Fine performances by all. Certainly those that competed were quite pleased to see Sondre & Tanya at the event, while simultaneously breathing a huge sigh of relief that they showed up as spectators...NOT participants.
No doubt! Didn't read description first and was almost holding my breath in case S&T had decided "just one more competition"....
@@bethflokstra1028 Thanks a bunch Beth...upon reading your remarks & seeing the 'just one more competition' part, the Bob Seger's classic 'Turn The Page' came to mind complete with the late great Alto Reed's amazingly haunting saxophone opening/close & Seger's memorable refrain 'On The Road Again, Up On The Stage' throughout. Don't get me wrong...love the song & always have, but now it will play over & over & be stuck in my head for days on end. :)
Suggestion : watch "Ain't Nobody Here But Us Chickens" again with the sound turned up...maybe that tune will become the current "earworm" instead of Mr. Seger. Have been whistling "Ain't" for days on end and enjoying it 😏.

All couples super-talented....even kinda cute....but none are YOU! I think it's generous of you to post this since you weren't competing yourselves, and probably the dancers appreciate the extra exposure. Nice. But not 😻😻 YOU!

Of course, Sondre and Tanya are real dancers. This is indicated by their awards, as well as their number. But speaking in the tone of Vsevolod Ozerov about the participants in these competitions, it seems to me, is not very decent.
All participants of this competition tried to put their soul into their performances. But they, unfortunately, do not have their own individuality, such as the dancers of past years - URSKOG Thorbjorn Solvoll - SANDBERG Susanne Barkhald, URSKOG Thorbjorn Solvoll - BOUCHEREAU Flora, CHERUBIŃSKI Grzegorz - CHERUBIŃSKA Agnieszka, HOLMQVIST Rasmus - HOLMQVIST Tove and a number of other couples.
Those couples were top class, with their own personality. And, competing with them, Tanya and Ivan Katrunov, and then Tanya, together with Sondre, rose higher and higher every season to the highest steps of the podium thanks to their individuality in the performance of dance programs.
One can hope that Edlund Wilma & Edlund Viktor (Swe) will be as recognizable and individual as Nils and Bianca.
