of a loser the person is for having to cheat in a game...plus I don't fuck with warzone anymore...less chance of running into a PC loser. I gotta say though, it has been a blast listening to PC players whine about controller aim assist in MW3...like you all had keyboard and mouse for so long and held the advantage and now they're on the other end of the stick and can't stand it.😂

Plus if they do mean their personal computer. I know my son games PC and I prefer console so I can play just as well anywhere, but different computers are very very different and will greatly affect your play style if you are so used to the same thing all the time.

It's happening, the group of players I play with in Battlefield 2042 and I have gone to following suspected hackers around in game when they are on our side then we set traps for them when we get on the opposite team, works real well, we just send one out to a flag, wait to see them then everyone else spawns in on the spawn beacon that has been set by the first player and we box them in, we have made several hackers rage quit now doing this, hacks don't work when you have multiple people coming in from all sides on you.
This isn't just the end of COD. Every competitive game I play anymore has cheater issues. The finals comes to mind most recently.. and this is the way gaming is going to be from here on out it seems. Cheats are easily accessible, and I largely blame the "streamer culture" for the influx of cheaters. Every kid now wants to be a streamer, and the majority of streamers are cheating, "dropping 40 bombs." So to emulate that, they resort to cheating hoping theyll make a name for themselves.. I paid more than that for the startup costs for some of my employment positions. These guys take in more money than I did and they play games all day. The “it’s sad to cheat” argument doesn’t really work anymore cause these guys ended up playing us all for fools and taking money for (almost) nothing. Because of stream cheating I can’t even watch girls play games because I assume 99% are cheating.. the good streamers are getting their reputations shit on because of losers like phaze or whatever his name is. Cheating streamer deserve to wear electroshock collars at tournaments and get shocked anytime they get hit.

Most popular streamers will recoup that in 1 day in superchats and donations. After that everything is pure profit. Online tourneys can pay winners up to 20k and higher. Why wouldn't they do it? What's the downside? It's a small investment to make a living playing video games and duping moronic fans. It's the easiest money ever made. I would say 90% of popular streamers use this method. Look at shrouds online play vs his lan. He drops 50 at home but can't place in the top ten at lan. He makes like over a million dollars a year between endorsements and superchats. His fans will defend him like hes Jesus.

I just googled it. You are right. What a mess. I miss the BF4 days where we payed for a server and banned teamgriefers and fishy ppl. We probably banned some innocent players as well, but who cares there were enough servers to play on for them. And there were some good scripts that could weed out the guys with 80% Headshotratio etc. If you have a group and you pay 50 bucks per month for your own server you will have that online competition fun again but these days are gone it seems.

The radar seems like the most common hack. A lot of the "high K/D" streamers are always turning their heads to look at their second monitor during gameplay. Its no wonder they're garbage at live events.

I can't play competitive online games anymore because I've always been an above average player and I just get tossed into lobbies with cheaters now. Online gaming is dead.
People would use cronus zen, strike packs or just find ways to connect the cheats via USB and make the ps5 think that is just a headset…this is not a solution for gaming in general. Companies need to invest more into developing a better anti cheat…
As someone else has already said, Cronus zen and other scripts exist for cheating on console. Also, you’d have people find a way to use this hardware with a console. Consoles are computers at the end of the day but with components removed that a PC would have that aren’t directly tied to gaming.
Cheats as always been is the COD community and it's really bad. But the fact that people get money with that (streamers, content creators, etc...) and Activision knows about it and does nothing it's disgusting

Activision literally owns the websites that sell the cheats to their own games. The people who make the chests are on the payroll. They let them make them and sell then they "implement anticheat" and then tell the hackers how to bypass it until the next "crackdown" and the cycle never ends...also another rant side note is how the hell do the people watching not notice cheaters immediately. Real players never aim or shoot how they do. They watch someone auto lock chests only for any amount of time and it doesn't alert anyone? The way hacks aim are VERY obvious if you watch them just get a few kills

AI is already good at detecting AI, and that could be an autoban if it detects AI whatsoever, and then builds a profile on others. I do think it will be a game changer and will expose every current cheater. It'll take a long while before any cheat developer is able to beat that system, and it'll only last for a short while before they're getting banned again
The only way is for Activision to give everybody cheats. We all should have aim bot, wall hacks, radar fricking hacks and then cheats are made redundant and at least everybody on a fair playing field. Glad i haven’t played since black ops 1. This is actually the standard in China. All Chinese players use cheats in pvp games because, it makes the game 100% even for everybody and no one can complain that someone is playing unfair. Infact, Chinese players don't understand why American players or UK players, when matched against them, are even surprised there cheating. The China players are suprised your not cheating.

