Thank you for posting. I just started taking Clomid two days ago. I’ve been so nervous but am hopeful. Dealing with infertility is sooo annoying and heartbreaking at times but it’s good to know we are not alone on this journey!❤️

The movement is just the development of the follicles. Very normal

Just curious, what the hospital would do if you did have have unprotected intercourse, and conceived? Is there some law against it?

Hiba Bek I just finished my my 5 days of Clomid 50mg. It did cause slight mood swings. More sensitivity than anything but it’s not terrible. - I go get my ultrasound on Saturday (Day12) .. Good luck ‼️

I know this is late but you cant get it over the counter. Your doctor needs to prescribe it to you
I went to my GP (two separate ones over ten years - and they both gave me Clomid 50mg tablets - on the first visit. no testing, nothing... they didn't even monitor me. the first cycle ten years ago I think my ex-partner was the one with the issues... he was partying really hard.) Then I found out with my new partner that HSG ( a test that flushes out your entire female reproductive organs/tract as they take Xrays or US's as they inject the dye or oil or saline solution) has as good a chance IVF for many people. Depending on the cause of why they can't get pregnant-- I knew I could get pregnant, I already had a daughter years earlier when I was 18/19 and got pregnant in between those years but was forced into two terminations by abusive controlling men. I thought GOD was punishing me... maybe he was... and I learnt a damn good lesson in those painful years of wanting to get pregnant but I couldn't or I would miscarry. So I asked my GP (local family medical doctor at your normal walk-in medical centre for an HSG after reading about it. I got pregnant almost immediately... they put dye or poppy seed oil or saline through your system through your vagina and flush it out(i opted to go public hospital in Australia and it was totally free as I didn't ask for pain relief... it is painful but not as bad as some bad bad period pans from memory. I had my baby premmie (due to preeclampsia at 35 weeks 4 days but she was1760 gms (and dropped to 1500gms after birth) and was in NICU for six weeks as she was the size f a 28 weeker as my placenta had stopped working at 28 ish week and despite me pleading with them they just left her in there. I'm now trying for my last bubba at 38. I'll be 40 in September next year so I have not got another ten years to wait, so I went to a GP and he gave me 10 50mg tabs of Clomid (so I can use them over 2-3 cycles as we just started trying this is our second cycle (FIRST CYCLE NO MEDS AND JUST GUESSING AT DATES) and we got the dates too wrong last month as I wasn't even sure when my periods came or how far apart they are etc.. so this is the first real try. we have been having sex EVERY SINGLE NIGHT and some mornings occasionally since the day I finished my period. literally the last day of the period we started trying, and I took half a tab of Clomid from CDs 3-6.. there are studies showing great success with Clomid from cd 3-6 at lower doses, I haven't found anyone who only used 25mg (half a tablet of the 50mg one I have) as we don't know if I don't ovulate but we were hoping a small amount would increase the chances and maybe cause superovulation giving us a better shot. I asked for ultrasounds to monitor me but all he would give me is CD3 bloods (so if I'm not pregnant this cycle ill do them on cd 3 if this next period is due in about 13 days comes... praying to GOD snd Jesus it doesn't and we are super pregnant!) and day 21 progesterone levels as apparently that can help tell you if you've ovulated plus I need to take progesterone to maintain a pregnancy now. I had to research all about progesterone levels and progesterone pessaries if your levels are not high enough to sustain first rimester implantation and embryo growth and stop you from miscarrying early on. and I begged for the blood tests- in the middle of the first 2020 covid lockdown and then had to call multiple docs and then multiple chemists to get them! And I still bled my whole first trimester on and off it was TERRIFYING. So I'm not taking ANY risks this time! I had to have an emergency c-section with my 2020 baby so I don't know if my uterus is a good enough environment for a lining to grow and an implantation to occur which is why by Monday after progesterone levels have hopefully confirmed ovulation I can demand progesterone pessaries, immediately, I'm not sure.... but I think if your progesterone levels are high enough on day 21 you are likely pregnant even before a urine HPT comes back positive? I'll have to research that more. my current partner is a sperm donor for lesbians as well and he's already got 8 babies (he sees all of them- the kids- unless they live interstate) and so I know his sperm wont be the issue- if something is wrong it is on me, I'll get another HSG done if I have to, if after 3 cycles (ill up Clomid to 50mg- so a full tablet not half this next cycle if 25mg doesn't work and I'm making an appointment with a female doctor - the one who gave me Clomid ten years ago - and demanding monitoring via ultrasounds - and a scan to see if I have a c-section scar defect that you need keyhole surgery to fix before you get pregnant as the c-section defect means you have a very thin area or sometimes a small hole that stops you from lining and implanting a baby...and blood work regularly to see what the Clomid is/isnt doing at 50mg a day CD3-6) if this and the next cycles dont work, ill ask for anotherHSG, then 100mg clomid with full monitoring and if that doesnt work we will go the ivf/icsi route- we are lucky here in australia as things like clomid cost about $5.80 on a concesion card (im a stu and busines onwerr student card got me 10 clomif for $5.80) and ultrsouds and hsg's are bulkbilled as they are clasfied as tets even though hsg helos you fall pregannat natrally! and IVF clinics here bulk bill so it only costs couples around $1500 plus the GOV. gives you $500 fertility treatment rebates AND $170 a day rebate into your account when you have to travel more than two hours or something - which would have to do- to get IVF to cover accommodation and travel costs,

