one big reason for the atmosphere is that its not in the camp nou. when your there, there are more people and the passion can get through more
And because both Ultras Sur and Boixos are banned. No ultras No party.
Boixos turned into some weird skinhead fascist shitheads so they got banned for good reason @@javierg.1962

Great video! But like you say, the atmosphere is terrible, if you go to the Camp Nou or Bernabeu, the atmosphere is just as silent. So many better stadiums for passion and atmosphere than those 2. It's the biggest game for armchair fans, but even most of Spain can't be bothered to watch the Clasicos anymore.
Biggest in terms of teams. Waaay down on the list in terms of fans and atmosphere. I've been to 15 thousand seater stadiums with a better derby atmosphere (not even comparing with this game, but Camp Nou games)
I've loved this video man. But the thing why the El Clásico atmospheres aren't that good, is because the stands are almost half full with tourists who don't know the chants. I've been a Real Madrid fan ever since I found out I liked Football and never been to a game unfortunately so I can't give my own opinion that detailed. But I hope to go soon!

the biggest problem and main reason why atmosphere is like that is stadium. I was there to watch Barca vs. Antwerp and it was full of tourists and this Olympic stadium is more build for Athletics comps etc.
I support Chelsea but Barcelona was the first club i ever watched on tv they got me into football they are my favourite Spanish club but i respect Madrid aswell and Bellingham and valverde are amazing players to watch as always

In the bernabeu the atmosphere in el clasico is much better,when the ultras doing a preview before the game outside the bernabeu, try next time, amazing video!!
You should go to the Legia Warszawa match 25.11 against warta grodzisk wielkopolski. This date is 50th anniversery of Legia ultras tribune called Żyleta. We all expecting very big choreos and some piros. See you in Warsaw!

Could you imagine a derby in which the local club orders an advertising "tifo"??? What a shame!!!. Plastic fans, only tourists, zero passion, just money. You cant give a 7/10 for fans just for singing the anthem a capella.
And this is the match of the year for both Barça and Madrid, you can't imagine how shitty the atmosphere is inany other game. I would say they are top two teams in spanish league with poorest atmosphere.

I don't get this whole criticism of fans who travel to see different one off matches. If I got to see my team play in an away match, it would be a rarity as tickets are so difficult to come by. This crowd looks like a pleasant change from pissed up, stone island wearing bores. Football is for everyone :)
Its the fans from ader countrys, just like me, Barça has fan bas from all over the planet, we spend tusens just see our lovely club play, thats it 🤷♂️

I went to Barca in the Camp Nou and was impressed with their atmosphere then.
Barcelona vs. Real Madrid was great when Boixos Nois and Ultras Sur still were allowed to attend the matches. Modern football killed it and hopefully just as at Paris S.G the ultras one day will be allowed to enter the stadium again.
Tf are you talking about, there's so many reasons why they're banned, being alt right skinheads is one of them. Don't talk shit about something you know nothing of. Ultras Sur was caught pissing on the grave of Florentino Perez's late wife, they're not exactly a 'gentlemen', we don't need racist and naz* to make a football match more entertaining

They barely manage 300-400 away fans for each fixture which is absolutely pathetic, it’s only hyped as a big game by the media, the fans don’t give a f@ck about it, if they did they would travel….
It's actually crazy because in Italy even the fans of small teams are at least 2000 away, for big matches like Milan Roma or Inter Juve there can be 8000 away fans

In the nou camp the atmosphere is next level and louder, with double the people and only members allowed meaning no tourists. For high risk games such as el clasico and champions league eliminations.
Plus the UCL games have away fans, because outside of Spain people care enough to travel anywhere to follow
@@samuelpinder1215 With or without awaysfans, Spanish scene is terrible. Sevilla and Atletico has good support, the rest is just tourist and fans who only sing when their team is leading by 2 or 3 goals. In Champions League Barcelona and Real Madrid have been outsong by many opponents who were by far in less numbers (except Frankfurt who just took over the stadium what says enough how bad the support for Barcelona is).

The concept of an away day doesnt translate into spanish. German, english, italian fans take more away fans to Spanish stadiums than spanish teams do

Unfortunately, when you watch you get the feeling that the game of all games is more of an event than the biggest game. Little emotion, little atmosphere, where were the away fans? Where was the fans' heart? 70% of the audience are probably really eventies. I find that very sad. no comparison to derbies in Germany. see Cologne-Gladbach recently. I would choose this game over Barca-Real at any time. Nobody sits there with a bag of popcorn like they do in front of the cinema screen. but the stadium is full of emotions, positive hatred, mood, joy, suffering, everything that makes our sport so unique...

Se nota que no has visto otros clásicos en el Camp Nou o Bernabéu. Algún año como este flojea por el turismo y por las pocas entradas que se otorgan a las aficiones visitantes, teniendo en cuenta que en Alemania no están prohibidas los ultras, y aquí hace tiempo que no pueden acceder a animar a sus equipos por excesivos protocolos de seguridad
