I have this compressor for a backup compressor. Change out the 20 amp switch that starts the compressor to a 30 amp from Walmart for 5$ before it stops working. My switch melted inside and just quit working after about 10-12 uses filling my Avenger/LCS SK-19/Bandit. Not much time in it before the switch melted inside its self and lost contact. New 30 AMP illuminated switch was perfectly but I did have to file to hole in the metal box about 1/16” on top and side for it to fit. It was so close to factory that it may have been the paint or powder coating that I filed off🤷♂️💯. Just grab one just in case. Took less than 15 minutes and has yet to fail again after 2 months zero issues. Hope this helps.
I just got my Gamo Arrow yesterday with a manual pump. About an hour later I ordered this pump. That manual pumping sucks. I'm also considering adding the Avenger to my arsenal. Thanks for the vids.
Thanks for the video. Both of them. I just also purchased a air avenger in 25cal and a spiritech compressor. I was a little bit skeptical about the compressor after reading all the reviews. Your video convinced me that I made a good choice. Thanks a bunch buddy and great video’s also👍👍
Those little compressors are the best thing since sliced bread...yes get your hand pump and fill tank, but a must is these small compressors....try your 100 yard accuracy test with Slugs, Fx or Neilson Speciality Ammo.
I also got the avenger in 25cal but he plastic stock. Shoots great. Needed the price difference for a manual pump. Maybe I'll make a wooden stock One day.
I bought the same one, only in blue color. Seems well made and fast for direct fill on my Marauder. I fill from 2-3k. The 12 volt wiring is a bit light for the 30 amp fuse so it may lose a bit of performance out in the field. The only real concern I have is the grease lubricant..the final stage piston on mine was covered in black soot, indicating dieseling was happening. This is probably why mine included spare output check valve, seals and spring. Just need a 13 and 10mm flare nut wrenches to make that repair.
I used the compressor 5 times that day filling the gun up in 90 degree heat and it worked flawlessly every time. I think its a great compressor for now
the Chinese company who make these sell them and brand them with any logo on them you want, they are all the same inside and I bought one for £180GBP from eBay and they are very very good, all the seals and O-rings are easily replaced by anyone with a bit of DIY skill, there are youtube videos showing how to replace them, I like the water catcher being built into the fill leash and the ease of replacing the filter in it, if you want a cheap PCP filler this is THE one, IMO,
Not me.. i rather be Offgrid hunting with only a hand pump.. it takes me like 5 min to fill up my tank . itls not that heavy or loud. it fits in my back pack and i can hike/Hunt long distances and be self dependable ...on the other hand its a nice compressor , i would take it to a shooting range so i am close to my truck and do refills
Great video, I've been looking into purchasing a portable compressor. Don't have a place for bottle refills near me, so this is a good option. Thanks for the info. Cooling off now here in southern Indiana, but just as buggy during the summer.
I got my little compressor about a month ago and I've put about seven or eight liters of compression through it so far so good let's hope they last sometime.
It seems the main difference between this and the nomad 2 is being able to lubricate the nomad with silicon lube. My concern is the longevity... I don't want to have to replace it every year.
They should be the same as the compressor runs on 12v all the time there’s a built in transformer that drops your 120v to 12 maybe a little more amps off the car battery
No thanks. 90 degree day and the heat of the engine was part of the test if it can't handle that heat and stay somewhat cool and not over heat. It did just fine and is still working!
I just bought my first PCP air rifle a Air Venturi Bull Pup and a Vevor compressor i used it in my living room to fill the empty bull pup 180 cc tank and the temp went from 17.5°C and it filled the tank to 300bar in 4: 20mins and went to 29.3°C. I've yet to hook it to the truck battery but seeing how your set up on the radiator shroud makes me nervous lol so do you have any info on if it's ok to extend the wires of the 12v battery cables to teach the tail gate? Mine is 18 to 20 foot from my measuring on my 4 door 4x4 Dodge. I have a channel here if you wanna comment on it instead of waiting to make a new video I'd appreciate it.

Thank you I saw your RUclips. Went and got mine up and running on my truck. Love it.

That's a win win. Get your gun pumped up and make an f150 sound like a tuned Ford 7.3!

You picked the best 12 v one . Nice place to shot . thanks for the video.
Great demo, thanks!
Yea dam bugs are brutal in the summer in ct , nice job

Mic works fine. Much better than without it.
Thanks for the feed back Howard and thanks for watching

making your own stock is a lot of work
Thanks for showing us, good video 🙂👍

Thank you for the review. I'll probably will get that model
Its nice so far its doing everything I want it to do. Feel like I'm getting my moneys worth out of it.

The mic works excellent
Thank you for the reviews I have several HPA airguns and been using a hong yang for about 2 years now, needless to say I just bought a Spritech
Thanks for watching
I've had this one and now have the gxcs3 I'd highly recommend the gxcs3, the gxcs3 fills mine in 2.35. Not bad

hows the compressor working nowadays?
Candid, frank, succinct, useful. A lot of "big-shot" channels could learn a few things from you. (This from a biased Yankee😀)
thanks Axion.

Almost snowing here, 10/26
Sounds like what i need

i have had mine about a month also. cant say enough good things about it. just hope it holds up longevity wise! thanks for watching
What is the verdict 1 year later? Is it still pumping, has it broken down?
nice test great video

It has a one year manufacturer warranty. I know what you mean. I took a chance on it for the price. It is still holding up and working fine

Tip for you, get an inverter then you don't need to use 12v with your hood up.
Thanks good video
Very nice 👌 👍
HOLY EXTEND YOUR LEADS THE ENGINE RUNNING IS SO MUCH TEMP .

Hi there do you think it will work on a motorcycle battery? I dont have a car... Ty
Yes it will as long as its 12v and make sure the bike is running while the compressor is running so you don't drain your battery
@@truepassionoutdoors5925 thank you sir..
I have the Walter reign 22
Thanks for your review, does the compressor have moisture drain.
yes it does have a bleed valve that drains the moisture off

Hi, vevor I bought and I. How does it manifest itself so far? How many loads have you made with it?
getting one getting tired of pumping tks!!
80 Celsius is 176 Degrees. 51 Celsius is 123.8 Degrees
Thanks for the calculations Dave.
50 C = 122 F
51*C=13.8* F
123.8 F
