I missed Matt Moulson as a NY Islander. I thought he was a good addition for the team at the time, I don't know if the trade was a good one at all because...Garth Snow. However I think if he were to still be in the franchise nowadays, he would either be a good 1st liner in the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (the Islanders' AHL affiliate) or would be saved up for a good trade under the new GM Lou Lamoriello.
Moulson got bought out by Labbatts.

Matt Moulson played for the Ontario Reign of the AHL (LA Kings affiliate) last season. His white game worn jersey was listed and was priced at $600 on the Reign's website.

I have no explanation for Matt Moulson. A pretty damn good forward who suddenly... seemingly... forgot how to play hockey. I remember watching the games asking myself "what in the hell is going on with this dude?"

Simon Gagne's father passed away and he retired soon afterwards. He wasn't mentally fit to play anymore. His father was a big part of his life.

I've never been a montreal canadiens fan but i remember at one point in his career when he was a free agent i was hoping he'd be signed by montreal just thinking that TSN, Sportsnet or NHL would write a headline "Moulson Canadien" (A play on the name of the beer Molson Canadian)

I think Moulson could still be an effective 3rd line scorer/point producer, especially since he's still playing at a PPG pace in the AHL

Retired due to health issues. Blood clots? I believe
Moulson was pretty decent. I always dreaded him when he'd come to Ottawa, because he'd find the back the net with no problem. Maybe they could use him for the rest of the season and carry him as staff if he decides to retire.
What league did this guy want to play in? I can’t remember hearing it anywhere in this video.

YoMaSi downie, lindback, & Rivet couldn’t find any offers. Not sure about the Kostitsyn brothers they could still be playing somewhere. Fedotenko retired due to old age
Rivs retired long ago and is on The Instigators show in Buffalo. It's actually pretty good.

Marian Hossa is done playing hockey. He came out publicly stating that he had developed an allergy to something in his equipment. Not sure if I believe that but that way Chicago could put his contract in LTIR so he could retire and still get paid without getting Chicago in trouble

I like these videos but they do drag on a bit... do we really need to know each team that eliminated each team in the playoffs? Trim these down to 10:01 per vid.
maybe the leafs should pay him 10 million dollars for a 1 year contract to put him with tavares again. I mean they paid 6.9 mil to a 22 year old egomaniac in Nylander, what's 10 million for a 36 year old whose best years were with Tavares?

I'm takign a jab at the leafs for overpaying for Nylander more than ragging on Tavares or Moulson. I shouldnt expect you to get that though.
A fair amount of these guys have played for the Wild at some point.