S1 Warzone was the pinnacle so far as how much fun I had, but quickly declined as cheats overran the game. Activision protecting the cheating streamers was the final straw for me. Quit some time ago and haven't looked back. Pretty happy with that decision.
Heres the only peoblem with this video. DMA devices do not just work on PC. In fact, we used DMA devices bacm on 360 because that consoles decurity was damn near swiss cheese but the truth is not much has improved. I can apreciate the awareness you are trying to bring to the notion that people always have a vested interest to cheat when it comes to money and prizepools, but advicating for console is advocating for a dying platform. Consoles dont sell as well as they used to. The newer generations of gamers dont play on console or even know what a controller is. and DMA cheats still work on console as well. The only system that could prevent access to conventional DMA devices currently is MOBILE and guess what: every major publisher is aggressively pushing for mobile AAA gaming this decade from capcom with RE4 to Warzone Mobile literally running the same game as WZ2 just with lower settings on iphone 15. You want to advocate for console, guess what you got it via mobile and these publishers want us to just accept that if youre not careful. Why should we accept playoh on an inferior platform with worse quality of life because the companies that make these products are so anti consumer they strip you away of quality of life features and then question why you wont adapt. Do you REALLY want this precedent to escalate? cheating on console Is absolutely doable but requires extra steps today. PC platform isnt the main issue. Its the incompetence of executives that have laid off developers and testers that have been trying to imolement more server sided checks to analyze player performance and isolating outliers. Fortnite is able to do this because they actually curate and maintain the quality of their game whereas COD is run with a old school corporate culture hence why they dont get the idea of live service and always lag behind the newer competition Actuvision and the gaming industry would rather you just consume more snacks and monster energy to get xp rewards and spending money in the store.
its far better to encode and stream the video/audio feed on a second pc and have chat on another monitor then the same one your game is on; not that there are cheaters which there have always been and always will be including on console there are hardware cheaters tho quite rare cause of complexity

@@SammySam7x aim assist can be counter productive to an extent. It slows your aim down even when you don't want it to. Y'all are overhyping aim assist way to much. A mouse provides you with way more leeway, accuracy, and precision. Imagine a screen with small boxes. You have to move your "cursor" and click each box. Gonna be way easier with mouse. This is common sense
The problem with plugging mnk on console depends on decs to support it on console and the other issue is input lag and overall lack of flexibility while recording gameplay. Even competitive fighting games are switching to PCs even though theyre capped to 60fps, PCs just deliver less input lag and can deliver higher quality footage on PC.

We had this discussion so I told my controller buddies to run the next game with out aim assist since according to them it just slows down a bit. They played 1 round without aim assist and had a 6 kills between the 3 of them. 4 they got by running people over with cars.

I know a Cheater company that doesnt require hardware and its 100 percent undetectable. Its kind of a Private cheat. You even have to send your Photo ID to them. I ran it for 2 years and never even got shadow banned let alone banned. And I ran esp and aim bot. I got frustrated with Caldera and initially got them to see who else was cheating. Then I just became a cheater like the rest of the rats. I stopped during the end of warzone 2. Wont ever do it again. And im a 3.0 kd player without cheats. So it wasnt that I needed cheats. But I still did it. Dont ruin your gaming fun by doing what I did. Its quite honestly pathetic. I got frustrated and became the rat I hated. But let me tell you. Id estimate 70 percent of PC users are running hacks from what I seen while using them. Console players are no better. Just harder for them to do it. The truth is until high level guys are brought to shame the growing use of them will continue because people want to be these bums who dont have to work for a living and see cheating is rewarded. I will say this. There are ways to use their cheats against them. If you suspect a player of cheating you can use their arrogance against them and trick them into making mistakes.
This is why I'm for console only crossplay: unfortunately that does mean higher ping and not being able to play with friends on PC. However, that means that people on PC can't cheat in lobbies where it's full of console only players and other cheaters on PC are more likely to run into other cheaters.

