Am I the only one who feel and see the minimalist design layout of this building or is it the camera angle that is playing tricks on my eyes. The swimming pool upstairs looks like a big bath tub. I love the design of the spiral staircase, the primary suite (master's bedroom), the exterior facade and the fact the the house comes with an elevator. But that is where it ends for me. Our architects and builders can do better for the sake of the owners of this high-cost residential properties.
how can a 6 bedroom house have only 1 room with a bathtub? do the developers ever think about usability for families? no dedicated laundry? what a waste of space
There're space for bathtubs. You can fix in any room you wish to. The space is big enough. Also the store downstairs, close to the elevator is big enough for laundry room. You can also convert the BQ to laundry if you wish to have a large laundry room. I don't think you'll be needing security in your BQ because the estate is well secured with government and private security officials on each block. You can convert your gate to an electric gate if you wish to, so you don't necessary need a gate man living in your BQ. You have a laundry room
@@Everesthomes can you identify the space where a bathtub can fit in any of the other rooms? just advice your developers to do better, rather than trying to justify beautiful nonsense.
