and yet to think they push back back the sea front walk few years ago, just imagine if the wave breakers was not in place then. who knows how far the sea would of came in.

What time was the highest tide ? I was there about 2pm and water didnt reach that far...

High tide was around 12midday.

I hope you didn't get flooded out,
But This is what happens when you replace a sea wall with steps,
The “New promenade “ Should have been like Cleveleys Promenade with flood gates fitted.
Typical for Blackpool council Unfortunately.