@@fatimaamir3695 I didn’t get pregnant from Clomid. I tried first round, second, and 3 round 150 mg nothing worked but I got pregnant on the 4 month and I didn’t even take Clomid that time.
Just finished 5 days of clomid. Our clinic will allow 3 follicles since the chance of getting pregnant, even with ovulation, is only 20% so the odds that all 3 would stick are super low. I have my scan next week and really hoping all looks good

@@irmaebochs-homeloans6597 my first round resulted in an early loss, my second round I got my daughter. Unfortunately my OB ignored all of the issues I was having and she was ultimately born at 26 weeks and did not make it. I just did my 3rd round, a year after my 2nd and we’re waiting to see if it worked.

I also had two miscarriages. First one the one doctors call chemical pregnancy, second one a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. Baby stopped growing with no heartbit at 7W 3D. In my case nothing wrong with the doctor. But with other experiences with doctors, I realized sometimes we have to be pushing with them if we notice something isn't right.

Btw, I did my IUI yesterday. The procedure was very smooth, no pain at all, just nervous. An hour later I started feeling cramps. 30 min later got more intense and intense, extremely intense on my left side. (The mature follicle was on the left). I was driving home suffering. It was challenging to walk from my car to inside the house. I set down very weak and nauseas, I threw up. I felt like if I had a strong sleepy medication and like if I'mgoing to pass out. I felt extremely weak. My sister had to come to help me. I'm okay today, just a little weak, but not sick, and no more cramps. The bad intense cramps was for only one hour, then feel better, then just sensitive there.

Struggling with infertility past 8 years... started with tests ... vitamins... supplements tests blood tests .... drugs folic acid ... most recent 1 failed IUI... and this month gyno prescribed... clomid for the last trail .... I just hope this works ...im so exhausted....

Keep going, God hasn't given up on you. ❤️ His time is always on Time even if we feel desperate and alone. I'm with you I have no children and I am 34. I'm praying and will take my clomid starting tomorrow. My friends have kids and I do not. I have felt all these emotions but it is because I know God that he has given me a peace that his Will will be done for his Glory. I don't stress I'm enjoying life until she comes my babygirl ❤️ God is with Us, whatever he has for me, you, and all these other ladies is a Life of abundance. Hang in there mama 😘

Teasha Whitten if you thinking that your gynecologist is not good for you , your should change . Try to see your hormones... sometimes that can be problem.

Lisa Harris It wasn’t a horrible experience, got nauseous a lot, I did produced 2 eggs this cycle but didn’t get pregnant. My husband and I decided to wait a couple of months before starting cycle 2. Good luck!!
