@mac533 It's actually going to end with Trump and Kamala running away together to start a Family together, and Pregant Ted Cruz with Greg Abbot (The father) protect them. I read the leaks from the recent hack a while ago.
1) He confessed to multiple people - including his girlfriend. 2) He had the victim’s purse, ID, clothes, and husband’s laptop in his car. 3) He was convicted. By a jury of his peers. so much for doing research and not pushing an agenda LMAO
The fact that, in the US, we have police who are able to steal property with little to no justification and it's almost impossible to fight that, is a MAJOR problem.
John Oliver did a whole segment on civil forfeiture. One of the stories he used was a man who had several thousand in cash seized because "no one travels with that kinda cash for innocent reasons." He was driving to meet someone to buy a used car.
Not much progress can be made when people forget. Most people are only productive for 20-40 years of their life and many fail to pass on their knowledge and skills. Now imagine police where in some towns it was used to enforce culture and were nice to the townsfolk but abused the “outsiders” so they were okay with it. I have heard similar rhetoric of people who live near gangs and aren’t harmed themselves but also ignore the harm the gang members do to the local and nearby communities.
Adding "exciting" incest to the Menendez case when there was incestuous abuse happening in the first place is ridiculous. There was a platform to talk about how males can be sexually abused and it was thrown out the window for a shock factor that had no basis.
Exactly. SA against men and boys is already so trivialized and has often been used in comedies. But this is a serious case about two men who were sexually abused as boys, and they trivialized and dramatized that too. Just disgusting.
Showrunners (allegedly): incestuous abuse from parents is sooooo late 90s early 2000s ugggghhhhh . . . we need to spice this up. So I was thinking, instead of all this horror (sigh) (eye roll) . .. let's age up the kids and let em have an exciting steamy romance as a juxtaposition of love hate, fire and ice i mean HELLO!!! killers are HOT if you haven't noticed AH! YEA! GET THAT LGBTIQA DEMOGRAPHIC!
I want o say I have not seen the show, but I am sadly well educated in childhood sexual crimes and depending on the age an adult started violating a child, the child can have very unhealthy boundaries with siblings and peers. I cared for two girls and the fatherly type of SA started at age 7 and the girls were within two years age of each other. . . . .they had to be placed in sperate bedrooms because one sibling tried to crawl on top of the other naked. They are simply repeating what they saw a parent doing and are sometimes even told told that is what "Love" is. They were just "loving" their sister the way they had seen it done before. . . . . The same thing can happen to either gender and it's simply copied behaviors, unhealthy boundaries or the fact the children never learned or were allowed to have healthy boundaries, and it may be how they believe they are loving or connected with one another. Then the parent may get angry and not even realize that they are the actual cause for it in the first place. In CPS work the amount of times where the parent lacks the ability to see how their own actions influenced the child and the child is blamed is . . . . .astonishing and common. I don't know how it is depicted in the show, but it is not out of the question for any child who was harmed by their parent in such a way.
Even if they weren't abused, and were just straight up murderers, that's still really really weird. Can you imagine watching a WWII documentary, and halfway through there's a Hitler-Stalin make out scene? It's one hell of a liberty.
The book isn't as bad as you think. So I can understand what he meant. It's like the Kyrie thing. "All propaganda must be popular and its intellectual level must be adjusted to the most limited intelligence among those it is addressed to. Consequently, the greater the mass it is intended to reach, the lower its purely intellectual level will have to be. … The more modest its intellectual ballast, the more exclusively it takes into consideration the emotions of the masses, the more effective it will be. And this is the best proof of the soundness or unsoundness of a propaganda campaign, and not success in pleasing a few scholars or young aesthetes." A.H.
The party makeout thing was a part of the testimony during their trial. If we're going to believe the boys about their father abusing them we also have to believe the witnesses of their crimes.
@@Plexxl it drives me crazy watching a documentary or news video when they have to redact the words "rape", "sexual assault" etc from videos (particularly when the voice over or narrator says the words out loud anyway - that makes even less sense!) because if you're watching something that discusses these subjects you know what they are, why it's wrong and why these subjects could be sensitive for some viewers but a trigger warning(TW) at the beginning (or a banner TW that stays at the top of the screen so that people can see what is to come and decide for themselves whether or not to watch.) As someone who watches/listens to a lot of True Crime stuff, it's so infuriating when half your show ends up bleeped/silenced/black bar censored out because it's entire subject matter makes the algorithm go mental.
