You have wrongly explained flipkart shipping charges on "For every 0.5 kg" charges it is not exactly 0.5+0.5 which 5+5+ 10. For example It doesn't count 10 rupees for .5- 1.0 kg . It calculates in vertical way. Like it adds all slabs of 00-0.5 kg, 0.5 -1.0 kg, 1.0 - 1.5 kg. So if your product order is from local and weight is 1.3 kg. All the slabs (00-0.5 +0.5-1.0 + 1.0 - 1.3 of Local) will be added. So the final price of local order is 0+5+20 = 25. (Added Vertically). It is calculated in same way for Zonal and National