I really wish they would remove pc from crossplay. Not saying all pc players cheat but all cheaters are on PC. We pay the same price for the game. I would go to say that a good amount of these high profile streamers are just average players or below average without their cheats. I mean, you can see their average aim and below average map awareness when they don't have their cheats. I think there are some legitimate above average streamers but, succumbed to cheating to get them over the hump they were stuck at. Just a thought. Now a days, I don't think Lan proven really means much either unless it's a very strict lan event where no outside devices including keyboards, mice, or controllers are allowed.
Waiting for people to so-called prove themselves at a LAN is pretty dumb in my opinion. They get to build their community up from cheating for who knows how long, then go to a LAN and if they do terrible they chalk it up to whatever they want. Then go back home and cheat again. Make these people wear a head cam or something so you can actually see everything they would be able to see. No weird angles etc. This isn't rocket science honestly.
Yea tbh headcams should be a thing. That or just external cams poining at their entire wall and monitor. Ive known this for awhile but yes they never want to keep up with it. They will try to do it once and pick a moment when they are warmed up or provided us content that wasnt live and its apparently supposed to be valid evidence for everytime they choose not to do external cams going forward. Its just funny. RUclips and gaming platforms should make it mandatory that gaming competitive streamers use external cams every time they go live or in their competitive content or their vid gets taken down, they don't receive money for it, etc.
@@justmee-h6q but because of what CoS is letting us know of, imo the best way to combat the situation is to either not play the hacked up games and instead play the games that cant be hacked or are not hacked at the time. For e.g. though bad example, roblox has many games that are hacked up right? But roblox bought synapse and now the more complex model type games on roblox cant be hacked. Ive been told that the easier modelled games can still be hacked though. For e.g. comparing Bad Business on Roblox(complex) vs lets say T-Titans Battlegrounds(simple). So all the games have to do is make their game complex enough to not be hacked and u wont have to worry about how to go about cheating on the game just to compete. Even fortnite has a way to prevent hackers and theres more games out there that are not about helping hackers make money for them.

And it seems to be the trend, the playerbase is so low that they need to use AI bots to fill the lobbies and further manipulate outcome. Just like theese dmz guys has been raging about for a while. And i tried a single game of dmz and those ai bots litterally raped me from 100m away, meanwhile my teamates ran stright across the bridge, not Even needing to take cover once xD
If the platforms that let people stream and make money off cheating in the game stepped up and took cheating seriously and cut their money off if they are caught maybe we all wouldn't be in this situation. I just realized how is this gonna affect the companies in pc industry that makes the hardware components (keyboards, monitors, mouse, cpu, ram, gpu, etc.)? You won’t need to spend hundreds to thousand of dollars into a pc setup for online competitiveness when you can just buy a DMA. There really is no point on upgrading if everyone is literally at the same skill level if they are using the DMA. These major companies could go down hill if they don’t respond to this situation as well.
What do you think about AI anti-cheats that instead of directly checking for cheats analyse player behaviour to detect cheating? People using radar hacks / walls play very differently to those that don't.
The solution is very simple. Any tourney that involves significant prize money, requires to be event hosted. This includes all hardware players use. This would also apply to qualifying elimination rounds. Invitations can be made based on online play, but quals and elimination rounds must be performed on site. Any player cheating will quickly be filtered. As for crossplay. I am a M/KB player and would very much like the option to opt out of competing with controller players. Gaming is in a very big mess at present.

It won't matter if cross play is disabled. You can easily manipulate the console to do the exact same thing. The only way to combat this is the game would need to read your connected devices and scan for any irregularities, but that is basically a breach of cyber-privacy. It's off a cliff from here, nothing can bring us back to an era before this shit.
I’ve been playing WZ since Verdansk and despite all the cheating I tried to just continue to play but it’s gotten so out of control I finally stopped playing this year. Which sucks because i miss the game but it just got ruined by all the cheats.
The kind of Dma cheats streamers use are custom made for them so no one else has the same cheat as them thus making it almost if not impossible to detect.

Been watching for months now as this game has become an absolute cheat fest since the backend of Verdansk, I think most of us knew something wasn’t right. there’s a difference between being outplayed or cheated out of a gunfight and am glad to see many of you going through the exact same in a way. Because it highlights where the game has gone downhill, I am and have always been a console gamer and have seen many comments about “just turn Crossplay off” it makes 0 difference. You load into a game of warzone with an above 1.0kd there are hackers everywhere and in every single lobby on PS5. MW3 has been the worst Call of duty of all time they peaked to soon with the 2019 one with warzone on top and the streamers jumped on it, with other gamers following suit and realising the only way to be a sweaty rat was to buy all the cheats possible. U don't encounter cheaters with cross-play off. So I don't know what was that about.... Now if you encounter good-cracked console players with cross-play off, then that sounds more of a skill-issue rather than a game-issue.