So if you want the real story on this murderer, just watch Actual Justice Warrior's video today. DeFranco didn't look into the actual case and all the HARD EVIDENCE. Seriously, this guy is so guilty it's ridiculous.
@xinmeijuli4191 oh, so you think that all black people are going to become slaves? I encourage you to leave your echo chamber. It seems like ya have a "everyone on the right is racist" mentality

How has Mark Robinson gotten away with all the crazy things he has said until now?? How has it not been brought up way earlier, its extremely disturbing and disgusting!
It's on a pretty obscure website that I doubt pops up on your normal web search. You would also have to be aware of the username he uses to piece it together
On Civil Forfeiture.... the main thing that's screwed up about it, is that if the cops take your money, you're not the one that's charged with the crime... your money/property is. It won't be your name on the court documentation. It will be "The State of Indiana vs X amount of Forfeiture" . So, even finding the right case can be a pain. Basically it's straight up theft.
Fun fact, cops have no legal duty to protect you. Not only have they argued that they're so stupid that you actively need to state you are invocking you're right to stay silent, but they've argued they're so stupid that if you said something like "I want a lawyer, dog", then they can refuse to get you a lawyer, because how are they supposed to know you wanted a lawyer and not a K9 that's a lawyer (yes, this was a real case (edit: That the police won, using said argument)). People like to say they know their rights, but police have been slowly chipping away at them for years and years by declaring their stupidity as an excuse to abuse their power. Police *are not* your friends in any way. This situation with stealing money is just one of many problems that (what a surprise) disproportionately effect the working class and people of lower income.
Also fun fact, the MSM(not talking about Phil here)worships cop boot`s. They will never will never discuss civil forfeiture, prison industrial, failed drug war, civil rights being all but rescinded, they work for the police. Delivering their daily narratives verbatim. It`s why cops refuse to work with anyone who isn`t part of a major, oligarch backed, media foundation. Media`s entire revenue is made up of fear mongering, so it`s a symbiotic relationship. Why am I mentioning this? Because if I hear one more person claim mEdIa hATes tHe pOlICe I`m putting my head through a table. Yeah, they cover one story a year, when it`s too big to ignore, and they use the story to make protestors look like violent thugs. Those poor, poor murderers get thrown under the bus, with only the entire arm of the very state itself to vehemently defend them and work to undo any repercussions for murder on every level.... how will they get by with Don Lemon suggesting one of their murders might not be cool, once a year?
They definitely need more than 6 weeks of "training" to be an officer. You should have to go to school for it, for a couple years man. Not only so you know the law, but part of that schooling needs to be how to handle disabled people and people with mental health issues. Hell they need to know ASL in my opinion too.
I don't have a problem with them being pedantic enough to go "You're asking for a lawyer dog, we can't provide a K9 that has passed the bar.". It sounds stupid but means that there's no interpretation that can be screwed up. What I _do_ have a problem with is the basic rights that we all have, are not default. We don't have them offering for us to call our lawyers or for them to provide one before we talk to them. They are part of the legal system, they need to at least have the same standards that everyone else who needs to make arguments and decisions about legality has as a requirement. Frankly they probably should have more knowledge then lawyers since they're the initial point of contact for most legal issues.
Friendly reminder the reason cops don't have a legal duty to protect you is because the republican majority supreme court under Trump ruled it as such.
Trying to make it seem like Marcellus Williams is some innocent victim is wild. People should look into the case for themselves. Philip's breakdown is filled with misrepresentations, half truths, and straight up lies.

Just on the civil forfeiture stuff. Here is my reminder that John Oliver reported on how much power police have with this feature like over a decade ago and nothing has been done about it
I know this isn’t what you intended when you mentioned John Oliver but now the “Bob Murray Sucks” song is stuck in my head… and that was about slapp suits.
@@meJasoif that was the case you’d think they would have mentioned it sooner, but sitting on it for 10 years in the hope that he might get famous so there’s a possibility your fake story gets used in a takedown against him just doesn’t seem feasible. And if you take into account that the account uses the same speech patterns as he does, and has the same political opinions as he does, it starts to become less and less likely that it was fake.
