Nothing works. I gave my 1050 to my brother a year ago because I got the 580. The 1050 went through more stress than my 580 and the 1050 lasted 4 years non stop playing apex and the 580 becomes faulty after 2 years with no heat issues whatsoever. Unreliable piece of kit..
Hi there, I'm in desperate need of help. I bought a used "Lenovo Thinkpad E590 8th Gen Notebook Intel Quad i7-8565U 1.80Ghz 8GB Full HD RX550 2GB" and I'm facing the error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" when launching DaVinci Resolve. I've tried these methods without success: 1. Uninstalling drivers with DDU and reinstalling the latest version of AMD Adrenaline. 2. Uninstalling drivers with DDU and reinstalling two previous versions of AMD Adrenaline. 3. Using AMD Auto Driver Download. 4. Downloading and installing AMD Adrenaline software offline. 5. Using Lenovo Service Bridge for updates. 6. Windows updates didn't work either. 7. Flashing the card with "amdvbflash_win_3.31" gives the error "Cannot find discrete ATI video card." 8. Can't boot from USB due to enabled "Device Guard" on the Lenovo. 9. Tried resetting the card with "atikmdag-patcher-1.4.14" to no avail. 10. Launching Adrenaline prompts an error mentioning automatic Windows updates. I've reapplied thermal paste and reinstalled both Windows 10 & 11, but the problem persists. The graphics card is "AMD Radeon RX550X 2GB GDDR5," and I've reported the issue to AMD with no assistance. Please help.
I am having the same issue and have tried everything you have done. I just don't have any idea what to do . The only thing i can think of is that its a hardware problem. I just need help
@@thecoolgamerplays3037 my problem got solved pretty easy, I just had to shut down laptop completely and turn it back on... simple reboots were messing with drivers, prior to that all was updated to latest
@@АллахМудилла its a tricky thing still,windows update keeps changing back to code 43,so i keep having to apply the atimkdag patch,but dont know how well these old drivers will manage new games,but i cant afford to take a risk with bios flashing since finances are low

i fixed code 43 on rx 570,but i havent got a control panel for the card,if i downlaod adrenaline will it mess up my drivers again to a code 43?

@@TommyPrins hmm, I think you should try update vbios on ur gpu, it can’t brick it