@astonjb4190 You're mixing one thing with the other. When I play on my PS5 with cross-play off, it actually pushes me to get better and learn. So YES is that simple. 1) Turn Cross-play off. 2) Work on getting better at the game. 3) Forget about the cheating problem. --I'm fully aware like everyone else about the cheating situation, but if you're on console the issue is solved very easy with cross-play off.
For the last month I've been playing Warzone on GeForce Now and it's very very playable and I think the online component to PC shooters should be streamed in the same way as GeForce Now. That way you're forced to play fair due to the fact that you can't modify the cloud rig you're playing on, in theory that should kill PC cheaters.
I dunno if anyone cares about older titles, but I’ve been playing cold war and I’m constantly playing with cheaters. There has to be something done with COD
or they could play in custom lobbies, or on custom servers and not have to worry about cheaters. As they'll just get kicked or removed. But that's coming from someone who plays games that have a small tight communities. Or if I play more popular games its usually with friends in custom games, or on custom servers. So I don't typically have to worry about that. But cheaters are very prevalent in games that are really popular, or used to be really popular but are dead now. They aren't really in games with small communities cause they just get kicked out. Sure they can appear, but again since it's so small it's easy for them to get banned, or just kicked out as everyone just gangs up on them.
DMA cheat hardware certainly isn't new, its been around since the 80's (such as Action Replay cartridge). I suppose it has been a niche compared to software cheating, probably due to price. I do believe Vanguard detects certain DMA based cheating however. Its an informative video for the masses, but its not new information. REWASD is more concerning as its more readily available and only pattern detectable.
Rewasd is fully detected by everything, that’s why the kids are getting shadow banned and not even in the same ball part, it’s no concern. DMA cheats have only just been released for call of duty in the public sector in the last few months.

Well, I think that's pretty much the final nail in the coffin for COD on PC and honestly, multiplayer games on PC as a whole. Not only do you have to deal with the modern multiplayer game bs of EOMM and SBMM but now PC players have to deal with cheaters across all multiplayer games using cheats that are completely untraceable meaning they can never be banned. Honestly what is the point in even playing multiplayer games at this point anyway? They're created solely to trick you into spending as much of your money as possible while being absolutely riddled with cheaters and patents to either kneecap you if you're a good player or give you EOMM matches after you're shit on after your inevitable string of blatantly unfair SBMM matches. They're designed at this point for absolute nolifes like these streamers or people with no job, who can just sit there for hours grinding or cheating away for absolutely nothing. AAA multiplayer gaming is completely dead, there are literally hundreds of amazing SP games out there to play
This is why I’m a firm believer that cross play should’ve only have consoles involved not PC to many issues arise from it. It’s dumb that the cross play phase was rushed and pushed on us.

What’s awful is that instead of doing their job, Activision puts out a shitty software that just does mass bans into the hundreds of thousands in 1 day and innocent people get caught up in those. My friend has mental health issues and stays home most of the time when not working gaming. He was recently given a permanent ban and I have played with this kid on Destiny for years, he has never cheated a day in his life. The sad thing is that if you try to appeal it, which you have the right to, you get a form email saying “sorry you cannot appeal this ban” and it’s a lifetime ban. He is so depressed and I don’t know how to help w/out paying to have his account reinstated. At one point his account was hacked cause he logged on and there were weapons that he didn’t remember getting, but now he has lost everything that he has worked years for. I’m glad that I have never EVER played these stupid online games from CoD because I’m a real gamer who has never used a cheat in my life unless your talking GTA3 where the cheats were in the game and you were allowed to use them for like unlimited ammo and such to have fun after you completed the game and all achievements. All this does is ensure that real gamers like me will never be “good” at these games because I do not use any cheats. I’m proud that every feat, achievement, and item that I have in any game has been earned with my own blood, sweat, tears, and yes sometimes f**k yous! Maybe I’m not the best, but I’m real. How can you let a game drive you crazy? I only have a 1.08 k/d and I run into cheaters from time to time. Instead of getting mad or aggravated nowadays, I just laugh at how much of a loser the person is for having to cheat in a game...plus I don't fuck with warzone anymore...less chance of running into a PC loser.