What I didn’t expect as an update to this coverage is that the sister in law is fictional 😂 “my wife doesn’t have a sister, but if I did, I would absolutely fk her.” 💀 ???? HUH???
I had to laugh at his "transparency" comment. Like we ain't stupid, all politicians have to exaggerate or stretch truths, or not talk about certain things, that's parr for the course. It just so happens that he has repeatedly and consistently said a lot of heinous things over a long period of time that can't be written off as "I wasnt sober" or "that was a one time mistake" or "I was joking". This is what he truly thinks, and he deserves to be judged for his comments
So, you're saying that while walking through town with a "sizeable" amount of cash, police can charge me for murder, plant a murder weapon to frame me for a murder I didn't commit, deliberately leave physical evidence on said weapon to ensure my case can't be overturned, and then they get to keep my money while I rot in jail waiting for my death sentence?
Not exactly. They wouldn't need to actually have evidence or plant a weapon on you and they'd more likely say you intended to use the money to buy drugs. You'd likely have your charges dismissed or not be charged at all really. The money would be charged separately from you and proving the innocence of the money can be significantly harder than proving your own innocence because the money doesn't have rights and goes through a different process.
It's even easier. They ask for some sort of receipt for the money, and if you produce one, they will confiscate the money and you now have to prove it's not for drugs. They certainly don't do it knowing their police office gets to pocket it and spend it on whatever they want at all after it sits for a while.
May wanna watch Actual Justice Warriors commentary on your case for innocence regarding Williams. Should honestly be ashamed of how this was presented.
It's just serial killer yaoi fanfic at this point 🤣 I liked the Dahmer series (the lead actor did an exceptional job), but I felt uncomfortable with the scenes that seem to be... idk... fetishizing Dahmer's sexuality or sumn (gag... vomit). I thought he wouldn't do it again in the next series because he got so much backlash for it in Dahmer... well surprise surprise, now he's got the Menendez brothers flirting with each other and making out. This man is out of control.
Don't get me wrong, I live in NC. It matters to me and I am disappointed in my state. But if someone DID create a fake profile using Mark Robinson's email and common username, and mixed misinformation and Robinson's personal details, for years on end, leading a swing state to turn blue a decade later...it would be the funniest thing that has ever happened.
There is proof that these all happened in locations where Robinson was expected to be using ip addresses. So this person would also have been stalking Robinson everywhere
The civil asset forfeiture story is really wild. I recently watched Rebel Ridge on Netflix (great movie btw) and this practice was the primary plot line. I had never heard of it before so hearing a story of it in action and the fact that police officers can just take money from people with absolutely zero recourse is unbelievable. Every time we think we have certain "freedoms" in this country, the government proves us wrong yet again.
Referring to civil asset forfeiture as potentially ruining innocent people financially reminds me of when I worked at a restoration construction company in Harrisburg, PA (insurance claims like flooding and fire damage). The cops in a local town raided the wrong house, driving an armored vehicle through the front door, destroying their porch roof, concrete stoop, and front door. Luckily, they weren't home, but the whole thing cost about $30k in repairs. Cops wouldn't pay for it. Neither would their insurance...
As someone who hasn't heard about that show about the Menendez brothers until this, I just don't see how they thought that would be a good idea lmao. Like how do enough people think that won't go down horribly exist 💀
Murphy has a history of stuff like this tbh. He ruined glee with fan service and weird plotlines about adults and teens that made me uncomfortable even as a teen back in the day. As an adult looking back on it, especially with what happened with the guy who played puck, it makes me even more uncomfortable. I tried to give ahs a chance especially to support Evan Peters but it just got weird to be weird and texmex to be texmexual you know?

i feel like it's getting really obvious that netanyahu is escalating things so that he can stay in power for longer, he's very much in the same spirit as the funny mustache man and if there's any justice in the world he'll end up the same.
The fact that civil asset forfeiture isn't a national news story every time it happens is a tragic miscarriage of justice. It was originally made to confiscate things from abandoned ships that would try to smuggle stuff past taxes and where the supposed owners of the goods couldn't be found/reached. The idea that it could also apply to people traveling with cash is sick.
