If any professional player in any sports has a problem with fans or media trashing them when they are not playing well, then they should not be a professional player. Your job is to entertain fans. If you are not doing your job, the fans who pay your salary has all the right to complain about you. Also if you sulk and play bad because you don't get along with another player, you are not a being professional and you are not thinking about your team.
Agreed. I’m optimistic for addition by subtraction, regardless of who we got back.
THANK you for posting this. I was going to post almost the identical thing. Saves me the time.
That's true to a degree but people aren't robots. Plenty of professionals work in toxic environments.
Then he should have took less money he put himsrlf in this posiztion step up be a man or dont sick of the excuses for this wimp
A team full of Peteys will probably get you to the playoffs, but a team full of Millers will get you through the playoffs
Trade them both, they had them for over 5 years and missed the playoffs more often than not
Miller was semi-responsible for nearly as many pucks being fished-out of his own net, as he scored.
That was more likely the beef he had with Petterssen & coach RT, it was the impetus for his fiery critiques of teammates, while he was a major risk-taker. Kind of hypocritical to be the leadership-bulldog for accountability ….while staying out too long upon the ice, jumping up & having nothing left to back check &/or coughing-up another costly turnover. Hero to zero, and back again - all in the same period of play. Miller likely has a greater percentage of turnovers vs takeaways per game than EP40. Elias is more defensively reliable. It’s like Maverick vs Iceman. You can co-exist & influence one another for good, but friction is inevitable, especially if one isn’t completely sold on every detail of the program & wants to fly more on instincts. It’s a game of mistakes. I don’t doubt having that aggressive desire to compete is a factor necessary for them all be successful, & Miller has this in buckets to share, but was his analysis of himself & his own flaws - fair?
This wasn’t all about the team’s chemistry. I believe it was more about JT’s family being spared the additional stresses of a being scrutinized by a crazy-intense media-horde & his being out of town too much to help them cope with it all. Travel kept JT away from his family who may have needed more supports for themselves, which are found back east. The days away will be fewer in the bus-league division, and with other big-league sports in NYCity, they will be resting easier on the media scrutiny account, too.
TRUTH! 👌🦄✨

Miller will never win a SC. EP40 should also leave Vancouver if he ever wanna win a SC.
Petey is like Doncic
EP40, Allvin, and Rutherford out here making Canucks fans look like a bunch of fools for buying tickets, buying merch, and spending our time on this team.
Bo is, and will be my favourite player!!!!!
As long as Chytil stays healthy, he'll get Horvat type numbers as a 2nd line center.
I don’t doubt that. He’s big and fast. Stick him with good players and he’ll succeed.
NO Way he will...Lol
Hes hit 45 Points once in his life..
Prob never again...Hope he proves me wrong...
Horvat is way Better
Chytil is
Less than a Point every game player
0.48 PPG
@conservativeamber1216 Agree that right now Horvat is a better player. Keep in mind though that JT Miller didnt start putting up numbers until Chytils age when he went from a third line center on Florida to second line with the Canucks. Hopefully lightning strikes twice for the nucks.
Petey has a very short leash. Perform or gone by the trade deadline or draft.
Petey is on a short leash
If he doesn't start showing his old productive ways, then he's gone on before July 1st
I don’t think anyone would want him for the money
I liked Horvat when he was here but he was not the heart and soul, I only would have wanted him to stay if he gave his C to Hughes. This franchise has been a total tire fire with a few sprinkled in good years every decade..
Horvat should still be here with us. We had chance to sign him for cheap during off season before he scored his 40 goals. We had 3 nice centers now we end up with 1. This management's knows how to trade stars away.
"Hindsight is 20/20"
Don't know bout hindsight but we was all there talking about this situation that moment. When he is your captain and he is looking for extension is that's a no brainer move just to extend him. We delayed his signing cause we choose miller it's on management this is there mess. Now we lost both. Petty is next
@ From the time JTM was re-signed and until this year, he was arguably the better choice. No signing or trade is known to be the best outcome until much later.
@@samy467I guess you can keep defending this management if you like. Horvat wanted to sign for 6-7 mill. That's a no brainer. Miller could still be got at 8 after. Management priority is off. As you can see they don't want to make anymore mistake holding off of petty trade.
Canucks needed to fix last years weakness wich was lack of push back, size and grit on the wings. Could have been done cheaply, now might as well start rebuilding.
Say goodbye to Quinn then.
The search for a true superstar leader and winner continues...
It wasn't that they had to choose be between Horvat and Miller, it was that Horvat wanted Miller type money, but is just not as good of a player. They would have signed him for a slight upgrade, but Horvat's asking price was too high.
"It sure is louder here than in vancouver, and I'll tell you that for free" Bo Horvat
Thank you for the quote.Only The hair shirt mob could have taken that as a slur on Vancouver. Bo is an upright class act. Always has been. Unlike the A hole that got traded.