It's happening, the group of players I play with in Battlefield 2042 and I have gone to following suspected hackers around in game when they are on our side then we set traps for them when we get on the opposite team, works real well, we just send one out to a flag, wait to see them then everyone else spawns in on the spawn beacon that has been set by the first player and we box them in, we have made several hackers rage quit now doing this, hacks don't work when you have multiple people coming in from all sides on you.
Unfortunately a code will always be better than a human. . 🙄

The finals comes to mind most recently.. and this is the way gaming is going to be from here on out it seems. Cheats are easily accessible, and I largely blame the "streamer culture" for the influx of cheaters.
Every kid now wants to be a streamer, and the majority of streamers are cheating, "dropping 40 bombs." So to emulate that, they resort to cheating hoping theyll make a name for themselves..

You can always switch to a game where cheating is impossible. Rocket league for exemple. Or Trackmania.

I paid more than that for the startup costs for some of my employment positions. These guys take in more money than I did and they play games all day. Because of stream cheating I can’t even watch girls play games because I assume 99% are cheating.. the good streamers are getting their reputations shit on because of losers like phaze or whatever his name is. Cheating streamer deserve to wear electroshock collars at tournaments and get shocked anytime they get hit.

Most popular streamers will recoup that in 1 day in superchats and donations. After that everything is pure profit. Online tourneys can pay winners up to 20k and higher. Why wouldn't they do it? What's the downside? It's a small investment to make a living playing video games and duping moronic fans. It's the easiest money ever made. I would say 90% of popular streamers use this method. Look at shrouds online play vs his lan. He drops 50 at home but can't place in the top ten at lan. He makes like over a million dollars a year between endorsements and superchats. His fans will defend him like hes Jesus.

I just googled it. You are right. What a mess. I miss the BF4 days where we payed for a server and banned teamgriefers and fishy ppl. We probably banned some innocent players as well, but who cares there were enough servers to play on for them. And there were some good scripts that could weed out the guys with 80% Headshotratio etc. If you have a group and you pay 50 bucks per month for your own server you will have that online competition fun again but these days are gone it seems.

The radar seems like the most common hack. A lot of the "high K/D" streamers are always turning their heads to look at their second monitor during gameplay. Its no wonder they're garbage at live events.

People would use cronus zen, strike packs or just find ways to connect the cheats via USB and make the ps5 think that is just a headset…this is not a solution for gaming in general. Companies need to invest more into developing a better anti cheat…
As someone else has already said, Cronus zen and other scripts exist for cheating on console. Also, you’d have people find a way to use this hardware with a console. Consoles are computers at the end of the day but with components removed that a PC would have that aren’t directly tied to gaming.

Activision literally owns the websites that sell the cheats to their own games. The people who make the chests are on the payroll. They let them make them and sell then they "implement anticheat" and then tell the hackers how to bypass it until the next "crackdown" and the cycle never ends...also another rant side note is how the hell do the people watching not notice cheaters immediately. Real players never aim or shoot how they do. They watch someone auto lock chests only for any amount of time and it doesn't alert anyone? The way hacks aim are VERY obvious if you watch them just get a few kills

AI is already good at detecting AI, and that could be an autoban if it detects AI whatsoever, and then builds a profile on others. I do think it will be a game changer and will expose every current cheater. It'll take a long while before any cheat developer is able to beat that system, and it'll only last for a short while before they're getting banned again

This is actually the standard in China. All Chinese players use cheats in pvp games because, it makes the game 100% even for everybody and no one can complain that someone is playing unfair. S1 Warzone was the pinnacle so far as how much fun I had, but quickly declined as cheats overran the game. Activision protecting the cheating streamers was the final straw for me. Quit some time ago and haven't looked back. Pretty happy with that decision.

Heres the only peoblem with this video. DMA devices do not just work on PC. In fact, we used DMA devices bacm on 360 because that consoles decurity was damn near swiss cheese but the truth is not much has improved. I can apreciate the awareness you are trying to bring to the notion that people always have a vested interest to cheat when it comes to money and prizepools, but advicating for console is advocating for a dying platform. Consoles dont sell as well as they used to. The newer generations of gamers dont play on console or even know what a controller is.
and DMA cheats still work on console as well. The only system that could prevent access to conventional DMA devices currently is MOBILE and guess what: every major publisher is aggressively pushing for mobile AAA gaming this decade from capcom with RE4 to Warzone Mobile literally running the same game as WZ2 just with lower settings on iphone 15.
You want to advocate for console, guess what you got it via mobile and these publishers want us to just accept that if youre not careful. Why should we accept playoh on an inferior platform with worse quality of life because the companies that make these products are so anti consumer they strip you away of quality of life features and then question why you wont adapt. cheating on console Is absolutely doable but requires extra steps today. PC platform isnt the main issue. Its the incompetence of executives that have laid off developers and testers that have been trying to imolement more server sided checks to analyze player performance and isolating outliers. Fortnite is able to do this because they actually curate and maintain the quality of their game whereas COD is run with a old school corporate culture hence why they dont get the idea of live service and always lag behind the newer competition
Actuvision and the gaming industry would rather you just consume more snacks and monster energy to get xp rewards and spending money in the store.
This is why we see streamers glancing at another monitor while having one for the game, as well as having 2 pcs running at once

