I have one and for me it seems to be a fairly uncomfortable knife that doesn't know what it wants to be. Way too thin from tip to handle and two short to really effectively use the ring. It's best feature is that it looks cool! 😁🗡️👊 Good to see you're overview however!
Thank you, I really enjoyed your review and thoughts! I certainly favor the thinness and think it is quite versatile - looking forward to more fixed blade designs 🔪🤘🏽 Happy New Year!!
Some may say any ring knife is a Karambit but you are correct to label it as a hybrid. It is a Karambit handle wth a non-Krambit Bowie blade. What does this mean to the user? You are getting 80% standard reverse grip knife, and 20% ring for unsheathing and retention.
@@tacticaltavern I do not but i do own the CS Mini Leatherneck Spearpoint. I tuck my shirts so it makes neck knives less practical. There is also the issue of a concealed weapon charge should it come to the attention of a LEO. If I was in Cali, I may adopt an untuck sense of style but I am in Canada where I wear a jacket much of the year. PS. My smallest fixed blade is a Brusletto Geilo at 5" including handle, and my smallest folder a Schrade 180T at 2 5/8" folded.
Forward flail test- looking at the ring and handle geometry Because of the clip point it will leave a nice little gash for your “package opening needs”

While I like thin knives for slicing, the downside to a knife like this is the thin steel stock means thin ring on the finger.
Cool review man 👍
Thanks! 👍
Can you adjust to carry the sheath horizontal?
I'm used to a thicker grip for outdoor knives, but this would be cool to try out!
Good review but I don't like the length ratio blade/handle. And I already have my perfect karambit hybrid with the TOPS CUT 4.0
Fair enough! I am excited to check out one of those beasts soon 🔥🔪

Absolutely! Surprisingly versatile and my current neck knife on breakable chain! I am curious, do you ever run a neck knife?

If you're basing your decision on just overall shape and how the knife feels in hand; do you like this or the night stalker from TKell more?
Night Stalker from TKell all day ✅
Solid review. New sub.
Appreciate the comment and support! Welcome aboard!
I like it! I have a Tamashii and it's great. Civivi makes some pretty cool stuff.
Yes I am looking forward to checking out that fixed blade too!!
@@tacticaltavern yeah, I think you would probably like it. 👊

ALAS , I found a good knife channel. See what I did there. Although I don't know if I want to drink at the Tactical Tavern. May not get out alive.
Ayeee very nicely done!
I would want to drink at the tavern because it is the safest place around 😏🔪
