My First Ride on Brand New Toronto TTC New Flyer XDE60 Hybrid Articulated Bus! 3/22/2024

This is my first ride video on 9407, one of three brand new units that are currently active (this specific one entered service earlier that morning on route 29 Dufferin). The 2023 XDE60s are similar to their 40-foot counterparts, and have the subway-inspired door chimes. These are the first order of articulated buses in ten years, being delivered to Mount Dennis garage to replace some of the Orion VII NG hybrids. The first half of the order are expected to run on Dufferin, Keele and Jane Streets as Spring progresses and in the second half of the year, the other half will enter service out of McNicoll garage.