its far better to encode and stream the video/audio feed on a second pc and have chat on another monitor then the same one your game is on; not that there are cheaters which there have always been and always will be including on console there are hardware cheaters tho quite rare cause of complexity
The big question I can’t seem to find an answer for is if these cheaters are so set on using M&K while swearing they don’t cheat, why don’t they plug them into a console? Level playing field for everyone.

@@SammySam7x aim assist can be counter productive to an extent. It slows your aim down even when you don't want it to. Y'all are overhyping aim assist way to much. A mouse provides you with way more leeway, accuracy, and precision. Imagine a screen with small boxes. You have to move your "cursor" and click each box. Gonna be way easier with mouse. This is common sense
The problem with plugging mnk on console depends on decs to support it on console and the other issue is input lag and overall lack of flexibility while recording gameplay. Even competitive fighting games are switching to PCs even though theyre capped to 60fps, PCs just deliver less input lag and can deliver higher quality footage on PC.

We had this discussion so I told my controller buddies to run the next game with out aim assist since according to them it just slows down a bit.
They played 1 round without aim assist and had a 6 kills between the 3 of them. 4 they got by running people over with cars.
@@spakentruth its not just the high quality footage. consoles are restricted and run outdate hardware. input lag, lack of drivers. then you are stuck with using the generic drivers that are installed on the console by the manufacturer.

I know a Cheater company that doesnt require hardware and its 100 percent undetectable. Its kind of a Private cheat. You even have to send your Photo ID to them. I ran it for 2 years and never even got shadow banned let alone banned. And I ran esp and aim bot. I got frustrated with Caldera and initially got them to see who else was cheating. Then I just became a cheater like the rest of the rats. I stopped during the end of warzone 2. Wont ever do it again. And im a 3.0 kd player without cheats. So it wasnt that I needed cheats. But I still did it. Dont ruin your gaming fun by doing what I did. Its quite honestly pathetic. I got frustrated and became the rat I hated. But let me tell you. Id estimate 70 percent of PC users are running hacks from what I seen while using them. Console players are no better. Just harder for them to do it. The truth is until high level guys are brought to shame the growing use of them will continue because people want to be these bums who dont have to work for a living and see cheating is rewarded. I will say this. There are ways to use their cheats against them. If you suspect a player of cheating you can use their arrogance against them and trick them into making mistakes.
This is why I'm for console only crossplay: unfortunately that does mean higher ping and not being able to play with friends on PC. However, that means that people on PC can't cheat in lobbies where it's full of console only players and other cheaters on PC are more likely to run into other cheaters.

I really wish they would remove pc from crossplay. Not saying all pc players cheat but all cheaters are on PC. We pay the same price for the game. Same monthly subscriptions and console players just get farmed by pc players. I know get a PC right? I shouldn’t have to. I would go to say that a good amount of these high profile streamers are just average players or below average without their cheats. I mean, you can see their average aim and below average map awareness when they don't have their cheats. I think there are some legitimate above average streamers but, succumbed to cheating to get them over the hump they were stuck at. Just a thought.
Now a days, I don't think Lan proven really means much either unless it's a very strict lan event where no outside devices including keyboards, mice, or controllers are allowed.
Waiting for people to so-called prove themselves at a LAN is pretty dumb in my opinion. They get to build their community up from cheating for who knows how long, then go to a LAN and if they do terrible they chalk it up to whatever they want. Then go back home and cheat again. Make these people wear a head cam or something so you can actually see everything they would be able to see. No weird angles etc. This isn't rocket science honestly.
Yea tbh headcams should be a thing. That or just external cams poining at their entire wall and monitor. Ive known this for awhile but yes they never want to keep up with it. They will try to do it once and pick a moment when they are warmed up or provided us content that wasnt live and its apparently supposed to be valid evidence for everytime they choose not to do external cams going forward. Its just funny. RUclips and gaming platforms should make it mandatory that gaming competitive streamers use external cams every time they go live or in their competitive content or their vid gets taken down, they don't receive money for it, etc.
@@justmee-h6q but because of what CoS is letting us know of, imo the best way to combat the situation is to either not play the hacked up games and instead play the games that cant be hacked or are not hacked at the time. For e.g. though bad example, roblox has many games that are hacked up right? But roblox bought synapse and now the more complex model type games on roblox cant be hacked. Ive been told that the easier modelled games can still be hacked though. For e.g. comparing Bad Business on Roblox(complex) vs lets say T-Titans Battlegrounds(simple). So all the games have to do is make their game complex enough to not be hacked and u wont have to worry about how to go about cheating on the game just to compete. Even fortnite has a way to prevent hackers and theres more games out there that are not about helping hackers make money for them.