I cannot imagine being a young girl/teenager today. I have a core memory from 4th grade (in the late 60s) where two, young female teachers were talking and saying that a woman really shouldn't weigh much more than 100lb. I didn't have social media, chat rooms, know anyone with an ED or even have a scale to weigh myself on, but that information glued itself to my brain and I started looking at young women and girls and wishing I could be stick thin too (I was normal weight, just not Twiggy thin). TV and magazine ads were enough to cement that feeling. Parents ultimately have to control content and educate, but social media doesn't do them any favors. They either ignore issues or instaBAN making the content even more desirable. How can you raise healthy and well adjusted kids when corporations make money off their misery and dysfunction?
When I was in 7th grade, I remember someone saying “I would kill myself if my tights ever touched” (implying that life is only worth living when having a tighgap). I remember it so vividly, mainly because my tights ALWAYS touched, no matter how small my size, and I found it such a weird reason to kill yourself over it. I still sometimes think of that girl, wondering if that tight gap of hers ever made her happy and if that is still her biggest worry in life….
Oh there were 100% teens with eating disorders. Just wasn't known yet then. Though your generation may have used cigarettes or now illegal/regulated drugs to replace meals. To not feel the hunger. It happened, you just weren't aware of it. Which is fine, society as a whole wasn't yet. Just like your generation has just as many people with autism and adhd and stuff. Just wasn't diagnosed yet. They were the weird kids. The kid was anorexia probably was the girl that simply was "never hungry" or maybe they said they were going to smoke and promoted it as a life hack. The 60s was full of disordered eating from those magazines. Like lately the "wine diet" out of a 60s magazine popped up. Huge calorie deficit. Just eating a couple of eggs and a bottle of wine a day. You're too drunk to realise the hunger.
Problem is kids arent healthy regardless, only now they are mostly fat . Yet its kinda fucking obvious that one issue is seen as harmful while other is seen as positive. As somebody who has always been fat as kid and now has dropped the weight. Being thin/skinny is amazing. I can do so many things w/o feeling like shit. I can shop almost everywhere. People threat me with respect and dont feel sorry for me. Like there are no cons to being skinny.
One thing you can almost always count on is that despicable people can’t help but out themselves as horrible eventually. As I’ve grown older I’ve realized that villain monologues are just exaggerated versions of the yapping people like Robinson do in real life and online.
Who are the people defending the Menendez brother's? Everyone agrees abuse is wrong but plenty of people go through it and don't become psychopathic "crime" committers. 🤷🏼♂️There's a scale to judge crimes and I say defending a life-ender puts you on the wrong side.
@@Panama_Red im not necessarily defending them, but i will defend the idea that not everyone handled things the same way. saying "but other people didnt" isnt much of an argument. if you study the MOAO gene, when a certain variant of it appears in people with trauma, they are more likely to handle it aggressively
The police should not be allowed to benefit from civil forfeitures, remove the incentive, and they should have to back it up with evidence, innocent until proven otherwise.

The problem with the women promoting eating disorders is back before TikTok and RUclips there already was 'pro ana' content on bulletin boards and tumblr but you had to seek it out actively. Now with the algorithms TikTok and RUclips have, this dangerous content gets pushed onto teenagers and young women who might not already have an eating disorder themselves and would not have made the effort that was needed years ago to consume this content.
@@supaluemanits funny too since pre emtiive would have meant somthing before Hezbollah caused 100k civillians to be displaced from thwir homes but now its already been a open war for nearly a year.
Well, in this case it definitely is, it is a sound tactic when dealing with a hybrid threat, like the russians and chinese like to do, forcing them to make obvious decisions about wether or not they HAVE to take this bit of land, or keep interfering with this or that institution’s operations through whatever means, or sending saboteurs to target facilities, by dispatching divisions of troops to deal with squads, or sending two dozen fighters to intercept one. At least it worked until February 2022, that is. For Israel, it is obviously the wrong choice; the primary threat isn’t hybrid in nature, it is asymmetric; this may seem like synonyms, but they aren’t. Hybrid warfare is a state doing shady stuff just short of being a blatant act of war, that can be explained away as misunderstandings or unit incompetence when challenged, but achieve a goal of military relevance if not; Asymmetric Warfare is guerrilla fighting, or terrorist fighting, rebellions and resistances often also apply, although here the conflict is blurring the lines to a symmetrical fight (conventional warfare).
That death penalty case is an example of why I'm convinced there is no situation where an argument justifying the death penalty can exist. It's the one punishment that can't be reverse. So, if there's anything sure of 100% certainty, it shouldn't be on the table. No matter how heinous the alleged crime, any non-zero chance of error in the system should be unacceptable when it comes to irrevocable punishments, since no number of justified uses outweighs a single misapplication of such a sentence.
