Agree!!! Especially those oatmeal cups :) every time I do freezer things like this I pop in microwave with a wet paper towel to cover or the air fryer BUT so often the middle is still cold and if I go longer then the rest is dried out , a video on this would REALLY HELP A LOT!!
When I make granola I pulse nuts in food processor until they are small bits/powder and add them to the granola and no one notices them. Kids love it. I do pumpkin seeds too
Canadian here. I have never seen anyone portion out maple syrup! The open container lasts up to a year in your fridge or unopened a year in the pantry. As a Canadian, that amount of maple syrup is the bare minimum one would need in a year! LOL
You can use the pineapple core for smoothies! It ads fiber and makes it creamier! I had no idea until I saw a vitamix demo at the fair, it tastes so much better!
Not sure if someone already commented with this, but that jar sealer attachment is actually great if you have a vacuum sealer. The vacuum sealer has a port for the hose. It’s great.
Would love to see how you take the almond pulp and make it into almond flour. A video idea would be the whole process start to finish. Taking the almonds, soaking them, making the almond milk, how you store the pulp and then ultimately how you make the almond flour. Never thought to make my own! Love your channel and have gotten so many meal and snack ideas from you! Thanks so much for taking the time to create your videos!
Hi Adaline, I love watching these videos but am really hoping you could do an ingredients list in the description for each one? It would be really helpful and especially if you could include all the recipes in each video. I would love to buy the ingredients and prep/cook while watching.
Wow the dry canning...I had 4 1/2 gallons of maple syrup here to can and was kind of dreading it. Told my husband what you did and he brought in his vacuum pump and it totally worked!! Got it all done in such a short time. Thanks a bunch!!
I never thought about canning maple syrup! I feel like dry canning isn't what we see as much or even know about. I've only ever seen people can wet things. So, it's nice to see! There's so much we can get in bulk online and it's hard to figure out how to store it all properly. Especially those of us that don't have basements or cellars. We have to rely on a pantry or cabinets. I have a small house, so no pantry and only have cabinet space. Have to get creative.
If you're making your own plant based milk regularly, you might want to get a milk making machine like the Almond Cow. It works like a coffee maker. Pour the water in the pitcher, put the oats/nuts/rice in the filter with any flavors or sweeteners and push start. It filters and strains for you.
That dry canning mini tutorial was so cool! I have never seen that before in my life and I am totally researching how to do this. Thank you, mind blown🤯💜🌵
Hi Adaline, I've been watching your videos recently and I just love them! I was wondering if you have a site where I can find all of your recipes? Much love Merel
Of all the freezer meal videos I have watched, yours are definitely my favorite! Very nicely done 😊 I’m not sure if you’ve shown your long term food storage in any of your videos, but I would love to see your storage setup. I am just getting started and could use all the inspiration!
Love all of your food ideas, as far as storing things in a dark place, I don't have a basement, so when I need dark places to store my food in, I place them in double lined paper bag and fold it closed, label it & then put it in a bottom cupboard ....this works great, cause I can get in & out of the cupboard, and not disturb the food. Just a tip on how I do dark storage. Thank you for sharing
I love the dry canning of the syrup. I'm definitely going to try it. I have syrup and had been wanting to do something with it. Thank you Adaline. Be blessed dear.
I really admire you and your kitchen food work! Do you think you can do a video of you prepping your freezer meals for your girls please? So I know how to do step 2 of getting things into the freezer. I feel at a loss when needing to eat from the freezer. I know this sounds silly but it's true😬🤦🏽♀️
Very cool learning the dry canning. Never knew about that the frozen yogurt and berries look delicious and very good for the teens since I'm at work when they get up and leave for school and those are super easy for them to heat and go.
I love the almond milk idea and how you reuse the pulp to make flour! Brilliant! I also make an almond banana smoothie, so I could reuse the pulp for that.
I learn so much from your videos! I want to learn how to make my own oat milk. Hoping you could do a video on that. Really enjoy your long term storage. 😊
So I literally did this last night in a pinch. Forgot to go to the store and my sons can only drink oat milk so I Pinterest it. Let me tell you I will not buy oat milk anymore. This was the easiest thing I have made in my life. It was literally 1/2 cup rolled oats 3 cups of water Tsp maple syrup Tsp of vanilla Blend, strain but do not push down on the strainer it will make it slimy allow to strain naturally. Strain again if you want even smoother texture and that’s it. Stores in the fridge for about a week. I added cinnamon and nutmeg to mine it was so good.
I'm loving the long storage ideas at the end of the videos. Also my question on the freezer meals do they taste great. I haven't done a freezer meal before.
The granola recipe you made was already dairy free even with the addition of butter. 😊 Butter doesn't actually have any dairy in it and it is just the fat. My family has a lot of dairy allergies but we still use butter for everything! If you are allergic to dairy and dairy proteins, then you shouldn't use products like margarine. Usually margarine has milk ingredients added to it such as whey. This is something that not many people know and I didn't know until my family cut off all dairy.
Do you have a hack for washing the silicone liners? I love using mine but HATE cleaning them lol. Love the coconut milk ice cube idea! Going to use that for our smoothie packs too!!
I love your videos. Thank you my hubby is toothless so I’m going to try your granola. I’m getting better at very short meal prep due to my health. I’ve seen your other enjoyable videos and will freeze some to give to my son too. Take care best wishes to you and your family!
Have you ever had rust on your jar lids? I found a huge box at a store and found the lids with rust on them… I can’t use the lids till i figure something out or just buy new lids.
Wow! The Almond Milk DIY is amazing. 👌🏼🙌🏼 I'll be doing that soon. About the leftover almond pulp. If I don't have a dehydrator what can you recommend I should use? Thank you. Looooove your vlogs.
I have in my mind that making almond milk takes a lot of almonds and is hard to make...lol! Thanks for proving me wrong. I’m going to try it. And love all he great meal prep ideas...so delicious looking.
Have you ever made your own almond or cashew butter? I personally love cashew butter it’s so good. Just blend up raw cashews and coconut oil and you can add honey or maple syrup!
I loved this video! I’m curious though about the granola. I don’t like coconut and I wondered if something else had to be subbed in place of the shredded coconut in order for the ratios to work. Would I just use more oats?
There is an exception with dry Canning, since there is a possibility with the ring on that the food inside still may be good even if the seal is broken ☺️ so having the ring there could help it stay good.
When you use the sealing kit (for the maple syrup), can you reseal the lid as you use the product or is the lid a one-time deal, like when you water bath or pressure can something?
I’d love to see a video of nothing but heating up things from the freezer prep items. That’s the part that stumps me!
Same!!!
Agreed
It would be really useful!
Yes please no one does that!
Agree!!! Especially those oatmeal cups :) every time I do freezer things like this I pop in microwave with a wet paper towel to cover or the air fryer BUT so often the middle is still cold and if I go longer then the rest is dried out , a video on this would REALLY HELP A LOT!!