- And then finally, its so important to have zero skill gap that games likes call of duty uses highly advanced codes to manipulate outcome of every single battle. Its supplemented further by constantly lower head and neckshot multipliers and increasing limb damage.
All you can do is to rage, and quit. I tried to enyoy it since warzone 2, but it has been impossible. No real snipers, totally nerfed 24/7. In the end i did the smart choice and just quit. And it seems to be the trend, the playerbase is so low that they need to use AI bots to fill the lobbies and further manipulate outcome. Just like theese dmz guys has been raging about for a while. And i tried a single game of dmz and those ai bots litterally raped me from 100m away, meanwhile my teamates ran stright across the bridge, not Even needing to take cover once xD
If the platforms that let people stream and make money off cheating in the game stepped up and took cheating seriously and cut their money off if they are caught maybe we all wouldn't be in this situation. Sadly seems like everyone involved just dug a hole and put their heads in the ground. I've personally been gaming since the Atari days and it breaks my heart to see gaming in the state it is now

Theres a whole lot of sensationalism and revisionism. Cheating always existed like this and DMA devices were the OG way of cheating without getting caught but it took technical knowhow to setup. Nowadays this tech is ubiquitous in numbers that dwarf how bad it used to be.
Ive been trying to warn my friends MP gaming or many big franchises are poised to die out completely this decade from cheating and just not caring about the playerbase and treating them like a free credit card for company execs.
I just realized how is this gonna affect the companies in pc industry that makes the hardware components (keyboards, monitors, mouse, cpu, ram, gpu, etc.)? You won’t need to spend hundreds to thousand of dollars into a pc setup for online competitiveness when you can just buy a DMA. There really is no point on upgrading if everyone is literally at the same skill level if they are using the DMA. These major companies could go down hill if they don’t respond to this situation as well.
Simple solution, tournaments involving money should be strictly ps5 or Xbox, no PCs allowed

People using radar hacks / walls play very differently to those that don't.
The solution is very simple. Any tourney that involves significant prize money, requires to be event hosted. This includes all hardware players use. This would also apply to qualifying elimination rounds. Invitations can be made based on online play, but quals and elimination rounds must be performed on site. Any player cheating will quickly be filtered. As for crossplay. I am a M/KB player and would very much like the option to opt out of competing with controller players. Gaming is in a very big mess at present.
crossplay was nice on paper, but it truly is gargage experience for everyone. It is great for coop experiences though!

As an innocent pc player that loves the franchise i agree, cut the bloody link from the pc . We must be something like a 10% of the player base atm , once we are cut off no1 will have any reason to pay big amounts for cheats and our game is gonna be cleansed , from cheaters and aim assist at the same time ..
Consoles are practically PCs at this point so would it really matter. Just learn to reconfigure or "Jailbreak" the console and same issue comes.
It won't matter if cross play is disabled. You can easily manipulate the console to do the exact same thing. The only way to combat this is the game would need to read your connected devices and scan for any irregularities, but that is basically a breach of cyber-privacy. It's off a cliff from here, nothing can bring us back to an era before this shit.
Pro players could have this and we wouldn't even know😢

I’ve been playing WZ since Verdansk and despite all the cheating I tried to just continue to play but it’s gotten so out of control I finally stopped playing this year. Which sucks because i miss the game but it just got ruined by all the cheats.
The kind of Dma cheats streamers use are custom made for them so no one else has the same cheat as them thus making it almost if not impossible to detect.