While I generally agree, "no situation" isn't really true IMO. There are plenty of cases where it is 100% sure, i.e. mass shooters caught on scene after exchanging gunfire with cops, cases where clear video evidence exists, etc. I'm a bit torn on the death penalty in any case, but there are definitely some cases where I certainly wouldn't cry about it being handed down.
@@TheMikernet I think that is the point OP was trying to make. There are most likely cases that have gone before the courts where it was undeniably a 100% certainty of an accused being responsible, with concrete evidence, no shadow of a doubt at all, etc. But there isn't a justice system in the world which is perfect and unblemished. Since there are no "backsies" on an implemented death sentence, as soon as there is even the slightest possibility of innocence, the death penalty shouldn't be considered as a punishment. "Beyond any reasonable doubt" isn't a high enough bar when the consequence of an error in the system is so final. There are no more "appeals" once that person's life has been taken.
I've always said that the death penalty is fine but only in a world where we could have 100% confidence that the full, complete, and accurate truth came to light in the original trial and there were absolutely no procedural issues. But we know that is not the world we live in and we will never live in that world because people make mistakes (and others intentionally obfuscate the truth). So in the world we live in, I cannot stand for the death penalty.
When you consider the traumas tied to the prison system - especially with unjustified confinement - I don't think the effects of most imprisonments can be reversed.
@@phinagage6085No, but under capitalist ideology, that trauma can be "compensated" with currency. I mean, I think that we need massive reform in the way we police and incarcerate or segregate bad actors in our society, but even under capitalism, you can't buy yourself back to life.

civil asset forfeitures even being legal seems insane to me. Like the cops can just steal your stuff? Even if you didn't do anything??? How the heck is that allowed lmao 😭
I think on the whole tik tok ban story, my personal opinion is that until we know what specifically her account was banned for, it’s kinda irrelevant to declare whether or not it’s deserved. It’s a big issue in the world today where we see someone say something provocative, get banned, everyone says “suppressing their speech” then it turns out it had nothing to do with that and was a result of a series of other violations that had nothing to do with what they said.

Phil is actually covering Civil Asset Forfeiture. Yeah, we definitely needed that. We need more eyes on this crap. Now, if only he covered the absolute hellscape that is the American Foster Care System.
I was first introduced to the horrors of civil asset forfeiture through John Oliver's last week tonight. He talked about that nearly a decade ago, now. I cannot fathom people advocating for small, incremental change when it could not be more clear that the whole system needs torn down and reworked.
Civil Asset Forfeiture only acts to legitimise theft. Even if one were to agree with the original principle of the practice, it's been long eroded by police departments using it to furnish themselves at the expense of the communities they are supposed to protect. There is a reasonable need to seize items believed to be used in a crime. But allowing for that process to rely entirely on officer discretion with very little in the way of oversight or recourse was negligent on the part of law makers.
Actual Justice Warrior just tore your Marcellus part to shreds. Why are you ignoring his girlfriend who didn't take any money and knew details the police didn't share with the public?
Civil Forfeiture is the biggest reason for my belief that all cops are bastards. Learning more and more about this had me enraged with police actions at every new "bad apple" police story of the week. Learning the defacto slogan of police "To Protect and Serve" is not held in any standard and is often completely disregarded by officers really had me question everything police officers do for the residents of this country. Every Police precinct acts more similar to organized crime (e.g. mobsters).
Does Philip employ a lot of researchers? He missed A LOT of the key evidence that originally put Williams away. Maybe do more than read directly from the innocence project next time? ://

2) He had the victim’s purse, ID, clothes, and husband’s laptop in his car.
3) He was convicted. By a jury of his peers.
so much for doing research and not pushing an agenda LMAO
Actual justice warrior has an actual analysis of this case as opposed to propaganda.
Police are EXACTLY like an occupying force in war.
Why not sue FedEx? 🤔
listing to that last story is going to make me watch Rebel Ridge again tonight.
Ryan Murphy has always been pretty trash since Glee. That show was borderline creepy.
There was never any evidence of S.A. sad that so many people believe this shit. It was a shitty defense that dummies cling to years later.
Sounds hot tbh
I'd watch that
The book isn't as bad as you think.

