I want someone to make a really realistic survival game one day, always felt fortnite was perfect for it since stw kinda had a vibe but obv different. They had a survival map back in chapter 2 season 6 but ig epic scrapped it unfortunately

Two questions 1) how do you get rid of that crease ? No matter if I check " effects Landacspe " or unchecked it will leave a crease under neath your ocean when raisinng it .You can see this by going to the edge of your map .outside the bounds . I wasn't worried at first because I thought you were contained within the lines or boundaries but once I started the game you can definitely swim out to far 2) this leads me to my other question how do most creators stop players from leaving the ocean they made ,to that bigger ocean outside of the bounds? This is the only way you see that crease . Do people put volume blockers on the edge of their maps? What's weird is a volume blocker worked for swimming but not if I was in a boat
Ziplines are fairly easy. It comes with two end spline points, just move them to wherever you want the ends of your Zipline to be. If you want it to move somewhere else, right click on the line at any point and then press "add spline point", and you can move that to adjust it, just like with a river.

How about doing one that goes through the process of creating a mini-game/scene/landscape build (or whatever) and take us through to the end where you publish the map and how to test it on consoles before going live. Just a thought. Anyway, keep up the great work dude.

I NEED THIS. For some reason when I went to create water in unreal... while having the game launched mind you.. my water physics glitched as I was transforming the vectors causing the water to stretch to opposite ends of the map. And then My entire pc crashed and restarted. Only happened once. But then again I havent touched into the water stuff since that.
I’m having a problems adding build to my map it the buildings are half in the map and half out I tried smoothing out the floor but it stays the same please make a tutorial of adding building to maps greatly appreciated!
jduth im having a problem while painting my terrain and when i try to paint it says This layer has no layer info assigned yet. You must create or assign a layer info before you can paint this layer. can you please help me.
