Something I just discovered is 'true lemon'! I get at Walmart or Walmart online. They also have lime, grapefruit, and orange. No sugar, so you can use whatever sweetener you want! It's also great when Citrus is out of season and / or expensive. They also have berry lemonade sweetened with stevia! It really helps me drink more water! Hope you try it and love it like I do! Oh, it takes up very little space and is great for long-term storage. I store the packets in mason jars and you can toss them in your purse! Enjoy!!
Thank you for creating healthy meal preps. So many channels I follow never have these and are always so carb heavy! I appreciate this very much! I’m excited to try these, especially with summer coming! I also NEVER thought to use my salad spinner to clean fruit!! Thanks for the ideas!!!
I use avocado oil all the time. It also has a higher smoke point than olive oil. In Canada we always use ground beef and we call it Shepherds pie. In England they call it Cottage pie when using ground beef. Even if you buy a pre-made one here it is called shepherds pie and it's made with ground beef.
That can strainer made my jaw drop, lol! I adore your meal preps, ma'am. I always get great recipes and find things I need to make my kitchen function a little better! I haven't canned in a long time, but I guess it's time to break out the canner. I still have my Mamaw's canner with wooden handles. I spent many summers watching her can, and the kitchen was always piping hot--grandparents didn't have air conditioning until 1990. I'd love to see canning videos if you have them coming up. Great video, and hope you're having a lovely weekend with your littles!
I saw someone on RUclips who was collecting glass pans from thrift shops, thought that was a great idea for anyone looking to get away from aluminum pans too!
@@leannewaite , my guess is Acre Homestead, or something like that, I haven’t watched her in awhile but I do remember her talking about buying glass dishes at thrift stores.
I got a lovely set of glass casserole dishes from Asda (I'm in UK) but the same ones where also on Amazon, they're so handy because they're oven safe but also come with a plastic lid, so I can meal prep into them, lid on into the freezer then when I want them I just take the lid off and put straight into the oven
I just purchased the pans and I am so excited!! The struggle is real with the flimsy ones I’ve been using so I think this is going to take freezer meals to the next level! Thank you so much for the heads up. 🥰
No shame calling it Shepard's pie! I grew up calling it that too, but even now, I know the difference but prefer to call it what I've always called it.
My grandmother is from Ireland and has corrected me on it many times but I always get them confused, so whether it is beef or lamb I call it shepherds pie anyway.
I’m must say I follow a few people on here and I’m not near impressed as I am with you because a lot of what you make is easy and it is very healthy things like that is what I look for is trying to watch the things that you put into your body thank you so much for this amazing content! ❤️
Thank you for doing healthy freezer meals! My husband had a heart attack last year and I'm prediabetic, so we have to watch our salt, saturated fat, and carb intake. Most freezer meals have so much of those three! Also, what kind of container is that holding your oil? I looked on your Amazon shop, but couldn't find anything like it.
I may have to try the tuna dish for lunches, sure fire way to get the husband to take me out is to mention tuna anything for dinner 😜😂 sesame chicken is one of my faves, yum 🤤😋 did you move again?! Definitely need to make a "moving hacks" video over on the home channel , youre a pro!
omg i love your apron!!!!! that light gray color with that pattern is my fav :) i have it for containers in my closet, shelf liner all over my house, and a blanket on my bed. where did you get it??
I think it's interesting that you like using xanthan gum as a thickener. I think I have seen that in ingredients before but hadn't known what it was. Normally, arrowroot starch is my substitute for cornstarch.

@@cocoa_cake But it is called Shepherd's Pie in the United States. I quite honestly don't understand why there needs to be two different names for what is basically the same thing.
@@cocoa_cake I know that Shepherd's Pie originally has minced lamb meat, but I still don't understand why it's such a big deal if people use ground beef instead. It's still the same concept!

Is there a video or directions by chance of how you cook things when you pull from freezer? That’s where we struggle!

Youre correct in UK it's cottage pie if beef, Shepard's pie if lamb
Thank you for including gluten free meals and also giving alternatives to things in your recipes!! You are a life saver!!

I need to invest in a salad spinner. I think abt getting one all of the time but as soon as I think abt it, I also forget!
Can you give an update on how well these pans hold up in the freezer?
I just love your meals.
I always look forward to your videos!
Yes, please share how you can chicken.
Very inspiring and very easy to convert to a vegan or even alkaline dish. 👍🏼

Do you have a video how you canned food?
Great ideas. Thanks for the inspiration 🌿💚
Weird question - I am not the most knowledgeable on canning, but so you have to refrigerate canned chicken?
For how long did you cook the cauliflower in the pressure cooker?
Where can I find the oil container that you use when cooking. I like that you can spread th oil with it also. Thanks!
Always love the recipes

Love your videos. What happened to your white countertop? Are you doing a makeover in your kitchen?
Check my home channel in a couple days to find out 😉
Where did you get your oil container?
we love some sustainability!!

It doesn’t have the high carb content like cornstarch ☺️
Great meals!
not sure if this will help you say worcestershire but phonetically try: wuss stir sheer
Does anyone know where adaline houses her recipes?? There has to be a blog/website somewhere.
She has a pinterest page with them 😀
How long did you cook the cauliflower in the instant pot, and what setting please
Manual on high for 1 minute, then allow it to natural release ☺️
Ahem…I believe you actually made squoodles. 😉😄♥️ Everything looks delish!!
What size pans did you get?

Did the fire roasted tomatoes make it spicy for the girls?
They are not spicy at all! They are just tomatoes that have been basically grilled 😊
@@AdalineZook Glad to hear it because i have fire roasted tomatoes in my pantry
Its actually pronounced "Wooster" sauce
👍♥️

it originated in the UK and Ireland but of course americans will take the word for themselves and use it incorrectly🥴