I seriously love my viewers for this reason! You all have some of the best ideas!!

I was wondering as well

Could take the almond pulp.and use in the granola too
I dehydrate the pulp and put it in the food processor for breading chicken nuggets and cauliflower nuggets.
The little ham muffins really caught my attention. Also love the oatmeal loaves. Just popping a frozen oatmeal cup in the microwave sounds fabulous.
Hi Adaline, I love watching these videos but am really hoping you could do an ingredients list in the description for each one? It would be really helpful and especially if you could include all the recipes in each video. I would love to buy the ingredients and prep/cook while watching.
Yes. Would be user friendly also.

Love the Breakfast ideas! I need that little silicone cube tray! And Cup Cake Liners. I like the way you think.
That dry canning mini tutorial was so cool! I have never seen that before in my life and I am totally researching how to do this. Thank you, mind blown🤯💜🌵
Glad I could help!!
I had no idea how easy it was to make almond. Milk! Will be trying this out!
Hi Adaline, I've been watching your videos recently and I just love them! I was wondering if you have a site where I can find all of your recipes? Much love Merel
I love these videos. Maybe you could show us how you cook it from the freezer. Very interesting. Thank you!!

after soaking almonds easily squeeze them out of the skins to get rid of the inflammatory things that are in the skin.

Great tip!!
Thanks for the great tip! I also don't have a basement.

Hi, how will you reheat the oats cups? Love the canning stuff, very interesting.
Thank you so much for sharing! Great quick meal/snack ideas 😊
Please do an almond flour video! I love all these additions to homemaking u have been adding!!!!
Yes! I’m planning to share more on dehydrating too! ☺️
Awesome video as always. Love the tips and tricks!
Printed out the recipe for the granola. I cant wait to try it
Thanks for sharing! I am starting my meal preparation too and try to find more inspiration
Very cool learning the dry canning. Never knew about that the frozen yogurt and berries look delicious and very good for the teens since I'm at work when they get up and leave for school and those are super easy for them to heat and go.

