అంతవరకూ 29000 రైతులకు ప్రతి సంవత్సరం రాష్ట్ర ఖజానా నుంచి మేపుతుండాలి. రాష్ట్ర ఖజానా లోని డబ్బులు కేవలం రాజధాని ప్రాంత వాసులకి దోచుకోవడానికే సరిపోకపోతే. ఇతర ప్రాంతాలకు ఏమి ఉండేది. రాజధాని 500 to1000 ఎకరాలు లో పరిపాలన భవనాలు , quarters, assembly, hi-court, sachivalayam , head offices కి సరిపోతాయి. రాయపూర్ లో రాజధాని ని center ఇచిన 2500 కోట్లతో బాగా కట్టుకున్నారు. లచ్చల కోట్ల గొప్పరాజధాని , నవనాగరాలు అంటే ఊపుకుంటూ realestate వ్యాపారి లాగా అలోచించి భూములివ్వడం వాళ్ళ తప్పు. కేవలం వాళ్ళ స్వార్ధం తో భూములిచ్చారు.
@@HimaKumar1978 The capital has to be funded by the central govt. and it has to be there longer than life and not just for a term. If YCP thinks Amaravati is not correct, why did it assure of keeping the capital at Amaravati? If YCP don't want to spend any money on the capital or fear asking the center for the funds to the capital that we are entitled to (Chattisgarh received 10K cr 20 years ago, AP is bigger than Chattigarah so how much we should get for the capital from the center), we should focus on completing the rest of capital where it is now rather than shifting the capital elsewhere and build everything there. If we don't have funds, why spend 60-70K cr on freebies and thereby increase state debt by 1L cr per year. Unlike the money spent on freebies, the money (if at all) on the capital will fetch returns. I don't belong to CBN or YSJ or PK community or support any political party and therefore I can't blindly support YCP destroying AP development. In fact, I am ashamed that I belong to AP by seeing how those outside AP are laughing at our politicians and their blind supporters fighting with each other than together with the center to get what is entitled to AP.

If you still believe that Central will bare 2-3 lakh crores on Amaravati, that is CBN is misleading people.
Any BJP or Congress leaders told on 3 lakh crores can help to construct capital? it will be problem to central govt if really bare total amount by central govt, Other states will ask that much money same as special status.
freebies : I cant support freebies schemes, instead of freebies.. only 29000 formers will gain all the state funds and remaining state people can be stay under dogs until 100s of years.
May be CBN will come again in 2024 - Then you all TDP supporters can see the possibility to completion of Amaravati. Then you all will kill CBN for misleading the state people and wasting the state funds and killing valuable time.

ఒకపక్క అభివృద్ధి వికేంద్రీకరణ అంట… మరోపక్క లచ కోట్లలతో అద్భుత రాజధాని , నవనాగరాలు అంట.
లచ కోట్లలతో అద్భుత రాజధాని కి ఖర్చు చేసాక ఇంకా వికేంద్రీకరణ కి అవకాశం ఎక్కడ ఉంది.
ఇలా గొడవలుపడుతూ , మమల్ని మీరు - మిమ్మల్ని మేము దోచుకున్నాం అని అనుమానిస్తూ ఉండే కంటే.. మూడు రాష్ట్రాలు గ ఎవరి రాజధాని ని వాళ్ళు డెవలప్ చేసుకుంటే, అందరికి టైం సేవ్ అవుతుంది. ఈ తలనొప్పి ఉండదు. రాజధాని దూరం కాదు.
@@HimaKumar1978 If we already built everything at Amaravati why move the capital to Vizag and rebuild everything there? Please go and read how Chandigarh was built to be the capital of Punjab after it lost Lahore due to Partition. Unlike freebies, we are not paying any money to farmers for the land they give for the capital. So, where is the question of giving freebies or whatever you think to the farmers who gave the lands for the capital? Also, didn't YCP know whether the capital building at Amaravati is giving freebies to 29K farmers or not when they assured to keep the capital at Amaravati? If YCP is serious, wouldn't they shift the remaining capital to govt. lands near Mangalagiri rather than move the capital to Vizag and rebuild everything there?
Vizag + capital = another Hyderabad and therefore wouldn't be shifting the capital to Vizag suggest investing everything in one place? Exactly, there is no problem, let's divide AP into whatever pieces you want and this way coastal Andhra will be free from CBN/YSJ and budget deficit.
