People, let’s give her the highest credit on her camera & editing system, she is soooo professional. Bravo 👏🏿 to your videos. Amsterdam in the house 👍🏿
Dear when you're advertising a property try to be more detailed about the Basic features like: *Land size/width and length *Square foot size *Ceiling Height *Pool Dimensions *And others Anyway Superb one
I'm definitely "blown away" by all of the detail found on the inside of this home; it's too bad surrounding infrastructure takes away from it's appeal.
Nice piece of architectural master piece, elegant kitchen... few let down, no mention of alternative power supply e.g Solar power system, access control, didn't get to see the BQ as the main or driver is a human-being too, water system, what type of water system as we know lekki water is a letdown on its own... the Reverse Osmosis is the in thing now, that should have been factored into this
I must confess, I do really like those properties that you have been showcasing, but there are little details that condemns the aesthetics of those properties and some of those issues I have already highlighted on my previous comments. Those little details are things like planting trees and creating footpaths by the roadside to enhance the aesthetics plus the covering on those open gutters would make the beauty of those properties shine even more to not just the Nigerian Diasporas but other foreigners at large who are looking to invest in the property market in Nigeria.
Why do these new Nigerian homes look like offices? Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice but it doesn’t have a home feel. It looks like a really nice office to work at. Also did you guys see the exposed sewage outside? I think they should fully complete the houses before showing them on here
Hence I forgot, the water tanks also post as an eye saw and moreover destroyed the aesthetics of those properties. Those water tank should be hidden away on the roof concealed and must not be visible to the eye. They are an eye saw and discredited the value of those properties by a margin. Please do not take this to heart but make a report on these issues for improvement on future designs to the designers and the builders.
Try and avoid those open gutter drains when presenting. It kinda discredit the aesthetic value of those properties you are showcasing in context. The problem you're facing is the builders pays much attention on the properties and neglect its surrounding that should have complemented those properties and another problem that I saw was there are no privacy in most of your detached properties, mainly because buildings are too close to each other plus again most importantly there are no foot path allocated to pedestrians in any of the developments all around the countries everything just literally clogged together. It was like buying a brand new cloth and dumping it in dust bin.
Do we have those companies? i don't know. One thing that bothers me is the open gutter in the so called prestigious place. It's not confidence's fault i can only blame the city of lagos for having rubbish building code.

The decor is absolutely spot on. By the way Confidence, your outfit matched the decor of this property. Interesting.
Thank you ❤️

This is the most complete house
I would love to see homes built with locally made materials and yet they speak elegance and class
That is when you are ready to produce quality, sell your products with class.

I agree! The inside and outside of a home go hand-in-hand for me!

Who is buying this houses in a country with almost 40 percent unemployment rate and almost 20 percent inflation ?
Something needs to be done about those open gutters.
The price is too high, no AC in the house, the house is nice but the price is too high
Waterheater always looking horrible and unprofessional