If they would of kept Horvat instead. BO knows where we would be today . Probably one big happy family. 😊
Miller will be great for NYR until he starts getting on Zibanejad's case for being a soft unproductive Swede, and Mika gets a big pout on because he's too soft to fight back.
Seen this movie.
Miller will be "great" for NY until he starts acting like a toxic douche to his teammates. 🙄
Was Forsberg also a soft unproductive Swede?
A click bait site full of false news and false trades you should make a channel about fake trades for views
Heatley had bad attitude... Gretzky had best attitude. In the middle is player's like that who can win then. Necks need a seminar duo again 😢
They actually couldn't keep both because of cap space , Miller signed for 8.7 or so , and Bo signed for, if I remember correctly around 11 million
Smoke another one, mate.
The lines against the Bruins were completely scrambled this game. They’ll need to figure out what lines work. I expect them to get better
Rangers would be so much higher in the standings if Kreider and Zibanejad weren’t playing so poorly. K’Andre Miller isn’t having a great year either.
Of course Horvat ia Going to say that about Petey...
I dont think he will ever get back to where he was especially after the latest rumor thats going around in Vancouver
Horvat said nothing new and nothing revealing... Looking back now to the time when the Canucks had Miller, Horvat, and Pettersson - people were debating whether it should be Horvat or Miller that was kept. I know this is hindsight now, but maybe keeping Horvat and Miller and trading Pettersson would have been a better option? Horvat would not be getting 11.6 mil, and is actually a lot more serviceable now than Petey, who just does not seem to have anything going...
u got bindy johal on your team?
😂😂😂wed at least be tougher 😂😂
-1 plus minus, red-faced, lost 6-3 etc etc etc
Miller had the game of his life. And lost. Terribly bad.
Demolished.
You think Rangers are bad wait you get a gander at team perse swinging canucks they may have got better on D but whos winning critical face offs now wheres the grit theres nobody now
We already can barely score now we nolonger hsve a number 1 Peterson cant win a draw if his life depends on it
@@drifter5682 *PURSE
They should have kept Bo over JT. JT should have been traded 2 years ago
but the Rangers still lost
Everyone has Pettersson's number He can be thrown off his game due to his delicate emotional stability, his best days are behind him
He's only 26 lol
He should be hitting his peak but no going backwards hes done the leagie had him pegged push him around a bit he dissapears
miller got 2 and was on for 5 against....
3 against.
Sedin duo I meant
No cup with ep40
Just like every other nucks player in history.
No cup with Miller either. Vancouver will never win a cup regardless of what player they have lol.. Miller will never win a cup. EP40 should leave Vancouver if he ever wanna win a SC.
This team Miller and team Petey among fans is probably like the rift in the Canucks locker room. Fascinating how the divide has transcended to the fanbase lol.
No cup with Sedins, Kesler, Luongo... Bure....
@ opening line of a country song
I think we know that pettersson can’t lead this team to any kind of sustained success. You need an American or Canadian scoring centre to win in this league. So I guess we’ll just be bad until the offseason and maybe we’ll sign someone idk.
Scoring power forward centers are very rare. Better draft one.
That is the definition of bigotry. That’s like saying black and brown people can’t fly a plane and that’s why it crashed even though it was 2 white guys.
Naslund failed, the Sedins failed...let's go with another Swede. Isn't this the definition of insanity?
Oh who was the Canadian or American scoring center when Detroit won 07-08 for example? Lol. No one can lead Vancouver to success, not even if you get the best player in the league. Vancouver will forever be losers and Pettersson should leave if he ever wants to win.
@@rolieg81 they failed because Vancouver suck, Vancouver won't win anything regardless of what player you get and regardless of which country he's from. Vancouver and their fans should be very thankful that Naslund and Sedins, three of the best players in the league at their prime, wasted their whole careers in a losing shitty team and organization like Canucks. They deserved much better.
Lol, being with Zibanejad is not a good thing. The guy truly sucks.
It wasn't just Petterson. Apparently, it was a number of players with an issue. Petterson just wasn't going to rat out who they were.
What
Blah blah blah
skip the fluff 3:04
Thanks. I don't like clicking on these 90% of the time.
We won’t make the playoffs this year! Go Flames!
Lego...Bindy Johal???? Very poor taste.
hes still around
@pwnedeful no, but he killed people
@@dougsmith7083 yeah I know
Soft Swedes ain't going to get you to the final show.
Do Sedins come to mind?
As if Aquilini cares as long as he gets $$$ from playoff home games.
Tell that to past Detroit and Colorado teams. And singling out players for criticism based on nationality is racist. Read a dictionary.
Dont forget Nazzy.....
@@christhornycroft3686 Racist??? Is Swedish a race? Read a dictionary. What if you call somebody a Canuck? RACIST!
Say that to Colorado and Detroit. Vancouver don't win because they simply suck, without Sedins they wouldn't have even been in the playoffs and even less in a SC final.
Alot of underachieving Rangers. Fox playing like a 3rd pairing, wtf. Miller has his job cut out for him again. Shame to loose such a talented power forward.
