I didnt use it at night and it was 88%. When i woke up in the morning its 40% i didnt even used it and it drains fast 😱

I think this is not true you are charging because your phone is 23% then it turned 24% before you did your trick

Do not connect never your android mobile with pc or lap top through usb cable if you want long battery, because Pc and lap top harms battery.
What is the drawback of no background processes answer honestly
You can't have an app process running in the background. For example if you are downloading a game from play store and you exit the app the installation will stop.