Big facts 👏🏼
The amount of times you just have to sit there like “😦” listening to this

Umm isn't this Marcellus guy like super guilty? The key witnesses are his girlfriend from the time of the murder and the guy who he sold the laptop to, tge laptop that was taken from the home of the murdered woman
Any time North Carolina gets mentioned, I always think “Oh God, we’re in the news again.” It’s almost always bad, and getting progressively worse.
The only good news I've heard about NC so far is that it could be flippable so the onus is on you guys to make it so. O7
@@Covfefe_JellyYes, please make it so!💙🇺🇸🇺🇸💙
The Red Wolf Litter news last week broke me. They decided to release them in Carolina Pick-up territory.
As someone who visited NC when I was young… not surprised.
0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
But the racism was chef kiss 10/10
@@Summergaze The BBQ, Bojangles, and Cookout are worth it
I keep being surprised by what Republicans get away with saying. There has to be a limit right? I'm tired of being surprised 😒
Absolutely no limit these people are lost.
In the attention economy, it benefits fascists to be as shocking as possible. There is no bottom.
The less consequences they face, the bolder they are saying horrible things. It’s like a kid breaking his toys because all his parents do is give him a time out. They don’t care anymore.
@WrathOfTheShaft Thats not what I want to hear 😥
@localmenace3043 Thats true. And I feel like they are bolder after watching Trump take the highest office and have a cult following while saying horrible things.
You got your talking points straight from the defense's propaganda. Philip, don't be a clown.
Mark Robinson feels like a character straight out of 'The Boondocks'.
Yeah, uncle ruckus
There too much stuff going on that would be perfect for the boondocks
Thanks for philling me up with news everyday.
He Phils me up so good!
sir... this IS A NEWS SHOW
A very Mark Robinson comment
He phills me up full 😏
AyO?!?
I literally don't understand what can be done to stop Israel. I don't understand how they are allowed to do whatever they want w no recourse. This is heartbreaking to watch
How is this man still even considered for a position of power in the government?!
Blame McNamara's morons AKA MAGA.
Republicans have zero principles
He's a Republican
Cuz repubs have no morals at all...
How is Trump still considered for a position in govt? He's in the same boat.
Civil Asset Forfeiture has always been called "Legal Theft" my whole life.
Even in legal circles.
"It's not a sin to want to be thin" amen.
"Cops get to keep the suspicious money that is suspicious only because they say it is."
Yeah, I can't imagine why this would prove to be such a problem for normal law abiding citizens... >.>
How can anyone with a conscience still fight for someone to be put to death when there’s so much pointing to their innocence?
Apparently he got caught with her belongings in his car and pawned her husband laptop. If he didn't do it he definitely knows who did do it or at least where he got those items from
Kamala Harris did the same thing as AG.
@@brandonkalz As someone that will probably vote the same as you, cry more. Not everything has to be about your political identity.
A specific r-word, I'm guessing.
AGs are elected. He isn't a person to him. He is a number. Another "dead murderer" thats off the street. Folks aren't going to see that he was likely innocent here in 6 weeks, cause well, the axe has a short memory and dead trees tell no tales.
You need to apologize for your bias and outright incorrect reporting when it comes to Marcellus Williams. The guy obviously killed her, he told details that only the killer would know to two different individuals, and he was in possession of stuff he stole at her home. You're quite blatantly biased take is dancing on that poor woman's grave and an insult to the victims in this case. By the way, who are not claiming the guy's innocent. You need to be better
civil asset forfeitures even being legal seems insane to me.
Talking about weight and diet to grown adults is actually great. The issue here and in many other instances is we share the space with children.
I live in SW Indiana (Evansville Metro) and my state lawmakers make me sick. Our state is so ass backwards and voters won't hold them accountable.
Fort Wayne citizen here, I won't say Fort Wayne is better than any other city in Indiana, but it was genuinely mind-opening to see the shit the rest of the state gets into. Fort Wayne can barely even be considered democratic, but the second you head south you're in danger from insane laws and actual Sundown towns that still somehow exist today. The amount of shit our state lawmakers get away with is insanity, and nobody changes anything because it's "normal"
NWI resident chiming in here. God, I hate the lawmakers in this state. I wish we had time machines so we could drop off these assholes 100 years earlier and move forward! We're so behind on so much stuff, and a lot especially within the legal system itself.