Been watching for months now as this game has become an absolute cheat fest since the backend of Verdansk, I think most of us knew something wasn’t right. there’s a difference between being outplayed or cheated out of a gunfight and am glad to see many of you going through the exact same in a way. Because it highlights where the game has gone downhill, I am and have always been a console gamer and have seen many comments about “just turn Crossplay off” it makes 0 difference. You load into a game of warzone with an above 1.0kd there are hackers everywhere and in every single lobby on PS5. MW3 has been the worst Call of duty of all time they peaked to soon with the 2019 one with warzone on top and the streamers jumped on it, with other gamers following suit and realising the only way to be a sweaty rat was to buy all the cheats possible. Game over people, it’s been a pleasure
U don't encounter cheaters with cross-play off. So I don't know what was that about.... Now if you encounter good-cracked console players with cross-play off, then that sounds more of a skill-issue rather than a game-issue.

@astonjb4190 You're mixing one thing with the other. When I play on my PS5 with cross-play off, it actually pushes me to get better and learn. So YES is that simple. 1) Turn Cross-play off.
2) Work on getting better at the game.
3) Forget about the cheating problem.

For the last month I've been playing Warzone on GeForce Now and it's very very playable and I think the online component to PC shooters should be streamed in the same way as GeForce Now. That way you're forced to play fair due to the fact that you can't modify the cloud rig you're playing on, in theory that should kill PC cheaters.
The worst part is Activision basically forcing console players to play with PC when they know that PC is riddled with cheaters.

In console the only hacked free OS is Xbox one OS, only cronus at max can bypass this console.

But that's coming from someone who plays games that have a small tight communities. Or if I play more popular games its usually with friends in custom games, or on custom servers. So I don't typically have to worry about that. But cheaters are very prevalent in games that are really popular, or used to be really popular but are dead now.
They aren't really in games with small communities cause they just get kicked out. Sure they can appear, but again since it's so small it's easy for them to get banned, or just kicked out as everyone just gangs up on them.

The second crossplay was implemented and all pro and streamers started promoting it.. It was over for the COD scene.
DMA cheat hardware certainly isn't new, its been around since the 80's (such as Action Replay cartridge). I suppose it has been a niche compared to software cheating, probably due to price. I do believe Vanguard detects certain DMA based cheating however. Its an informative video for the masses, but its not new information. REWASD is more concerning as its more readily available and only pattern detectable.
Rewasd is fully detected by everything, that’s why the kids are getting shadow banned and not even in the same ball part, it’s no concern.
DMA cheats have only just been released for call of duty in the public sector in the last few months.

Well, I think that's pretty much the final nail in the coffin for COD on PC and honestly, multiplayer games on PC as a whole. Not only do you have to deal with the modern multiplayer game bs of EOMM and SBMM but now PC players have to deal with cheaters across all multiplayer games using cheats that are completely untraceable meaning they can never be banned.
Honestly what is the point in even playing multiplayer games at this point anyway? They're created solely to trick you into spending as much of your money as possible while being absolutely riddled with cheaters and patents to either kneecap you if you're a good player or give you EOMM matches after you're shit on after your inevitable string of blatantly unfair SBMM matches. They're designed at this point for absolute nolifes like these streamers or people with no job, who can just sit there for hours grinding or cheating away for absolutely nothing. Dropping MP games for SP games was the best decision I made when it came to gaming. AAA multiplayer gaming is completely dead, there are literally hundreds of amazing SP games out there to play

What’s awful is that instead of doing their job, Activision puts out a shitty software that just does mass bans into the hundreds of thousands in 1 day and innocent people get caught up in those. My friend has mental health issues and stays home most of the time when not working gaming. He was recently given a permanent ban and I have played with this kid on Destiny for years, he has never cheated a day in his life. The sad thing is that if you try to appeal it, which you have the right to, you get a form email saying “sorry you cannot appeal this ban” and it’s a lifetime ban. He is so depressed and I don’t know how to help w/out paying to have his account reinstated. At one point his account was hacked cause he logged on and there were weapons that he didn’t remember getting, but now he has lost everything that he has worked years for. I’m glad that I have never EVER played these stupid online games from CoD because I’m a real gamer who has never used a cheat in my life unless your talking GTA3 where the cheats were in the game and you were allowed to use them for like unlimited ammo and such to have fun after you completed the game and all achievements. All this does is ensure that real gamers like me will never be “good” at these games because I do not use any cheats. I’m proud that every feat, achievement, and item that I have in any game has been earned with my own blood, sweat, tears, and yes sometimes f**k yous! Maybe I’m not the best, but I’m real. I’m very saddened to see these female gamers who could be the best if they worked a little harder have to cheat. How are you proud of something that you know damn well you didn’t earn?