Really cool food ideas!! Love these monthly food preps!
Any ideas what to use instead of the processed meat in the muffins? Don’t eat processed meats but like the idea of the first recipe. Thanks
I love berries and smoothies. Great idea to have your kids make smoothies. 🍓🍍
I love your videos. Thank you my hubby is toothless so I’m going to try your granola. I’m getting better at very short meal prep due to my health. I’ve seen your other enjoyable videos and will freeze some to give to my son too. Take care best wishes to you and your family!
Oh that maple syrup hack is a new one so interesting!
I get almond milk ( on the juice isle) to store in my pantry- no more running to the store all the time for milk!
Turn your oven onto the lowest setting and spread them out on a cookie sheet.. I would just keep checking it until it’s full dried out ☺️
This was so helpful. Thank you!
I always love watching you videos 💗
So many great ideas! 🙌
Since it is just water and almonds, I believe you are able to can the almond milk.
Love all your food prep ideas
My daughter us 13! She wants to make smoothies in the morning but I dont know what is best to use for them as a breakfast source for her!
So intriqued on everything you do.
I would really like to know how the food comes back out of the freezer. I keep trying but it don’t taste as good. Are you holding out on us Adeline?
How do you store your mason jars as you’re using them?
Thank you so much.
Everything looks so delicious!! I love the smoothie idea!! My mouth is watering for the granola!!😊
I have in my mind that making almond milk takes a lot of almonds and is hard to make...lol! Thanks for proving me wrong. I’m going to try it. And love all he great meal prep ideas...so delicious looking.
I also thought it was a lot harder. And if you buy almonds in bulk it’s actually cheaper than store-bought almond milk ☺️
Have you ever made your own almond or cashew butter? I personally love cashew butter it’s so good. Just blend up raw cashews and coconut oil and you can add honey or maple syrup!
I haven’t!! I’ll definitely need to try it though because I love cashew butter as well!
Love the way you cook.
hello! Great video, lots of tips. One thing I do know is not to use the vacum sealer on sugars, they will get really hard.
Yes! You are absolutely right! Sugar stores just fine in an air tight container ☺️
Those egg muffins look so good, I gotta make those 👀👀👀👀
I use masking tape for my jar labels. They peel off very easily and a roll of tape is inexpensive.
Great video. Where do you get your baking sheets?
Most store bought almond milks do have added things like calcium that’s the main reason I don’t make my own.
Where did you get those cooking products?
How long do you leave the eggs and ham inside oven? And at what temperature 🌡. Thanks 😊
I’d love to know to. Only one recipe listed in the description. Very disappointing
I loved this video! I’m curious though about the granola. I don’t like coconut and I wondered if something else had to be subbed in place of the shredded coconut in order for the ratios to work. Would I just use more oats?
Yes, I would just try adding more oats ☺️
I like the idea of preserving your maple syrup like that, but would it work to boil the jars in water?
Yes, it also works to water bath can it!
is there a link to the recipe for the oatmeal cups?
Thanks for sharing, love from the Philippines❤️
Do you have a link for your over the sink colander?
I loooooved it!
Great video!
Do you have a video on potato long term food storage?
next time when making the smoothie packs leave the strawberry tops on when you blend it up you can't even tell. food waste and some "greens" hack.
Ohhhhh yes! I never thought of that! Perfect idea!
Did you sterilise the jars prior to use?
How long does the almond milk last in the fridge?
Hi can you share the recipe how you baked ham and egg muffins??
Where can I get those flat plastic container you flash froze the oatmeal cups in? I’ve been looking everywhere:(
I have the same one, and it's from Tupperware.
Have you tried making your own oat milk?! It’s so good!
No, I haven’t! But I was reading about it!
@@AdalineZook it’s the same process as almond milk but I don’t think you have to soak them! Great for coffee
Bel video, ciao dall'Italia ❤❤🇮🇹👋
You should store your home canned goods without the rings on so they don't possibly get a false seal.
There is an exception with dry Canning, since there is a possibility with the ring on that the food inside still may be good even if the seal is broken ☺️ so having the ring there could help it stay good.
You can water bath the syrup for 10 minutes too :)
Good to know!!
Love your video. ❤
i would get one of those steamers just not a fan of the color :(
I want to come to your house for Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner 🥘😋❤️❤️❤️
When you use the sealing kit (for the maple syrup), can you reseal the lid as you use the product or is the lid a one-time deal, like when you water bath or pressure can something?
Yes! You can use it to reseal the lid! That’s one thing I love about it! Also you want to open your lids carefully as to not damage the seal ☺️
How long does this last you? We're a family of 4 :)
How do you reheat your oatmeal? On the stove?
Since I don’t have a microwave, yes I just throw them into a little sauce pan! But they’re very simple to do in the microwave as well ☺️
@@AdalineZook thank you! I'm so excited to make them! You give the best ideas! ❤️
Merci de OK 🌹❤️💕👍💡
My son has a serious oat allergy (who knew such a thing existed?), egg allergy and milk allergy… so breakfasts just consist of cereal 😭
So yummy 😋😋
That shrimp looks raw asf ☠
The middñe of the pinneapple its to hard for eat
You should check out Acre Homestead channel. Becky is amazing. Her videos are a bit long, but I don't get sick of her! I love her.
That is actually one of my favorite channels! She is great!
💜💜💜💜💜
I haven't watched your channel for a while. Did you get married???
♥️🙏🍀