If they're going to ban Liv then they should also ban Logan Paul for countless reasons
Why do fat people get to profess their love for food and being "fat and healthy"(hahaha) but when a fit and slim person does their own sht they get mauled? Fk body positivity, there ain't no sht like fat AND healthy. I know it, I used to be 500 pounds ffs. Barely could move and all I did was eat, fk that sht, now I am slim and for the last 8 years of my life I am really living, I opened 2 restaurants, I have a great girlfriend. Never been happier.
To say nothing of Eugenia Clooney.
Marcellus Williams was so guilty and your angle here was so biased and terrible. Marcellus sold the laptop of the woman he killed and the person who bought it named Marcellus as the seller. When Marcellus was asked how he had the laptop, he said that his girlfriend gave it to him. Absolutely ridiculous, and telling you didn't mention this. You are a hack.
Yes that's all true, but have you considered that they did find his DNA on a 20 yo knife (that wasn't important to the conviction anyways)..
I also heard they didn't find his DNA on the moon.
This Mark Robinson scandal just confirms that democrats really need to spend more money on oppo research, and I thought George Santos was bad
I just want to say that you and your team do amazing work, I know it must take a lot to put this show together and can be very stressful so as part of the community thank you to you and your staff
The absolute worst and most scummy about this guy's persona is that despite his obvious shilling for establishment, virtue signalling and having all those milktoast, socially acceptable safe opinions, he still maintains that he is totally neutral. The absolute worst kind of grifter.
My only question concerning Mark robinson, if these are not your words, where is the defamation lawsuit?
I'm sorry but I busted out laughin' at "Takes the man out while leaving the man in." Like... WTF!?
That's on the top of the list of things I never thought I was gonna hear today.
Regarding the Marcellus Williams Case
Philip is Telling us he did No Independent Research on the case, without saying he Did No Independent Research On The Case. That guy is guilty without a doubt!
THIS!! I'm looking for people who call him out for pushing a narrative instead of reporting what REALLY happened
When I saw the title my first thought was "come again?"
Robison is a PSA for why you should never share too much information online
Civil Forfeiture is the biggest reason for my belief that all cops are bastards.
Learning more and more about this had me enraged with police actions at every new "bad apple" police story of the week. Learning the defacto slogan of police "To Protect and Serve" is not held in any standard and is often completely disregarded by officers really had me question everything police officers do for the residents of this country. Every Police precinct acts more similar to organized crime (e.g. mobsters).
Hey DeFranco, listening to "evidence" only from the "innocence" project makes you more rEtArDeD than I thought possible.
Civil asset forfeiture has never truly made sense to me. "Stealing is against the law, unless police do it."
At some point, Phil, you aren’t going to be able to leave even for 12 hours. This news just keeps news-ing.
Does Philip employ a lot of researchers? He missed A LOT of the key evidence that originally put Williams away. Maybe do more than read directly from the innocence project next time? ://
Everyday you think you’ve seen it all. Then something like “Mark Robinson Nazi Sex” comes along, and immediately shatters that idea…
Some days, we truly do live in a Society…
Civil assest forfeiture is a nightmare I didn't know I needed to worry about
If they are going to ban someone who is saying they like being thin and want to be thin and showing their lifestyle, then they should also block every fat activist account who does the exact same thing on the opposite side of the weight spectrum. Truly just don’t want it if it isn’t for you and go outside.
"That's what the viewers want" and "We all have the option to follow and block any content we want" are massively awful statements to make from someone with massive body dysmorphia who has a young audience. It's not the people who don't like her content people are worried about; it's the people who DO watch her that need to be protected from what she's saying.
This dude is a real life uncle, Ruckus 😂
People watching fascism in real life and being like 'yeah this is good actually'
Crazy how we have people that should be :
A) in an mental asylum
B) someone that should be on the FBI watch list
run for power. It's crazy how these people are in power and other people actually vote for them to be in power. At the rate we are going, I seriously wonder how much longer the US will last before everything just claps in on itself. The US is a somewhat young country, so I'm curious what will happen in the future of this country.
The last time I was this early, I was being born and getting sent to the NICU
lol, Williams is guilty AF.
FINALLY BACK ITS BEEN A LONG WEEKEND THANK GOD YOU POSTED
Did bro just defend Williams with debunked information?💀
